I am no expert and don't  even have much experience with dispensaries. This is my third encounter and I must say, NUG makes me feel the most welcomed thus far. I only go to dispensary when I need edibles for sleep aids and my favorite gummies flavor was out of stock at another dispensary in Oakland last month. I had grabbed another flavor from the same manufacturer but have been disappointed into the effects and taste. Randomly found NUG yesterday when I went searching on weedmaps. I usually feel apprehensive and look like a lost child going into a dispensary as I have really no knowledge and have been buying edibles based on what the budtender recommends for taste/effects/popularity. So I'm glad to be able to avoid that awkwardness and placed the order online.Went for pickup last night and everyone was super warm and friendly (security guards, receptionist, and cashier). Apparently ordering online will always give you 10% off, they also offer 10% off for first time customer (no double stacking discount though). I'm glad they're closeby to me and offer decent pricing as well, the 10% off is definitely an cherry on top!

2/4/20 Came here to stock up on some goodies and got hooked up. Johnathan took great care of me and I appreciate his knowledge to inform me on what to purchase.

Ample parking. Extremely nice security & inside staff. Nice BF swag bag to first 100. Longest opening line I've seen at a dispensary. Nice airy layout. Not impressed by their menu (curation or prices).

I can honestly say this is the best dispensary iv been to great online menu great prices and great customer service I will definitely be coming back and I always recommend this place to all my friends I always leave happy great products .

I've been coming here for over a year now. I've never had a bad experience. There are so many products, and sometimes it can be overwhelming. But I go to check out and ask the cashiers if I need help finding/getting anything. They've always given me options, recommendations, and great help in finding good products. This is a very nice dispensary with nice helpful staff. I've always enjoyed their NUG products as well  so great and fairly priced (around $30-40 for an eighth and ~$75 for 1/4 of NUG weed). I've never been disappointed and plan to keep coming back for more. For sure one of my favorite dispos in the east Bay Area.

I came to get some CBD for my dog and they were 30 mins from their posted close time and they didn't seem to want to help me. The person at check in barely wanted to let me in. I totally understand if I came in 5-10 minutes before closing which is pushing it but I think 30 minutes is a lot of time.I was literally just trying to be in and out. Don't make no sense to me, just seems hella lazy and unprofessional.

Today I went to nug to purchase some items and was harassed by the security guard telling me to pick up my mask while half of those employees In there DONT even know how to properly wear it them selfs !!! Then the security guard decides to follow me around and tell me to pick up my mask I told him tell the rest of all these people to pick there mask then !! Then they processed by kicking me out haha I should've known better then to go back after shitting customer service and all there helpless ass employees! Hit bloom down the street for a better experience!

Workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Best dispo in the east bay with a huge variety of different brands and strains & I'd recommend to everyone. I had Brandon help me out and he was super kind.

Terrible experience this whole staff needs to be replaced! I was sexually harassed by the big African security guard there on multiple occasions complained to the manager who is in this photo she did nothing but try to chastise me saying it was his job , uh not the way he kept approaching me! You would think a women would understand but instead she just defended him and told me I was no longer welcome there. That's fine I'd rather spend my money elsewhere

I have had repeated poor experiences at this store on more than one occasion. Including the following:1) False Advertising 2) Rude Staff 3) Internet bait and switch of products4) Unauthorized charges to my CCAvoid this place if you want a knowledgeable and pleasant experience.

Love the staff and this NUG Dispensary, everyone is very friendly from the receptionist to the tenders. I would recommend anyone to go check it out 10/10 . The staff are very friendly, and they know how to help and accommodate you during your visit. All my questions are always answered staff knows what to recommend & it's always a good experience. There's good energy in there and the staff are full of life, Brandin Sosa, is a very well organized and far my best bud tender. Fucked up cartridges and dont even make returns. Just a bunch if steeling going on. High associates give you wrong items and charge ypu more then when I try returning there is only store credit. They wouldnt accept my broken cartridge which wasnt ever used and made me pay fpr another one. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Nicest dispensary I've ever seen. Budtenders know what they're talking about. I love when they have vendors in on Saturday. Hope they bring it back after COVID is over. The NugPops are amazing!!!! My friend didn't believe me when I told her it wasn't an alcoholic cocktail.

I've been going to Nug consistently since they did a soft opening. It's always been a good experience.Today my ID got rejected, and the person at the front desk had to manually scan me in. She noticed that it happened to be my birthday. She told me to make sure I get a free pre-roll.Nick budtended for me today. He was great. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. On my way out he checked my receipt and he saw that he accidentally charged me for the pre-roll. He was very apologetic. I just wanted a second pre-roll so that they don't have to make a fuss about refunding me.He asked Mac to get another pre-roll from the back. Mac ended up bringing me a bag of gummies, cookies, and a pre-roll. They totally didn't have to, but it shows you the culture in this store. I'm in Hayward and there are plenty of choices nearby, but I always make the effort to go here. Long story short, Nug takes care of you, and the team is awesome.

First time in today was an awesome experience. Definitely recommend making the trip out!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries! The staff are always super friendly and answer questions without being pushy; Kolbie helped us out today but everyone there is great. Even the security guards are hella chill! Love the open layout and being able to browse all the products myself. Prices are reasonable and include tax so there's no guessing game. Masks have been required since the beginning of the pandemic, and more recently they started taking temperatures upon entry.

Don't sell on your site what you don't have in store. Tired of this crap. This cart is the worst I've had in 3 years. You get one shot when I feel ripped off.

Too notch layout, very informative budtenders, they also have their own strains. After a lengthy convo of this new location and what they have to offer, I decided on trying their house strains. Sativa since I had things to do. I got the slurricane and premium jack.The slurricane was super soft and sticky (super sticky) and sweet to the taste. The premium jack was cool, and a slightly piney taste. Prices weren't sky high.They have their own parking lot. And they accept medical cards in all forms + rec.

Tyler was awesome really happy with the service super fast and efficient from start to finish was able to get exactly what I wanted really well lit display all the products are organized easy to find categories everything was as expectedLocation super easy to find right off of 880 nice area about 20 spots a parking reserved for customers everything is legit five stars all across the board

I love NUG it's the best for drink variety. I was excited to try the medicated horchata on my trip this week but unfortunately my bottle came cracked and now has a slow leak.

Nug started accepting debt cards at the register, but what they don't tell you is that in addition to the 4 dollar fee they charge you to use your card...you'll also get an atm fee from your bank. It's cheaper to use their atm and pull cash out to avoid this 4 dollar card charge. I feel like this is some messed up way of sneakily getting more money out of their customers since they don't tell you that your card is run as if you're pulling money from an atm.

This was my virgin visit to a properly licensed CA cannabis store.  I needed something another day that helps me sleep.  At least something to help me sleep better than alcohol and pills did during this dang heatwave (they don't anymore, hence the trip to a 420 store).The entrance is easy.  Just go in, listen to the security dude telling you to take out your state ID, and scan it in to make sure you're legally good to go in.Once you're clear, just wait in line until an employee is free to see you.  Both of my visits, the wait was under 10min.  I don't care too much about face diapers myself, but everyone wore masks and kept the distance as I did.Once I got to the counter, I got exactly what I was looking for i.e."Hi,I normally don't care for THC too much because it's not "fun" for me.  I take a couple puffs, and 20 minutes later I'm crash landing in bed to sleep with some good music on.  But with this heat wave and not being able to get a good night's rest, this is what I need.  I want a vape pen because I can't be smelling like weed when I go to work tomorrow morning."I got a vape pen that did exactly what I needed it for.  Help me fall asleep without feeling doped up the morning after.  Best of all, despite all the extra marijuana taxes, the sticker price on your purchase is the price you pay out the door + %10 or so Alameda County sales tax, nothing more.

What does one do upon leaving military active duty? Obviously it's to visit a dispensary. The staff were really helpful. I was given 10% discount as a first customer and a permanent 10% veterans discount. I also took pictures and sent them to my friends who are still in uniform and they all got envious. WIll definitely come back to resupply.

If you've never been here before well I suggest you come in today! They have such an amazing staff and a whole bunch of options to choose from.Today I came in and was greeted by Ashley. Such an amazing person with a lot of knowledge about NUG's products. Ashley is a perfect example about what NUG's staff should be like.Spot was really clean and everyone had their masks on.Will be definitely coming back and hopefully Ashley will be there to greet me!

Every time I buy something from there it's only ever half filled. Carts especially, it's extremely frustrating when I open up my packaging and it looks as though someone has already used my stuff. Don't charge people full prices for half filled stuff. That's just annoying as hell

Best spot in the bay to be honest better than harborside they also have a bus that pulls up with dabs but I'm sure they stopped it for now but check it out it's not as packed as other spots in the bay

Tried the online pre ordering system for the first time today. So easy and so convenient. Shout out to Adam for helping me out today with his super fast and easy service. I've shopped here before in person too and all the security staff and clerks behind the counter are always so chill and nice to talk to. I had a problem with me not realizing my license was expired the last time I was there and instead of make a big fuss, they helped me out and let me shop and just told me to take care of it before I came in the next time. This place is a little bit of a drive for me cause there's two dispensaries closer to my house but this place definitely is the nicest of the three aesthetically and in selection.

I love NUG so much. Great prices and great products. What's even better is the staff. Particularly, Ashley T. is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help with a smile! Keep up the great work and can't wait to be back!

DAVID I can't thank you enough for today. I was having such a bad day and you turned it all around for me. If you haven't been to Nug Wellness, GO! You can pre-order online and get 10% off every time! You could order 15 times in a day if you wanted and get 10% off every time. The staff is amazing there, if David is there go to him! The building nice and they get you in and out quick. I will never cheat on this dispensary, best in the Bay Area if you ask me.

They were so great when they first opened! Not sure if the pandemic is to blame or not, but service recently has been terrible. Ordered a battery online and went to the store for pickup. I waited 20 minutes while people that hadn't pre-ordered came and went while everyone who pre-ordered waited for one cashier (versus three for in-store purchases). Finally got to the front of the line and the one cashier went on break. Totally fine, of course, but no one else helped. Instead, a cashier at one of the in-store registers took two customers from the in-store line and didn't even acknowledge me. All that aside, every battery I get from there stops working after about two months. They never have the same batteries in stock, so even if I were to find one that worked long-term, I wouldn't be able to replace it when it ultimately stops. Will try again after things are normal, but for now, going to stay far, far away.

Nicest dispensary I've been to in the East Bay. Very clean, large selection of products, buds and edibles, and friendly, knowledgeable staff.  ATM available.  There is plenty of space so you can walk and look at the displays without feeling crowded. Masks are required and when you need to wait to order/pay, there are 6' markers on the floor so there is no problem with social distancing.  This is the only dispensary I drive to. They are worth it. I order delivery from other dispensaries only when I am in a hurry or NUG doesn't have what I need. RECOMMENDED!

I went today for the first time because my brother recommended this place. When I arrived the security guard was very nice and noticed it was my first time there, got me processed and sent me on my way to the next room. Upon browsing shows up Angelina, I was very lucky to have her assisting me because I was very lost and unsure what to get. Angela was very knowledgeable, patient, nice, and just overall a great associate. I think a found a new spot to get my sleep needs.

I been going to Nug since March. I had never had a problem with nobody, everyone it's nice and hella chill. But last week and this week I been having some problems with the staff. Remind you I been coming since March and last week I asked for my points and the girl said that I had any just to find out when they put my phone number they put it wrong so I been spending hella sometimes and I can't even get all the points that I would've made. Today I was already about to pay and the girl literally asked for my ID???? Like how did I get in then ? With a fake one or sum ?

First time there - ID had expired so I could only sadly look in and wait for better days.Second time there - went with fam member and I was pleasantly surprised of how much they have. Were there for specific items so didn't get to look to much or too long.Third time there - went in & asked questions. The Mr & I were greeted by Kolbe who was amazing. We got to ask him questions about the different edibles. Discussed vegan/non vegan options. Talked about how quickly some products help. What helps for what. We must have spent about 20 mins there and got to really look around this time. There is SO much I missed and didn't see the first time around. The staff on all occasions were so nice and friendly and definitely gave off the vibe that they love their job.This place is super clean, lots of parking and lots to choose from. Got some good tips/tricks/advice for next time!Will def be back!PS: CASH ONLY

Being a 57-year-old man and during our current situation was coronavirus in the limited amount of work it's good to know that we have people like Nico and NUG wellness In San Leandro that looks out for their community as well as their clients. I had such a pleasant experience with NUG Wellness, especially when it was my first time ordering from their online menu and going to the physical location. Friendlystaff, a large variety in inventory, and the store overall was well kept and aesthetically pleasing! I was informed that every online order you place takes 10% off your total at the time of transaction. Will definitely be returning.

Really did like this club and there products I till last night I ordered for online pickup drove all the way from walnut creek for the rude security guard to get all bent outa shape and tell me to leave where closed where too busy go home like really what was the point of making a online order hours before and them confirming it was clearing there before 9:45 i had 15 minutes to spare I will not be back to this place unless there taking about giving me a comp discount on my purchase

We came in to check this place out. Everyone is super nice! Hand sanitizer! Clean and spacious. Sarah was hands down amazing. She helped us try something a little different and was the sweetest! She definitely loves what she does and it showed! Amazing customer service! Thanks to her we will definitely be coming back!

Don't buy a cartridge from here. Bought a RAW cartridge for 65$ didn't function properly went to go see what's up told me they couldn't do it bc it doesn't sound defected to them and the best I can do is buy another and they will give me a FUCKEN TEN PERCENT. Not exchange or 20% or even 30 for god sakes. Never going back. They're fast to take your money but when shit isn't good they will back out.

Super cool,modern looking dispensary! My best friend and I were assisted by Adam who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & patient (we were taking forever to decide what we wanted lol) He let us know all the details & promotions going on along with telling us about whats new & coming, shout out to him for the excellent service ! Great variety of items & will be making this my new go-to dispensary!! :)

This place is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and really well lit. There is plenty of parking - a rarity anywhere in the Bay. All of the employees were really welcoming and helpful. Kolbe was informative without being condescending, he gave me recommendations when they didn't have my usual order in stock. As others have mentioned they are cash only but they've got multiple ATM's and the fee is only $3. I couldn't have had a better experience and I'll be back!

Love NUG wellness for a couple of reasons. 1. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and what I really like about the staff is they aren't afraid to say "hold on let me see if someone can answer that question." That's huge. 2. The specials that they usually run on Monday for the week. They haven't been on top of that in the past couple of weeks, but when they do it's great.3. Space is great it's built out nicely. 4. Selection is great for what I've been recently doing. Mostly edibles, not cookies and stuff of that nature. More the pills and gelatin type edibles. Great selection. Check them out. They seem like they like working there as well. That's a great sign

Me and my boyfriend have been coming to Nug for the past year or so. I've noticed that if you aren't making yourself known to the staff, or you don't know what you're looking for they walk around you, ignore you, or look at you like you're crazy for not knowing cannabis knowledge. Personally,  I don't smoke much. I enjoy edibles that will help me relax because of my back pain . My boyfriend on the other hand loves wax. He knows his stuff, I do not.  So I go in yesterday afternoon and right when I walk in I'm greeted by this young lady who is very welcoming and kind. She asked me if I needed help with anything and when I confessed I don't know much about cannabis but I'd like something to help my back, I was surprised at how knowledgeable and genuine she was. We got to chatting and I loved how energetic and sweet she was. She didn't rush me, answered all my questions and made me feel satisfied with my purchases! I believe her name was Mel ! I definitely will be coming back because she made me feel comfortable enough without my boyfriends cannabis knowledge. She has a great personality and overall a very helpful employee!

They are amazing! Always super helpful and kind. They aren't stuck up which to me is a big plus. Always wearing masks and security is friendly. Prices are really good. Sad the online discount went down from 10% to 5%, but grateful for any and all discounts! Steadily racking up my points for a treat for a rainy day

Love NUG, beautifully designed space with great selection of  flowers, edibles and pre-rolls.  What keeps me coming back though is the staff.  Rishi and Rob are the best. They are both incredibly helpful give me great suggestions and remember my past purchases and greet me upon entering.  The security are super friendly as well.

At NUG Wellness beneath the high ceilings and well-lit displays lurks an unusually off-putting attitude by many of its employees, especially the self-appointed gatekeeper ladies at the front desk who don't seem to know much about customer service and rule the place with an iron-hand.  Coupled with the ever-present hulking guards this gives the place a kind of a prison atmosphere.  So be prepared to be totally passive and ultra-polite or you will be shown the door.  This is not your typical shopping experience even for a marijuana store. The first time I dropped in was about 4 weeks after opening and clearly some things needed to be sorted out (see other reviews).  When I suggested to the front desk that business cards might be useful the response was not well-taken.  I had asked Greg, the very helpful inventory manager, for a vape strain I couldn't find elsewhere.  The front desk told to me to "go online" to see if it would ever be in stock.   By the way, even though NUG has a website there was some confusion about why I would need to use a third party site (weedmaps.com) to find out what the San Leandro store has in stock.I went back a couple of weeks later and asked for Greg by name but apparently this is not acceptable protocol at NUG because he's not a regular bud-tender so I think I got another "black mark".  After I was eventually allowed to speak to Greg he said he'd order what I wanted and to call back in a couple of weeks.  Not the right move it turns out.  You're not supposed to ask for Greg on the phone and if you persist and explain that he's been working with you it's considered "rude".  I guess this was the last straw because I find I have now been BANNED from the store for "rudeness" to the staff.  Maybe it's like this at all pot shops but with two others within just a mile of NUG you'd be well-advised to first try BLUM or the new Harborside branch store on Verna Court. (opening soon).I think the owner of NUG would be well-advised to encourage customer feedback rather than allowing it to be suppressed in an oppressively strict atmosphere where the usual business mantra of "the customer is always right" clearly does not apply.

Love this shop the atmosphere and vibes here are all relaxing. They also include taxes on their online menu in additional to always having good Medicine. They don't accept debit card but they do have 2 ATM's on site. I Went on my birthday not long ago and got congratulated for it being my born day, much love. . . .

My go to place forsure. I'm obsessed with the variety and collection of concentrates. And their flower is also unique. Everything they sell is quality and worth it. Check out the deals they have so you can save yourself money and order online you always get 10% off each visit.

Highly recommend! Selection is great, staff is very helpful, and the prices are reasonable. They offer an early bird discount for coming in before 10am which is also a nice perk. If you haven't tried this spot, you have to at least once to collect your first time 10% discount. I'm confident you'll be back.

The staff is more than friendly and are beyond welcoming. I live in San Jose but come out here whenever I can because they're worth it. I couldn't ask for a more professional establishment that makes me feel safe and valued as a client. Tayler is the most recent person who has helped me, and she was awesome. She took her time with me and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. I'll be back soon!

Just bought an edible.. they gave me the package and I noticed that it was packed 6 months ago. I asked was there a closer date to now as edibles don't really have a good shelf life, they looked through the rest and could not find one. I asked could I instead get another flavor as they all cost the same.. the young lady called the manager who end up being Rob.. told him what the issue was he asked me when did I buy it.. I said she just gave me my change when I saw the date.. this guy says all sales are final and wouldn't exchange there six month old as candy. Now I LITERALLY come here every week to buy this stuff and you just told a customer who hadn't even taken ownership of the old ass candy who spends so much money with you that they couldn't just swap it out !!! Bruh!! Yalll suck! They have tried to sell me expired stuff before but made up for it.. now I have to go find a new fav.. me and my money are out!!!

I come here for their drank and edibles. They have a big selection here. Also, they carry the Kanha Nano brand gummies. I come here just for those literally every week. The staff is very friendly and educated on their products. My go to club right now.

Great parking! Security right outside and inside..Greeted immediately and was asked if we needed assistance.. the store is clean and well organized..our budtender explained everything to my daughter who needed something for her pain..so we didn't leave empty handed.. and for the prices.. THE VERY BEST I've paid for so far..And we've made a few stops from Fresno to the Bay Area.. you won't regret making this pit pot stop!

The names on the TV needs to go. The process is a failure and confusing. Some people just want to be in and out and this process forces you stay longer than needed. Hopefully they fix this and just go back to first come, first serve. Also I prefer that they NOT put my name on anything other people can see. Especially without asking permission! I prefer my privacy.

Hey folks, Jonathan was awesome blossom, the dude made sure we were taken cared of right away. Feel bad for coming in the last 10 min but we knew what we want. Great atmosphere great place!

Make sure to double check what you ask for, "sale is final" even though you don't even see what they grab for you, and if they mess up and they admit they messed up and give you the wrong thing and you walk out and back in the store within 5 mins, they can't give you the correct thing but they can give you a %10 discount so you have to spend another $40 to get what you want and your still stuck with what you didn't want

Went to buy a raw garden full gram cartridge , which is pretty top of the line , one of the most expensive carts you can get in the whole store. When I got home, the cart would not pull , so I came back to exchange it for a new cartridge , they went to the back and said they got a full hit out of the cartridge I purchased. How would you get a full hit off a cartridge if you didn't put your lips on it. They gave it back to me and told me they would not exchange the cartridge after they put their mouth on it . This is disgusting especially with covid .

In my city(San Leandro) i want to go but the prices are way to high compared to blum and harborside. I get great service from both blum and harborside but what gets me in is the price. Don't need the price gouging for greed over a flower. SAD

Placed an order online at 9pm arrived at 9:30 to pick it but was told that their online cut off is 8:50 even though the order went through and told me to arrive at 9:30. The budtender with curly hair at the online check out was super rude and started laughing at me when I walked out to leave, if I place an order for $300 worth of tree the least you can do is not be rude to me when y'all make a mistake

I walked into the store today and Brandin immediately went up to me and was incredibly helpful. He knew product information very thoroughly and was so kind and welcoming. S/o to nug for hiring someone so helpful and charismatic.

I want to like these guys, but my experience as a customer was less than stellar. I was in on 4/20 when they had a sale on Cartridges. The deal was buy one full gram, get a half gram for $1. I was making other purchases, so I didn't notice till I was almost home that my total seemed high. On inspecting my receipt, I see that I was charged full price. This is a $30 discrepancy.I call and they were kind on the phone and told me to come back the next day and they would refund my money.So far, no problem. Mistakes happen.But when I went in the next day, they would NOT give me my money back. All they were willing to offer me was store credit.Now, I understand if it was a return or some other reasons where store credit is fair. But this was THEIR MISTAKE! They OVERCHARGED me. So... Best place to shop for your wellness needs. Beautiful environment with top grade meds. The staff is wonderful and the service is outstanding. There are smiles everywhere in this place. Hey guys,Brandon and Matt helped me out a HUGE ton. I wasn't there for Terpy Tuesday and they hooked me up! They gave me the same deal as Tuesday on a Wednesday and it made my entire day. Not only that, but NUG Wellness is one of the best if not THE best Dispensary out there with a 10% discount on all products if you order online along with promotions and deals if you follow their emails.

Love this place! Workers are always helpful , well educated about their products , and the store is nice and organized . Probably my favorite place to get some edibles and preroll and I noticed on Tuesday they have a lot of sales. Also, Shout out to Mac for giving us the best customer service! He was super nice and gave us different options on which products is better . Such a cool guy. Definitely should go and check this place out.

The NUG budtenders are helpful and they really know their stuff. They're down to give recommendations and suggest new things! I love the security guards too, they're super lovely and make an effort to remember the customers. Nug makes me feel at home :)

I stumbled upon this place randomly and could not be more happy with it. My go-to dispensary!! Very clean, great variety of products. I do edibles only and it's hard finding dispensaries with lots of new edibles to try. Mikey helped me out and he was tremendously knowledgeable about the products and what kind of high they produce. I love this place and force all my friends to try it too.

Brandin is a keeper! Thank you for hiring this young man.  He came running over to me and couldn't wait to show me "his kitchen".  He showed me the edibles and dabbing area along with the CBDs.  I left with two edibles, but was disappointed when I got home.  I had specifically asked for gummies and got gumdrops, which are harder to cut in half and didn't taste as good.  (I'm a lightweight and start with 5mg.)  The prices and choice products were fantastic.  I'll be back.  Hopefully the cherry gummies they were out of will be back in stock by then.

Nug is my favorite!!!!! Very professional, clean and the most reasonable prices I've seen so far. I have never been disappointed!! All the staff have been very helpful and give great advice on what is good and what's to your liking!!!

All staff are taking safety precautions and are super helpful! I was able to walk in and see the inventory which made the decision process easy. They have many good deals during the week so definitely come in to experience it!

We really needed this place. The staff is knowledgeable and honest. Brandon helped me out & was straight up about quality when I asked questions. I had ordered an ounce online but when I got there they had ran out. Brandon tried his best to help me find something to replace it but I couldn't find what I wanted. He informed me of an edible deal so I bought some of those instead. He was really cool and asked for the review for a predilection :) I love their selection (wayyyyyy more than we are hemp) but would love if their menu online reflected they were out of the ounce . Only reason they don't have 5 stars. This isn't the first time this has happened to me either :/// . Other than that love them. Go here!

Just visited.  I think it needs a few things, and then it could very well be the best in the area.  First the bad, then the excellent, then the hopeful. The clerks walking in the front were loud, unending, and didn't take the hint well... I had to endure their spiel A to Z about what was what.  I know what edibles are, thanks, person who pronounces "Cannabis" "Kabis" all three times they say it.  Ugh. The budtender, however was PERFECT.  One of the best I've ever seen.  He really knew his product.  I just wish that his product was better... it was all high-THC.  Not a single leaf with CBD.  This is really weird considering many men, most women, and increasing numbers of medical professionals want high CBD leaf & product for themselves and their patients.  There's also no product on display for women, which is weird, considering estrogen makes women feel pain differently, so very many have monthly pain, there are such vast options out there for women, and women and spend 80-90% of the retail dollars in the US.  Why ignore that massive demographic?  Combine these facts with the distracting, heavy bass music that would definitely be offputting to the large over-45 Bay Area demographic, and Nug Dispensary seems more geared towards youngish men.  I have an elderly neighbor who needs topicals for arthritis and I'm still gonna drive her allllll the way to Harborside this weekend.  These quibbles are fixable, though.  I have real hope we can have an inclusive, welcoming, knowledgeable, Dispensary within reach, and Nug looks promising. I'll go back in a few weeks to look for a high-CBD strain, and maybe.. hopefully!... their cool light-up/magnify display jars will have THC, CBD, terpinoid, and growing method on their labels, not just strain name.  Well, we can hope, right?

I've spent my money at Nug since they've opened. Every member of the staff has been more than helpful, until tonight. My brother placed an online order for pick up and when we went to pick up the order we were bombarded with disrespectful notions from the security team. He wouldn't allow us entry claiming that it was already to many people that had arrived to purchase. My brother tried to explain to the security officer that he was picking up an online order and before he could finish the security officer screamed "I see y'all don't like hearing no but you won't be getting In here". I responded by saying their isn't any reason to be rude and he proceeded to close the door and cancel the conversation.As I said we come frequently so my brother called to ask them about the rules and the person who answered the phone knew my brother by name and told us to come back so we did. As we walked through the door I said it's very unprofessional to address your customers like that and the officer responded by saying your in aren't you as he bangs his fist against a near by chair. I responded by saying sir regardless that isn't a way to treat your customers i work as a supervisor myself and would never address a customer or allow my employees to address a customer in that manner regardless of the situation respect should always be maintained for people who patronize your establishment. As I said before the rest of the staff has always been great to me but based off this encounter I will never return here again.

When it comes to doing things right, NUG has everything on point, from the amazing selection of products along with lots of variety, to staying up to par about being safe and sanitary, I wouldn't say any other place to go to but here. Oh BTW, the whole staff is a tremendous help with any sort of question!

I found the Nug Dark chocolate/dark chocolate Almonds edible sometime ago at another dispensary and fell head over heels for it. I love the way the high is, and it was consistent. I liked it so much that when the dispensary I was using ran out I called Nug headquarters just to find out where else they were selling it. I was over the hill excited that a Nug dispensary was popping right up in my neighborhood..I no longer had to go searching around for that good...After a couple of times visiting now.... my feelings about it turned from excitement to Meh for sure. First!! All of the other dispensaries are selling the product for $15 that includes tax..where Nug is now selling it for almost $18. I buy this thing every week, so where $3 might not be much, it is to a person constantly buying it. Second, no other dispensaries nearby are selling the product anymore, they straight did a monopoly on the product. And Third, the thing that has irritated me the most, the thing that has caused me to write this review and ultimately score them so low is that the three times I have come to this place I have gotten products that have been on the shelves for months. The latest that I picked up was packaged 4/30/19 today is 1/24/20..Now I'm no expert, but I just don't believe I get the strongest, best high from a product that is three months shy of a year on a shelf.....that has varied in room temperature, locations and the sort..then the fact I can't seem to find the product anywhere else, forcing me to come here is about to make me find a new product all together. When I asked the budtender about the date..this man gives me some crazy spill about it being illegal to sell closer dates..clearly he was making up some ish trying to advert the awkwardness, because every single time I've bought it from other places the dates have not been more than two months from the current date.  Man I was faithful to this product..it got me to where I was needing to go..I timed it..knew how long it would take..loved it..buy it almost every week Now I'm about to have to go researching AGAIN...damn can anything in this industry stay consistent.

This has to be the best place in the Bay Area, lots of products, super friendly staff. I consider myself a weed connoisseur, this place has whatever you need. Yes, there is tax but the tax is SUPER low. If you want to experience what a dispensary should feel and look like... Go to NUGS u wont be sorry.

Just stopped by Nug. Social distancing was in full effect, but the line was great,  the man running it kept the vibes high, and we were all enjoying ourselves! Roberto on the inside took care of me! Even grabbed the last cart they had of the strain I wanted out of the case for me. One of the managers hooked it up by telling me about some of the great deals they're having. I live in West Oakland, but drive down here because the price and staff are great! (Shout out to Michael, the bud tender who usually shows me the bombest strains!!)

Expect to be there 10 mins or more prior to the store closing or they will not let you in. After calling and seeing what time the store closes which was 10pm I took a drive there. When I arrived they told me they were closing down and I should have got there before 10. As this the guy continues to explain how I should be there by 10 I continually show him the time on my phone which is globally accurate at 9:53. I wouldn't care so much if I don't call ahead of of time and was reassured the store was open till 10pm and as long as I got there by then it would be fine to make a transaction. I have  video footage of the interaction with date and time and would to show the owner how his employees are conducting business. If you want to close at 9:50 advertise you close at 9:50. Don't give ppl the assumption you are open till 10 and refuse service to someone who drives out of their way to your facility. For this reason we will not be going back to this store again.

This is a hidden gem and San Leandro that I hope sticks around for a long time I literally work on Moreno so after work this is my go to for any edibles or flour I might need none wellness has been established for many years and love to take care of their customers I actually made it to the grand opening and was greeted with respect every time I go in really appreciate your guises presents to San Leandro and can't wait to make another drop in awesome parking

The website was so easy to go through and very detailed as well so youre able to make a good decision. The employees were super friendly and had great vibes. Was driving by and had to go in! The design is amazing and very high end but the prices are still fair and average! Great combination. Everyone was extremely nice and atmosphere is relaxing and pretty. I will definitely be back, it's my new favorite spot. (has its own parking lot)

NUG needs to teach their budtenders customer service!!  Came in this morning for a non existent vendor event!  Where were they???  I'm handicapped and have to use a cane!  I needed help and no one wanted to help!!  I wandered around the place for a few minutes and decided to just get some prerolls. I stood in line to purchase and look at them since I wasn't getting help anywhere else!  I told him what I  was interested in and he pulled out four or five of the brand slammed them down for me to look at and walked away!  UNFRIENDLY, RUDE, CONDESCENDING, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!  I don't  know if it was because I was handicapped or what the problem was!  But this is the first and last time I  go there!!  I'll stick with my original cannibas club where I'm treated with respect and great customer service!!

I came to check this place out during their soft opening week. Dispensary is nicely lit with a lot of different kind of products on display. The sales people on the floor were very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had, especially Jean. I bought some decent flower for a good price, and tried out some of their edible chocolates too. The coffee flavored chocolate ones were my favorite.

Favorite place to go especially because it's close to me and so convenient. Online service system is great. I've consistently been able to order online, go about my dad and pick my order up when ready with 0 issues and the discounts are always a plus.

I've been waiting for a dispensary to open up near my neighborhood, and NUG Wellness answered my prayers! It is very spacious and clean, with the friendliest staff greeting you right when you walk in. It is a cash only dispensary, but they have two ATMs inside ready to be used. I've been helped by David the last couple times I've visited, and he's the best!!!

I love the vibe of the establishment. The place is extremely clean and smells really nice, plus the employees are very attentive and kind. Definetly going to come again.

Very fast and friendly, they have a great selection of edibles amongst their other products. They seem to be full staffed so there is always help on the floor. Nico took care of me and made sure I got what I needed.

I have visited this dispensary twice already. Even though they're new they have a great selection of product. My budtender was Jean & she informed me that new product is arriving nearly every day. The price of the Nug flower is a great price for an 1/8th of my medicine. I will be sending all my friends here. I hope they start a rewards program soon. Be sure to ask for Jean, she's very informative and welcoming.

I've been here once before had a terrific time, but this time was different. I walk-in check in at the front desk and walk into the display section. I ask the gentleman whose attending to the store at the time for a STATIVA and get a hybrid instead. Didn't even let me look at the product before putting it into a bag for me. Terrible shopping experience in my life.

Visited here for my first time yesterday and instantly I was in love. Not only good location, BUT THEY HAVE A PARKING LOT. considering another store I use to go to, where it wasn't a good location and there was little to no street parking, that's a plus to me. The steps they're taking for social distancing was great, the people were really nice and helpful up front, and it felt like a welcoming atmosphere. I didn't feel like I was thrown in, rushed, and then having to decide on the spot. I loved how everything was visible through glass display, the place had a nice look, and all around a comforting feel. Soon as we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman, (I forgot his name) BUT he was SUPER nice and knowledgeable on everything we discussed. I originally came in to get a vape pen by Dosist to help with sleep, but I also had been having issues with my normal vape pen's battery. So I decided bring it in and ask. The guy was really nice and explained that the battery works best with its matching brand cartridge, and hooked me up with a new battery. IN LOVVVEEE with the design and coloring on the new one as well!!! He also helped me out on buying a new cartridge!! I loved when I asked if he had a preference or experience and he was quick with an answer that was based on personal experience. He answered all my questions and helped me and my girlfriends out a lot. We were also talked to by other employees who just had an all around uplifting and nice attitude. When walking out of the building everybody said have a good day as we passed them. In the end, very nice place, amazing team working there, and a good location. We will definitely be back.

I think tonight was the last straw. I showed up at 9:54pm today having 6 minutes left before they close the doors. I was greeted by security guard at the door and told me that the store was closed even though I was there before 10pm. I was told to wait outside until he spoke to a manager or supervisor. But he came back and said no and, it was 9:57pm.... it was not even 10pm yet and then we were told by the lovely receptionist at the front that the registers close at 9:55pm and they cannot receive any more transactions and we were turned away and it was still 9:57pm . People inside were still being rung up and other still looking around. So whats the difference from them and I. So I left and still made it in time to make it to another dispensary right down the street and they took me!! Thank goodness.  After a long day at work (double shifts) all I wanted was some flower. I love dispensaries that go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with the purchase and with the service. Being a local, I get excited with new dispensaries open nearby and I don't have to drive to SF for some good premium flower but tonight was the last strike. My last 3 visits there were disappointing including tonight but I kept giving it another chance. My mistake. I normally dont write reviews, but I had to tonight. Sorry guys, I had to give it 1 star . I believe i was treated better on NUG grand opening day and that day it was busy !!

Walked in and welcomed us and asked us what we were interested in and let us walk around and whenever we had a question they were there to help us out and answer our questions. They got a wide variety of lots of different products as well. Definitely gonna come back and would 10/10 recommend.

This is a really nice club.   They have lots of products including refrigerator beverages.   I like the Nugz brand vapor pens.   They're better for my allergies and very clean.

My Experience there was very unpleasant one of the worst customer service I've encounter in this type of establishment (dispensary) 4  thumbs down My customer cashier was rude and didn't give me my receipts or put my items in the bag Ended the transaction by getting on his phone and acting as if I wasn't there Would definitely not spend my money there again San Leandro location is a note for me all establishmentFirst impressions do count and they lost my money I talk to the Manager on duty and she pretty much do anything to offer me a discount if I purchase something else

The customer service here sucks. Felt like staff members were profiling and one was confrontational. Got way too close, like c'mon. Unprofessional. Tried to intimidate, to no avail. Rather go to Blum or Cookies. They're Better. I still left buying something why cause they're cheap as hell.

First off I came in and forgot my wallet in the car. I told the woman who was helping me I'd be right back. She was cool with it. Came back 3 minutes later and needed to use the ATM. None of cards were working and as she walked over to help me she said the machine was out of money. As we were talking I assume an good friend of hers walked up because she totally cut me off to talk to her friend. I stood there for about 2 minutes totally being ignored than just walked off to be helped by someone else. The other woman helped me immediately and was very professional. They need to train these employees better because that's bad CS and I've been coming since they opened

Really liked the interactions I had with the NUG Wellness team members. They were all very helpful. The shop is very easy to navigate and is welcoming.

Buyer Beware: FALSE ADVERTISING or bait and switch, how ever you want to name it. If you order using your points and choose a certain product they can and will change it with out your knowledge or choice. I wouldn't have know if I didn't open the bag in store to make sure my product was correct. Bad customer service from the lady helping ( waiting for her name to come through on text, will update) . Was not given the option to choose or cancel and save my points. She pretty much let me know she didn't care or want to accommodate a customer.

Don't spend your money with the San Leandro store. Most of their flowers are old, bad quality & taste like mildew. Spoke with their management & they would not give me my money back nor would they allow me to exchange it. Bad business from a customer service stand point... especially since I've spent over $2000 in this establishment. I will NEVER patronage their business EVER again! And I'm telling all my friends & family to take their money elsewhere! I wish I could give them zero stars Signed,A pissed off former customer

Generally speaking most businesses in California respect the business hours that are posted. Do not expect to come here 10 to 5 minutes before closing because they will not serve you... While I understand the logic that everyone needs to go home on time they should definitely consider changing their business hours.

Two things to understand: 1. Watch what they are charging you, 2. Do not pay unless it's the right price cuz if u pay and then ask after, they claim they can't change or or do anything about jt.. (that is against the law) I'm a weekly customer and usually get the promotions. I went in on cyber Monday and it was like no one knew what was on sale and I had to inform them. After 2 wrong totals and discussion It took 20 min to get the pricing right and still it was wrong and they wouldn't fix the prices completely these are line item charges not discounts.. I explained over and over.. as I fully understood their coded data base pricing system myself ( cuz I've done someCoding myself) after all of that back and forth the prices were still off on one of my products I purchased. They wouldn't change it to make all correct so I walked away.. Then after leaving I get into my vehicle only to find out they didn't put all of my products into my bag.. so we had to yo back and show them receipts again and 10 min later we got our paid for product and departed..

The turn over rate with their employees should tell you something right from the get. Nug is constantly raising prices and when asked they "assure you" the price won't raise again. Doesn't seem like they care about the customers like they used to. Just want you in an out for your money. Understandable it's a business, just compared to before the customer service is going downhill.

The staff were friendly and eager to assist from the moment I arrived. Security was friendly. Desk staff was extremely helpful & cheery. Brandon was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient, as I had product questions. I asked for comparable items to be sure I was looking for the correct product, and he patiently waited on me, and helped me to find a variety of items. It was a good feeling to leave with a bag filled with good and helpful products.

This is a very nice, clean dispensary. The process from check-in to check-out is smooth. I always know what I'm going in to get, so I haven't had the chance to tap in to their product knowledge, but their customer service is great. They run weekly promotions so it's always good to tap into that. Alexandria helped me today and she was nice and helpful.

Great store! Discount for new customers, great range of products including things I've never seen before in other dispensaries, such as medicated coffee! Check-in was quick and painless, every single member of staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Ample parking on site, great setup inside. If you're in the area, very much worth a visit!

Their employee Brian referred me to this place, I just went in and was helped by Brandon, who was super friendly and chill. I have been to some dispensaries where they are all about getting you in and out quickly and come off very stern. My experience at NUG Wellness just now felt the exact opposite, everyone who I interacted with were incredibly welcoming and I am definitely going to be back! Great vibes and products. I grabbed some cannabis infused cola, can't wait to try it and review it on my YouTube channel :)
