I have visited Keyway three times since they changed from Shift. I visit about every week and a half to two weeks and pick up five vape cartridges each time. The most recent time, the last cartridge I opened wouldn't pull, even after trying three different batteries, so I went  to the Montgomery location to request an exchange. After waiting for over twenty minutes to be served, the attendant told me he'd have to call the manager. She informed him that because my purchase had been made ten days prior, (it was actually nine days) they could not offer a refund. Buyer beware: vape cartridges are often faulty in that they won't pull or are not completely filled. If you regularly purchase vape cartridges, I would highly recommend you not purchase them from this dispensary because it's a crap shoot of whether you're going to be wasting your money on a dud or not. A sign hanging in the store says all sales are final, so I'm mot sure they would have exchanged it if I'd returned it the day of purchase. I felt like I was treated as a dishonest shoplifter as opposed to a loyal patient who simply wanted the medicine I paid for. If I received the wrong prescription or an inhaler that wouldn't work from my pharmacy, they would make it right because that's ethical. I'll never enter another Keyway dispensary because they clearly view their business as retail, not pharmaceutical.

The flower is ok, the daily deals are really nice ( 20% around Santa fe is a good deal) small selection of edibles but I think they are very cheap for Santa fe area, especially on the day they are 20% off. They usually dont have a wide selection of concentrates and it's about $30-45 for .5g ( They seem to charge by THC percentage). Staff seems to say different things when I have gone for daily deals. Example: Freeroll Friday with purchase ( one day I was able to pick whatever preroll of my choice, next time while dealing with a different person they didnt let me select my preroll and gave me the lowest thc percentage they had and said it was a "select preroll" and that I couldnt choose my pre roll this time. Also located in a very odd area, outskirts of Santa fe.

Sales...so called sales...never in stock never.... im done here...please quit advertising out stock product and wasting people's time, damm sure im not the only one who feels this way.

They’re supposed to be open 10-5. I go at 12:35 and there’s a sign on the door that says left for lunch, be back at 1:00pm. So I wait until 1:10pm and leave. You should not get high your own supply. It’s affecting your work ethic and stomach. I’ll go somewhere else that wants my business

Stopped by from Albuquerque and man the flower quality is aoooooo much better then ABQ very nice and sticky buds (euphoria skunk and orange bana daquiri literally smells like I’m smelling the kook aid powder! Yummy! Only thing is and it’s my mistake I wanted 8 grams and I was a gram off but I asked for it by the 1/8 instead of I’ll have 4 grams of but it’s okay the quality makes up for my mistake.
