I did have issues with my order and I called and spoke to Tiffany and she was so helpful. She is replacing my order with no issues at all. I appreciated that so very much. The customer service there have never been an issue the staff is amazing.

I just had the most pleasant experience at Lume! Both the receptionist (Carla) and the Luminary ( I’m so sorry I forgot your name?)we’re delightful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dispensary!

We had the most lovely experience with Ben and the rest of the Lume crew. They were friendly, helpful and made picking out products simple and fun. Next time we are in the UP we will definitely be back!

I love everything about your company. I do have a concern, which I've talked to others about and they agree. I would like you to consider the waste of your selling gummies in the metal tins. Although it is beautiful, I think you could save the company and the buyer from having to pay for the tins. But mostly my concern is the litter. I have about 30 tins. I don't want to throw them out. Would you consider recycling them or switching to plastic envelopes? Thank you

I couldn’t be happier with my recent experience at this Lume location. All employees I encountered were pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient- any and all of the positive adjectives one would want to be associated with a staff member, the employees of this location exemplified. Bravo especially to Ben, who was patient and a wonderful representative of the company. 5+ stars to this location and team, and I will make a special effort to visit this specific location on future trips to Michigan, even if another location may be more convenient!!
