I've found Flora Terra to be really good and the prices are much more fair than some of the competition.

Clean, easy entry, lots of variety, including teas and drinks. Single doses of THC and CBD as well.

Just started coming a few months ago and now it's the only dispensary I go to! And they seem to be the only place in Sonoma county with grams of wax for less than $25 which is unheard of these days unless your buying on the street. I also love the rewards systems and the young woman at the front desk (wish I got her name for credit) looked up my purchases and gave me points for everything I had purchased in the last 3 months. Way to go above and beyond! Love the whole staff and the security guards too! Thanks you guys!

Solid little dispensary! Walking in they provide a temperature check as well as a spritz of hand sanitizer, which eased me a little bit wanted to check out stuff on the shelf. You can pick stuff off the shelf yourself, and put it in a basket just like the grocery store. Nice vibe they have inside.They've had a couple slip ups, but im forgiving. My lady ordered curbside pick up and didn't check the bag before coming home. She got home to an EMPTY eighth jar, still tamper sealed (thank goodness). I was pretty blown away that they would put an empty jar in a bag without noticing. Definitely thinned the ice for my patience, but mistakes happen.

I placed an online curbside order with the cutoff for pickup being 8:30, it's been this way for close to a year since the pandemic shutdown. Upon my arrival I was told that the curbside ended at 7pm and that they had just started the policy earlier in the week . The man stated that they didn't have enough time at the beginning of the week to update the website which was not my problem as a customer . We asked if he could honor what the website stated, he said no. I took my $100 order to Aloha aina down the street where they absolutely honored the curbside delivery procedure with a smile and the prices are much better. Bad business.

I bet a lot of people are apprehensive to drop a review about a pot shop on Yelp; but go there and it will elevate your perspective on the entire industry. The people here are intuitive and genuinely loving, I can't tell if they have a really nice boss or a really strict one but either way it's working. I know I'm walking out with fire every time and it's based on objective evidence. They think about what you want and they deliver. The product they grow in house, and the producers they carry are all above anyone else's in town. Even for the $5 gram per roll or the $60  fuego that makes your eyes float. I'm bad with names but Effrem and I think Lexi? With theRed hair. When I get my tasting room opened I would poach them immediately. Best legal buying weed experience yet. Without the service... What's the point?

They used to respect customers here, but I guess since they've reached a certain level of notoriety and success, they no longer care about treating their customers with respect and courtesy.  I complied and accepted their hand sanitizer upon entrance, I opened my hand partially, fully receiving their hand sanitizer and applied it glistening all over my hands, applying thoroughly.  A Flora Terra employee said to me, "I better not give him shit next time", for not opening my hand wide enough to their satisfaction when receiving their hand sanitizer.  I explained to them that I had plenty of sanitizer smother all over my hands and was still able to apply the sanitizer effectively, but they didn't care.  They singled me out and chastised me for not opening my hands wider than I already did.  I continued shopping but mentioned that there was no reason to cuss at a customer, especially for not accepting hand sanitizer exactly the way they preferred and that it should have been sufficient that I WAS accepting their hand sanitizer, and effectively spread it all over my hands.  I later came back another day, and the same employee apologized for his behavior and acknowledged that he was completely out of hand, and the way I accepted their hand sanitizer that day was acceptable.  Then I come in several days later and a supervisor named Alisa/Alyssa, (i think was the supervisor's name) absolutely discriminated against me and completely harassed me at the entrance without any provocation.  She instantly started giving me a hard time when I couldn't open my hand all the way open when accepting their hand sanitizer, and immediately started to aggressively escalate the situation.  Apparently she didn't get the memo that her employer/co-worker had already personally apologized to me and resolved the previous misunderstanding when their employee cussed at me, because she proceeded to threaten to kick me out if I still had an attitude, and that I was walking on thin ice.  I couldn't believe my eyes and ears!  She lied and said that I was the one who was causing the problems in the prior incident, of which they APOLOGIZED TO ME for!  It was so bizarre how she used her white privilege to lie to her co-workers/employer/everyone there that day, and say the complete opposite of what actually happened.  I left and was so mad/sad this happened to me, I had to come right back to get her name.  When I came back I saw she was putting on a good show of waterworks/fake tears  for her coworkers and making it look like she was some kind of victim, after literally publicly harassing and humiliating me upon entering their store - for no reason whatsoever.  When I came back to ask for her name, it was clear I interrupted her in the middle of fabricating her story to her co-workers with fake tears, because as soon I came back in, the tears stopped instantly, and her whole demeanor changed to emotionless, which was her true state, not the state of some one genuinely crying.  Unfortunately, as a Mexican, I truly feel this was an incident of discrimination as I was singled out by this female supervisor who continued to treat me like a criminal, for no other reason I can imagine, other than just because she didn't like the color of my skin.  Absolutely unbelievable.  I am ashamed I used to shop here.  I've never been treated which such disrespect like this, at any store, ever.  I will never spend a dollar here again, and if you're against racism and discrimination, I suggest you don't shop here either.  You'll find better prices, quality, customer service, options, and be treated with more respect at any other dispensary in Santa Rosa.  I really only came here because it was the closest spot.

I absolutely love Flora Terra! I always find what I'm looking for at a affordable price. Your in and out & the service is great. Make sure you stop by and ask Bianca and Terrence for help they'll take good care of you.

I cannot rave about them enough! Their prices are usually the lowest around, the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable and the store atmosphere is just the best! You get to actually walk around the store and look around instead of ordering at a counter. This is my number one go-to dispensary and should definitely be yours!

They had a variety of products. They have good prices. They have high quality items and some more affordable items as well. The Staff is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The inside is very pretty and classy. It's a great environment to be in. It's nice that they have a website so you can view the products before coming in. I had a great experience.

I love Flora Terra! The owner & management are super cool, professional & down to earth. The staff are all super friendly & helpful too. All sweet & real people. Store layout is nice & you can see their cultivation which is awesome. Highly recommend

I went to buy some clones and all roots were brown coming out of cubes and sales woman told me they were brown due to sitting in black trays.She assured me they would jam as usual. I bought six and right off one was drooped so badly even with gentle transplant. It died and the others are languishing and still living. Also powdery mildew on older leaves first morning i had them. This from farmers first???? I would recommend avoiding their small clone operation. Nobody working there seems to be concerned with the clones and their care.

I love coming here!!!!! I always use my safeway discount. Lol the people here are friendly and welcoming! I like this place because they have a lot of varieties to choose from. From edibles, cartridges, flowers, pre rolls, etc. you name it I'm sure they have it. They recently had they're 1 year anniversary and they had a great 25% off sale! That was awesome! I won a free shirt and a hat! Lol I highly recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back this place definitely makes me happy!!!!

I was referred by a friend who said they had a good experience. Pros:I like that you can pick what you want and pay at the counter, gives you more time to look products over. You don't feel rushed to make a purchase because the next person in line is waiting. Cons:Along with my purchase I bought 2 single pre rolls at 7 a piece, the bill was a bit higher than I had calculated. Turns out I was charged for 1 pre roll and 1 pack of pre rolls. Not quite sure how this happened because they scan all items individually. No explanation was given, only that they must have entered the wrong item. Fixed the issue and went on my way.

Best shop in Santa Rosa, don't let anyone tell you different. Staff is super friendly, the self- serve ambiance makes shopping relaxing too. Shout out to Amber who lended an extra hand. Would highly recommend everyone stop by.

The too long didn't read version - I find this location to be downright wholesome. Friendly faces and fine products. That's all this cannabis boutique has to offer. I'll tell you what I'm not hating it. Being able to buy cannabis so casually is just fantastic. This is a nonthreatening shopping experience, run by some local residents of Sonoma county. The open floor plan and self serve shopping is definitely a rarity in this industry but it a welcomed change of pace. There is a large window into a grow room that's certainly eye catching. My one con for this place is my basket was a little cumbersome to handle for my six prerolls. Otherwise it's a 5 outta 5!

I have been to a handful of shops in Sonoma county and Flora Terra is the one always brining me back! They have a outstanding selection and the best deals! Check them out M-F around lunch time they have a happy hour deal on most products!

Over the past few years my dispensary of choice has been Solful in Sebastopol. They have a small sales area with a limited selection of various cannabis products.  All good quality brands.  But they don't carry live plants, nor pipes and a few other things that I've wanted to buy.  I kept returning because it's my wife's favorite shop.Well, my first visit to Flora Terra was a delight. The selection of products is 70% more copious than Solful. Many more brands of cartridges, sublingual tablets, topicals, pre-rolls, packaged flowers, etc...  I came to buy a live plant as I enjoy the hobby aspect of it and enjoy the satisfaction of using flowers that grew in my backyard. I told the helpful employee what effects I was looking for from a strain.  She had several Indica babies and teens on the shelf.  The plants all look healthy and thriving. She recommended a hybrid that I've never heard of that had a taste & effect description of exactly what I wanted.I also bought a vape cartridge and some THC gummies.  Prices were slightly lower than Solful.At check-out I got my senior discount and an invitation to visit for a free lunch and 20% discount day later in the week.Nice folks. Clean shop. Well lighted. Wide product selection. Competitive prices.I found my new favorite dispensary that's closer to home.Check it out for yourself.  I'm sure that you will be happy, too.

I wanted to share my Google Review on Flora Terra with Yelpers bc I'm that insistent that this is by far my favorite spot and it's a must visit for anyone looking for a top notch dispensary!Ok listen up fellow stoners- I've ridden cross-country and back again, and I can assure you that shopping for all of your THC/CBD essentials at Flora Terra is unlike any other dispensary shopping experience.I like that FT is tucked away on a cul-de-sac in an industrial area- no traffic or need to contend with others for parking. The first time I walked through FT's doors, I thought that for sure that I was truly walking into my own Willy Wonka Factory.When you check in at the door, you're handed a plastic bin. All of FT's products are out on open display. No need to have a Budtender go behind glass or to a back area for your product. It's all RIGHT THERE for you to take and read and carry around. I can grab that GDP cart I had my eye on, but then find a Blackberry Kush I prefer. I can swap it out with no fuss. I can take my time looking up strains without having one budtender assigned to me, like every other dispensary I've been to. I always feel so pressured to hurry up, especially when there's a long line. FT takes away all that pressure and stress by having their Budtenders float around. They're there to help you if you have questions or need suggestions, but they're totally cool whether I spend 1.5 hours in their store comparing strains, or 1.5 minutes picking up my online order. And every single employee is top notch. Very kind and welcoming. Super knowledgeable on product. I definitely feel comfortable and at home there and the vibrations are always ***high***I'm telling you- check this place out- I guarantee you'll go out of your way to keep coming back.

Always such a pleasant experience at Flora Terra! Selection, price, quality- including presentation- are on point and if you’re looking for unique/fringe strains, it doesn’t get better than this anywhere I’ve explored in California. Definitely a nuanced lens into the kaleidoscope ? Furthermore, the staff is consistently wonderful!! Amber assisted me today. She is quite knowledgeable, intuitive in guiding me towards a couple of things that would’ve slipped my radar, and has a really lovely presence. All in all, I cannot overemphasize how solid Flora Terra is on every level. This is the kinda place that feels right to support. Thanks for making my day every time ??

Such a refreshing place! The light, airy store is a welcome change to most of the local dispensaries. The staff was most helpful (thanks Luis!) and the selection of product was incredible, given the small footprint of the store! Also, I believe they have the best hours of operation for any of the dispensaries that I’ve tried locally. Keep up the great work guys! The future dispensaries should look to you as an example of how to do it!
