The other best place to go

New Manager doesn't care about your business. Will tell you to take it elsewhere when they don't honor their own discount program. I was told my $1000 a month does not matter so will be taking my business elsewhere.

Your response is invalid. Never asked you to lose money just to honor the discount that are publicly posted and that I have gotten more then once in the past. You are correct it does say the deals change every friday no big deal. Its also says bogo, if there are new limits then that needs to be posted. The way the manager speaks to customers that bring up concerns is uncalled for and is just bad business. BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!! The new manager told me point blank my business didn't matter. I'm 5 minutes from this place. They are alittle bit more on pricing but I didnt mind buying local. Their flower is not that great at the beginning. They got a new manager and it was going good. I spend about $200 a week in this place. After the new manager said she didn't care about my business because I pointed out that they change up the discount days without informing customers was not a good idea. She continued to tell me my business didn't matter. So suggest go head make the drive into sand springs. They will appreciate your business.

Absolutely appalled by their customer service! They don’t honor any deals they have. The new manager is very rude and tells customers their business doesn’t matter. Very unprofessional. Much rather spend my money somewhere else. Such a shame.
