Very nice for people with chronic pain and anxiety.They offer curbside pickup during the pandemic. And even without that, they have chairs in the lobby so you don't have to stand in line in pain which is hard for those with mobility issues. I prefer going here because Columbia Care always has a long line and I can't stand for long periods of time.

Very convenient location and always fair pricing along with great deals on products. Friendly staff get you in and out quickly whether you go inside or use the parking lot pickup area. They have a points and rewards system for discounts but they don't allow stacking of sales and discounts of more than $10. Other places do, so be sure to ask how much of a discount you'll get on sale prices. It varies...Order online and save time and look out for deals and discounts.

This place does not deserve a star. You handle PATIENTS. Which requires you to have bedside manner. These patients have REAL medical issues and you have no manner to deal with this. Why are you even open for medical patients? Close your doors if you are going to treat patients like they DON'T matter! Close your doors if you are going to allow the patients to be treated like this. Don't believe my review? Look at the screen shots I have posted below. Would never go here. ALL OTHER DISPENSARIES TREAT THEIR PATIENTS BETTER THAN THIS. Why go to a dispensary who blames the patients for their disabilities? Why demean the patients like this? Drive some where else!

There isn’t a time that I walk through their doors that I don’t feel understood, well taken care of, and treated as a good friend. I know I’m their patient, but a friendly vibe is always a plus when in a medical setting. Especially this one. The staff is always always warm and inviting. I’ve never once felt the slightest bit unwelcome and I leave every single time with a product tailored specifically to MY needs. They listen, educate, and care. BH is the way to go. One love. ❤️

Liked this place originally but in the year I've been going there have policy changes so often it's hard to keep up, things they let you do before will suddenly become against policy the following week. Some of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable while others are clearly there for a paycheck and they robbed me for 20 bucks. Find some place else.

Created this account just to get on here to hype up the yuck mouth flower that I got today and leave a good review about the great energy of this place, but I also have to respond to this “Knob Knuckle” review below me. Christie greeted me today, she’s very nice every time I visit the store. Super patient with me and helpful when I’m looking for something new. Also reminded me about points for a discount. Looks to me like this creep reached out to her personally (as he stated in his review), probably hit on her, and was mad that she didn’t reciprocate. If you think she thought you were hitting on her, you PROBABLY WERE. Customers shouldn’t even be reaching out to employees on their social media, let alone reviewing them personally on the company page. His ego must have really taken a hit for him to go on the google page. Hopefully the company can get this review taken down because it is not reflective of Christie in the slightest. Sad that employees even have to worry about this kind of thing nowadays.

The store is usually great unless I have to deal with the girl with blue hair. She is insulting, tribal to I don’t even know what, thought I was hitting on her when in reality I was complimenting her on her recovery. With that being said, she is the only acquaintance of that I know that works there. It is my fault for trying to get in for for the store from private messages. However, there is no reason to talk to and treat somebody in certain way technically representing Beyond Hello. I might be done with the store I’m sorry. Is a good place to, everybody is joyful and treats you with dignity aside from Christie….I already left a message with the store and will be calling until I get an answer. That goes up at least 2-3 stars if that toxicity gets thrown out. Still love the store but am finished. Im not telling people to boycott it or anything. If they want to deal with that stuff, it’s on them…..I’m sorry and thank you for your business.
