If you want to buy anything your looking at a solid hour to wait to even be brought back. Then another 15 -20 inside to purchased.  Understaffed and very disappointing.

"Outta Stock" This place should be called the "Outta The Good Stuff Pharmacy".The employees are wonderful,friendly and knowledgable. The location is very nice with comfortable waiting rooms. Service has become faster with added employees. The security man at the door is friendly as well. The only real problem at Terravida is they can't keep any flower of any potency in stock. They always have low grade flower which smells great,looks good,tastes bitter and really does nothing to relieve my pain. I signed up for the program for my cronic pain but they never have the more potent flower that helps me. Which means since I've signed up I've had to go to old sources to obtain flower which is actually helpful to me. The employees repeat the mantra that their at the mercy of growers like that matra is acceptable, It's not. Well,If you're a business and your suppliers can't keep you in stock then you need to find other suppliers." Don't give up your reliable sources for this unreliable source. They only have 2 types of flower that actually help EXTREME cronic pain and in the 2 months I've been going here they've only had the potent flower once outta 8 visits. Emailing customers that the potent flower is now available means every drug dealer in the area shows up and snaps up any potent flower. The management seems to know that this happens with no concern. This punishes older people who don't keep a cell phone attached to their ears constantly. This place and their email alerts have done a fine job of supplying local drug dealers who buy for resale,but what about people with cronic pain? Those people are not helped by weak ow thc flower. Lotsa excuses here,very little potent flower.

Great staff, they are always super helpful and they replaced a bad cartridge that I bought and they gave me no hassle to do it. Love this place!

Visited today for the first time. Great selection, absolutely phenomenal customer service. We met with a pharmacist and he directed us to exactly what we were looking for. Thank for all the help today.

Nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My visit took about 15 mins in its entirely. The Cresco live sugar and live budder is outstanding. The selection was limited to just those two strains of concentrates at the time of my visit which is unacceptable- and the reason is a little unclear. ATM on location.

If it was possible to leave no stars I would. First time patient at TerraVida. I was so excited to go there, they seem to be well stocked in my favorites. Go in the door. First impression, yeah, it's fancy and boutique feeling. But thats just to get you in the door. The security guard and the guy at the counter were not welcoming at all. I was asked for my identification and card, no problem. Go in the door. There's no counter, nothing but chairs to the right. No one says anything to me. So I go sit. Just very uncomfortable and irksome because every other time I've been to a dispensary it's straightforward and pleasant. Nothings explained, no one around to ask, so I continue to sit. 10 minutes later my name is called and I get taken into another room which is where I can purchase. 3 times I get asked if I have an online order. I said yes. The other people behind the counter seemed like real winners too. Unprofessional bunch of kids is more like it. Plus, they offer no discount. Was given a very rude reply when I asked. So hour drive wasted and customer lost completely. Don't Go To Terravida!!!!

The experience was completely surreal and I fell in love with the center as soon as I walked thru the door. Everything was perfect from their products to their people. The pharmacists were more than helpful and really seem knowledgeable in their fieldCan't wait to go back :) !!!

I have to say, TerraVida always has a good selection and does better than some others regarding available inventory. My complaint is related to the junk devices they sell like vape batteries, dab rigs, whatever. Not only do they sell them stating they are returnable, the fact is that most of them need to be returned. That said, TerraVida then will not return the items and in fact, says you need to contact the manufacturer for any service/returns. So, they change the tune from the time of sale to the time you have an issue, and you likely will. I have never encountered such cheaply made products. For that reason alone, I choose other dispensaries going forward. There are plenty of choices in providers.

I'm with Maria E. Are the poor reviewers going to Terravida during rush hour or on the weekend? I've been going here for a year now and have never waited longer than 20 minutes all toll. And a discount? Would they walk into a drug store and ask for a discount on their antibiotic? Staff there could not be more helpful. I was very uncomfortable at first (still am a little) and everyone, from door security to reception to sales have all been more than happy to help. And during the times when I may have had to wait a few minutes, should any staff member walk by they always asked if I needed anything in the meantime.  Their kindness and professionalism have made it easier for me to go to a dispensary.

Worst dispensary in Pennsylvania! SUPER long waiting times . They never have anything you need . Always sold out . They never ever ever have deals or discounts . They have no rewards program. Classic example of profit over patients !!! Take a number people that's all you are here ! This is not a conversation with Terra Vida . This is a patients honest review , and the blanketed , long , and unsolicited response from your company is completely unnecessary.

If you have nothing planned for the rest of your day, then go here.  I have been to dispensaries from west coast to PA.  this is the slowest place.  Always 30 to 40 min.  Out of stock or "we have it but it's not inventoried so we cant sell it" is common as well.  Upper management issues i guess.

I rated them 5 stars because they were kind, super knowledgable offered refreshments and cookies while I was waiting. I had questions about live resin i had purchased before that kind of dried up, the staff member explained how and possibly why it happened and offered his suggestions. If this center was close to me I would go more often.

This place is the W-----  of dispensaries, starting with the location?? (horrible parking situation)  Then you have to figure out what the policy of the day is, stand here, go stand in the bushes? (I get uncertain times) Other issues are what can I buy, how much per day?, management actually had to post only one visit a day? PA medical doctors aren't helping this situation in dispensaries either, by giving out licences like candy at Halloween! To many issues with the growers, etc, pricing. Yikes. Terra vida always has great customer service. The employees are kind and helpful. They have great products and have helped me through difficult times in life.

Wish I could give them zero stars! Their customer service is horrible. I suffer from severe ptsd and they are incredibly rude, made me have a panic attack for the way they approached me. F**** this place

Ok, I don't know who these grouchy people are that left poor reviews of TerraVida, but...seriously? You need to get a grip people!  Life is way too short for you to get in such a tizzy over waiting 30 minutes for your weed. I've waited longer at CVS and they've screwed up my prescription countless times!  Never had that problem with TerraVida. Not even once. In fact, EVERYONE at TerraVida is friendly and very willing to help you. The folks at TerraVida go out of their way to take time explaining the products and answer any questions you might have. And the pharmacist on staff is excellent as well!  The pharmacist that I met with helped me to get off two prescription drugs and I am thrilled!  The "bud tender" Coby and Zane that I usually see are fantastic and know their chemistry!  Thanks to guys like them, I'm sleeping for the first time in years. YEARS!!  And finally starting to learn how to manage my chronic pain. TerraVida is a lifesaver!  I wish there was one in Doylestown!

I really wish i could leave 0 starts for this... place. It's been a day and I'm still deeply offended by the way that I was treated. As a storemanager in retail for nearly a decade, I couldn't even begin to fathom treating a paying customer this way.Because of my "aggressive" dog that I was TOLD was allowed to be in there... after waiting 40 minutes... I was forced to leave. Mind you, AFTER the employee was beyond rude, refused to work out any alternatives for my to receive my medication. To top it all of I was even threatened by a customer! Of course I made a scene in defense but I have NEVER been so disrespected. Oh! And after my compliant via social media, Terravida BLOCKED ME on platforms to ensure this "crazy" severe anxiety patient wouldn't let everyone know how terrible my experience was.Continued: You see, the issue isn't about the dog... your employee was cold and rude from the beginning. I have made it clear on other platforms that the issue isn't about the dog. It's about your employee. YOU ALLOWED a customer to threaten me!!! Of course I'm going to defend myself and frankly I had every right to.I appreciate your kind wishes although, my "pornography offer" was simply encouraging the community to voice there experiences as well.There's multiple sides to every story. Your employee should have addressed matters in a completely different fashion. Learn to accept accountability for your people.

Best place to go for medical marijuana needs. My wife drives me an hour from Whitehall. Pa.Prices Rock!Roadside Rocks!The Staff are some of the nicest people I've met!They will bend over backwards to try and help you!Love you guys for being there!!!!!!

❤?❤?❤??? For some time now I been going to different dispensary around Pennsylvania. Here my Honest Fact! This is the ONLY dispensary that maintain a wide selection of Marijuana of all forms. The menu is always being updated at lease 3 times a day, which is amazing consider im driving an hour and 1/2. Yes! I drive that distance because it worth it. Prices are amazing. There other dispensary in that area, I feel make there own prices. But that is just me. Customer service is on point and the wait time is no longer then 30 mins including your deciding on your purchase. That on my experience. FOR NEW PEOPLE!!!!! listen it can be overwhelming walking in.But every individual there is honeslty there to help. Honestly lol ? they are not trying to make a profit but to make a difference. Thats why its a 5 star.

They let us park in their lot while we rode our bikes on a nearby trail.

Curbside pickup is a disaster. Avoid it. There’s only like 4 cars.. how does it take over 30 minutes?

So glad a facility like this is nearby. Since i got my card, medical marijuana has helped greatly with anxiety and depression. Terra Vida is very convenient and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly reccomend?
