Elemental Wellness is always our go-to! Always great selections & prices! And I love the ambiance and decor. They make every visit an ease with their menus displayed at every corner. Their budtenders are friendly and very knowledgable. Dreya was the greatest! My boyfriend and I are big on flowers and we wanted to try out their tinctures but didn't know much about them, Dreya was so informative about the different products they had and it definitely helped!

Ryan is the best bud tender in the world, I've came here twice and he is super helpful really advises me on a medicine that I would like. Great job elemental wellness! Ryan is a superstar

So I will open with.  I been going to elemental for a while. Since it was open at the other location near club auto sport. I used to love coming here. Great prices great happy staff and most importantly great product. Though I have noticed a decline over the years. Gone are the days of happy staff and quality products in my opinion. I frequent maybe cannabis establishments I used to have elemental at the top. Today I went in and the security guard was meh didn't seem friendly. He kinda pointed to the front desk. The front desk receptionist I could not hear what she needed. Generally I assume they wanted my ID.  I remember them always telling me about new deals and exciting things but today was here the your ID. I was like ok ? Cool I guess? The store was full of stuff the set up was a little much for me. Just a eye overload with everything. There wasn't a line but that is what happens I guess at 12 on a Monday.  The budtender was very hard to hear and I felt it was very difficult to hear each other or under what they were saying.  I did my best to muddle through it. I came in because of a sale they had. Which I tried to order online but I needed to email them my information but I didn't feel that was safe to do so. Other places generally have me upload a photo to my profile that they confirm there. So sending my information to an email didn't feel good. With the budtender I didn't get any feedback on the products or details. Not that it would have helped since it was difficult to hear each other. I just like it when someone can educate me on the products. I wanted a nice indica but usually I get asked for what. I wanted something for sleep but I think I just got recommended the highest thc for the price range I gave. Which I fine but I wish I could have been better helped. The budlets I got were meh looking. I have gotten better but who knows. I just felt bad about my transaction. I felt like gone are the days of elemental the happy fun caring spot to something more capitalistic. It went from shopping at an Apple Store to Shopping at Fry's electronics. Anyways. I can't say I will be back, today was just ehh maybe it was Monday but I do not know. .25/1 for staff engagement .25/1 knowledge.5/1   product/website.5/1   Prices.5/1   Store appearance. 2/5 can't say I recommend coming back but maybe you will have a better experience. TL;DR. subpar experience from a well know long standing cannabis dispensary. The competition has shown Elemental might not be what it used to be.

I've gone to different dispensary in and out of the state and somehow I always remember Elemental. The service and just overall vendor options is amazing. Deals off the roof! And the atmosphere is so professional. I have recommended friends and relatives and they all feel the same over this place. Elemental is like no other and you'll be taken care of!

Okay so I have to say, they never let me down. They always got some kind of discount going on. Nick, NICK haha,  The Voice Of Reasoning. He knows his stuff. Helps you with what you like and looks out for you on prices if you need to. And hooked us up with a awesome clone and the tree was straight to my liking. ‍

Jen helped me check out while I was shopping at Elemental. She was so helpful! She reminded me about the coupon I came in for and mentioned a few that would apply to my order. She was so friendly and just had an overall amazing energy.

I came here to pickup some stuff for my family member. Dylan assisted me and was knowledgeable, which was extremely helpful. He was quick yet offered quality service. I definitely recommend this place for the variety of things they offer and especially  for the customer service. Thank you, Dylan for your help!

My fave dispensary! They always have great specials and everyone is really nice. I once had an issue with being overcharged, due to a discount that didn't get applied and I had called when I got home when I noticed it. When I went back to correct it they were already aware and fixed it right away, great management!I come here mainly for there edibles and vape cartridges and they have a great selection to choose from and I believe they have the best prices in town!Check their calendar on their website for their daily deals! I recommend this place, awesome customer service and great product selection.

So thankful & amazed!! I got my delivery order within the HOUR!! I placed my order @ 5:51p, confirmed by :52 & the driver was pulling up @ my place by 6:38p!! I ordered a lil re-up (5 items/ 5gs carts/wax) & honestly i was expecting atleast a two hour wait (delivering to Menlo Park) ANNNND I got free delivery bc i spent over $75..Sure made my Friday! shout out to my delivery driver DARRYL!! I've been coming here for a few months. Love the aesthetics, as well as the customer service. Their delivery service is absolutely amazing. Also huge shoutout to Darryl for being a great delivery driver. Very cool guy. 5 stars, I would definitely come back.

Tonight I was lucky enough to get my delivery hella quick. And by a great dude named Ramiel. Super friendly guy And great enthusiasm for his work and this dispensary. Hopefully customers get to meet him soon before he stays running the place.. We bonded over our love of elemental wellness. Definitely the Best place to get your weed from in San Jose

Visited EWC today and had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa; her helpful knowledge and easy to talk too attitude made it a calming experience. The selections can be overwhelming but Vanessa knew exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the process. I would highly recommend Vanessa and EWC!! Great place and awesome people!!

I love this shop so much because everyone is so laid back and helpful. They are very thorough with their process and everything inside is super clean. The people behind the counter really try to help you if you don't know what to get or what you like.

Sleeping has been an issue for quite some time so I'm glad I found out about Elements from a friend and anytime I need stuff delivered I can count on them! I used to use elemental all the time, they were my favorite they had a good selection of edibles and prerolls. But the last 2 delivery's were what had me seeking other dispensary's. They took out my money twice the first time, ( I get it mistakes happen) it took them a while to refund me. The last experience I had with them, I asked to have my rewards applied, and I explained to the driver that the website wasn't updating my requests, which is what happened with the payment on the delivery before. The dispatcher accused me of not clicking the right buttons while on the phone with the driver. Very unprofessional and made me not want to spend my money there anymore. The drivers are always nice though, but I don't think I'll use them again.

I've been a customer since the start of Elemental Wellness.  Today, I ordered for delivery.  My driver, Danielle, was very friendly, and exhibited great Covid-19 safety procedures.  My in-store purchases has been a great experience as well. Competitive pricing, and great specials as well.Overall, Elemental provides a great Customer Experience all around.

Stopped by for some items. Staff was very helpful and did a good job getting the line moving. The downside for me was that all their merchandise is shown on a computer screen that faces the employee. Just imagine someone at their desk trying to show you their computer screen through a plexiglass enclosure. They'll scroll through pages and have you choose from there.  Not the best setup for me. I'll pass and try someplace else.

Elemental is my go to in the San Jose and they have the quickest most reliable delivery of any dispensary. The menu is also consistent and drivers take cash or card. They are respectful, friendly and always make sure you're order is correct. My last order was delivered by Conrad who was cool enough to hook me up with a cool Elemental glass beer pint with my medicine. Elemental is the best

Delivery drivers, budtenders and other staff are about the chillest at Elemental. I've been a customer for a while and keep coming back for the good selection and friendly service. Special shout out for Gavin, my most recent delivery driver, who was super cool to deal with his professional and efficient transaction. Thanks dude.

Great place!! Best delivery service! Have been using them for a while now. My drivers name was Sai and he was great! The delivery service is free and always promptly within their time window which is nice. Will be back of course!

Elemental has the best club the Bay Area has to offer. All employees thus far have been a joy from a customers point of view And are never rushing or pushy. Today I asked my driver Jason a few questions about some other products I was interested in trying and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I made an order for pick up today and then had to change it to delivery and the process was amazingly  simple and thanks to EW & Staff. Now the delivery guy (Chad) who was extremely helpful and quick, he also wished me a "Happy Father's Day"! He was great and I'm sure I'm not the one that gives him great review, but I forgot to tip him and he still wish me a happy Father's Day . Great driver and Professionalism ! Thank Chad !!!

10 out of 10; My favorite and the most reliable dispensary in the whole Bay Area. I've been a member since I moved to California back in 2013 and they have never let me down on in-store service or purchases nor with their delivery service. Always-always friendly and responsive drivers who provide great recommendations for future purchases. I recently had a delivery by Aramiss, who was so kind and a joy to talk to while we waited for my payment to process. If not for distancing I seriously would have hugged her.If you're considering giving EWC a try and you haven't yet, here's a few reasons why you should: the new location is top-notch if you want to know more about a brand or product, the staff (all of them at every level - from the front desk to the delivery folks) are so helpful and informative, the selection is always fresh at every price point, and honestly the swag is so well done. Props to the marketing guy that I'm always hearing about when I can't stay away from their latest merch.Go for the buds, leave feeling like a connoisseur!These super rude and pompous people leaving bad reviews because they aren't treated like royalty absolutely need to get over themselves. Notice it's never about the quality though ;) Keep it up EWC!

Elemental Wellness received the Worst Ethics award from me. I think it is great that that Elemental Wellness claimed to offer a gimmicky Senior Experience discount. But, honestly... it's total bullsh*t. I was a customer there for 2-3 two years. When I found out they had been aware of my age from day one but did not provide the discount to me, I told this dispensary to "Get off my lawn!". And I never returned. I even told them that this happened and they refused to make any amendments to the sales. Not even store credit. Fook'em!

The delivery guy Chad was great. I was about 3-5 minutes late and he waited for me. I really appreciated it!! Exceeded expectations, thanks again!!

I went to my dispensary yesterday morning 07/2020. I have been visiting the same place for a few years now. It's inviting, clean up scale. They use to have yoga classes and cooking classes all sorts of interesting and entertaining things.Yesterday when I went in I noticed signs posted that read something like this; Due to the coin shortage we will be rounding our totals up.Imagine my surprise that they wanted to round me up when I was using a credit card. Currently cash seems kind of dirty to me, so I use the plastic.She still rounded me up, sixty cents.I'm know the manager and asked to speak with her. She said that is the policy. But I'm not using cash. We went back and forth for a minute and she took three dollars off my bill.I asked her with all the additional fee's and taxes how they can round a total up? Aren't people complaining? She said that I was the first and only one. So everyone is giving them extra money. Probably every single person who visits is being rounded up.What a rip off!!!I gave them one star because I had to in order to submit my review.

Love this places Customer centric attitude. All drivers are ridiculously nice and know so much about the products. Spidey came thru today and was an absolute pleasure to work with. 5/5 will recommend . I was overcharged by a few bucks and they are ON IT to fix. No hassle at all. Sometimes technology does not work as you expect, and it's about how you handle the follow up that matters. Plus...go into the store is also a terrific experience. The older security guard is fantastic and really welcomes everyone as if we were old friends (similar to my interaction with Spidey). Kudos to the management team there making all the right moves to make the industry as a whole more reputable!

Love that all the staff is wearing gloves and mask makes me feel that they are prioritizing my health and safety. Been coming here a couple times and the first time I came the person that helped me was the very rude. I came in last week on a Tuesday I believe and Jasmine the girl with the black and blonde hair was very helpful and very customer orientated. Elemental is THE BEST cannabis dispensary in the bay, if not the United States. The environment and people make the medicinal patient feel cared for and loved. Speaking of people, I wanted to give a special shoutout to Gino and Brendon that came through for me before going out of town for a very stressful trip to visit family. Without them, it would have been an even more stressful experience. For someone that lives with mental health disorders and does not subscribe to pharmaceuticals, that is the difference between a good day and a bad day. Thank you for being so caring and loving team Elemental!! If you are shopping anywhere else (especially Caliva) you are doing it wrong.

Staff always make me feel safe with prioritizing health and safety. Went in today and Sail -(Sendy ) assisted me. She was super helpful and knew exactly what items I was in need of. Sail actually helped me one other time before this, but this was the second time and worth reviewing. Appreciate your help and if you are in need come here check for Sail aka. Wow, just placed an order this morning and within 2 hours..there was an amazing young man at my door.  He introduced himself as Matt and was extremely professional and NICE.  During all this COVID stuff, customer service has gone out the window.  Not with Matt..I have a bad back and he was extremely helpful and just happy!  Thank you for such excellent customer service and professionalism with masks and signatures!  He is diffenately a keeper.

Delivery was quicker than the pizza man. Their rep JC was gracious enough to park, mask up, and leave his car to deliver the medication. I'm appreciative of the fast and safe delivery.

Well this review is long over due. I have been coming to elemental wellness for at least 3 years now and it's always my favorite place to visit. The staff is always friendly from the guards to the bud tenders to the delivery drivers. This place is also one of the only shops I've been to that still has reasonably priced edibles. I recently stocked up and got it delivered to my home. The driver Jason (a.k.a. Spidey) was timely and had a bright personality that made me feel like I was being welcomed into the actual store and not just getting it delivered to my home. This place is definitely where you want to come if you want a variety of products, quality service, and top shelf bud!

Elemental always comes through! Recently I have been doing delivery due to being stuck home with some back issues. Today my order was delivered by a gentleman named Sai, he showed up within the delivery window and was very professional he even made some recommendations on products to help with my back pain. Thanks again Sai!

I came in today for the first time and was truly at a loss but Luna was so helpful and welcoming. I suffer from a lot of anxiety and she didn't pressure or overwhelm me the slightest and helped me pick out some goodies to chill me out. I will definitely be coming back!

There is no doubt in my mind that they are the best dispensary I have ever purchased from. I have had countless orders since becoming a member sometime in late 2019. Going in to the shop is always a treat, the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Their selection, both online and in store, includes such a wide variety of flower and other products and all are at very reasonable prices. I just recently purchased a little jar of honey that has a bit of CBN inside as a sleep aid and I'm excited to try that out.Their delivery service definitely takes the cake! They are always extremely quick and professional. I had never had any hiccups until quite recently (it was the distributor's error not theirs) and Robert, the delivery manager, was quick to resolve the error within 24 hours! He took time out of his day to email me back, call to leave a message, and chat with me when I called back to ensure I was properly taken care of. I was pleased to find out that Elemental cares about their customers more than I thought possible for a dispensary!I also always have a great experience with the delivery drivers. My apartment building is a little difficult to get to but every driver has navigated perfectly with little to no instruction from me. They have all been extremely friendly and I find myself chit-chatting with them during transactions. My most recent experience was with Conrad, who is always a treat! I grew up in the bay area and visit often. The world of cannabis is newer to me and can be very intimidating. I've tried many other dispensaries but nothing compares to Elemental Wellness. The staff is knowledgeable and excited to answer any of my questions. The product is great quality and the delivery service is amazing! Rob and David are always so helpful. I can't say enough great things. On the delivery side, Conrad has been out to my place a couple of times and he is great. Gloved and masked, I felt very safe communicating with him as well as with the whole payment process. He was friendly and helped remind me of daily specials as well as specials I will be able to use in the future as a bit a bit older. He's amazing and a bright light.When I visit, There is not one weak link. At every step I am made to feel comfortable and welcomed and taken care of. More often than not they know exactly who I am, call me by my name and even complement me on my nail polish LOL. Small things but huge in these times when I see very few "strangers". Thank you!!!!

Just got a delivery from Brian I think, that's what the receipt says. He was super cool, and was nice to talk to while we waited for the card machine to reboot. Everything arrived as ordered and I'm super happy with it. I've ordered from Elemental a few times before and have also visited the store before and after COVID started. Both times I felt as comfortable as the circumstances of the world would allow and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this business. Highly (lol) Recommend.

I love the atmosphere and the energy of this club. The people here are dope and the budtender with blonde hair really knew how to recommend wax. We ended up really satisfied with what we got. I also LOVE the fact I could bring my doggo inside. I wan't comfortable leaving her in the car so I thought that was awesome. Everyone loved her. Despite the high taxes, I love everything about this club. My favorite for sure.

Deal with Kathy today at 6PM, she gave me attitude with saying bs of "I explained many times already....".Take a break if you are tired of your job!Knowing that she was talking behind her mask and the protecting glass over the counter, and both wife and I can't hear her well.I have nothing against the store but her attitude only.  I spend at least $200 each visit with EW and if you don't care then I will take my business somewhere else.

This is the only place I go to buy anything. Lately I've been getting help from this really nice girl Andreya. Shes always super informative and always in a positive mood. She was able to help me out when buying carts and she suggested me one that was not showing up on website. I ended up buying that cart instead of two of the same kind. Loved her suggestion and her hospitality. I highly recommend Elemental!

I'm new when it comes to using cannabis and quite honestly don't know that much about it. So needless to say I was looking for some guidance. I had seen an advertisement for Elemental, looked it up, and decided to try it out. I'm so glad I did! The staff are welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. The staff member that helped me, Andreya, was quite knowledgeable and was able to break down my options for what I was looking for (something for sleep, and something more active) into a really simple way that wasn't intimidating for somebody who knows little about the subject. It's very clean and they follow all of the COVID protocols strictly, (masks, gloves, a dividing shield, and hand sanitizer). They also offer delivery which is a great option if you don't want to make the trip and already know what you want.

I've been a customer and member at Elemental for a long time - way back from when they were on Charcot Ave a few years ago.  Their new spot is very nice, it's clean, and the pre-order and also the delivery option is easy!  The website is clean, they have a good selection, and I'm generally a huge fan of Elemental!Recently, during the COVID-19 stuff, I've been doing delivery, even though I like going to the shop - and I've had a bunch of great folks but Conrad has delivered to me twice recently and he's super polite, found a mistake on my invoice that he got corrected on the spot, and is generally just a really great dude.They're all nice though, I think.  Both delivery and in-store.  Love these guys!

The best in the bay. Period. I use to use a shop that had a lot to do with airplanes. Moved on. So rude and not nice people and after an employee gave me attitude for a simple question I moved on. Elemental has been nothing but the best. The best. People are so nice, treat you like a  normal human being!! I haven't even been to the store yet - just enjoying the amazing delivery service which has just been outstanding. I can't say enough about their product either - top top shelf with some of the highest end growers/product out there. You need to check out their product - the flowers are straight fire!Anyway - I think this is the last of the few good locations around the bay - so many are turning moody, dishonest and completely forgetting about anything around customer service. Elemental stay solid!

Probably the fanciest dispensary in the East Side. There are always cool vendors talking about their new products and the people here are just plain nice. I usually only deal with edibles but this is one place where I don't mind asking questions about whatever just because of the super welcoming vibe. There's also various deals to take advantage of for your first few visits as well as plenty of promos if you keep your eyes open.

I first heard about this dispensary from a friend, since I was trying to relieve some of my back pain and sleeplessness. Wow I love the customer services, and their goods. I placed the orders asking them the specific time, their responses were great, professionally, friendly. Their delivery staffs are polite and awesome making the transactions all great. I have been trying their products for the last 2 weeks, and I have to say it's fantastic. I got more sleep, more energy and feel all so better. I would totally recommend this store to anyone who want to feel better, sleep better. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

My first experience with Elemental was also for my first "delivery".Overall, it was a pretty smooth and quick experience.The ordering online was easy -- one note: if you are a brand new customer (as I was), there will be an initial lag before you get added to their system.They also did a phone call verification with me for the order.Once the driver was on his way, I was notified and could track the driver's location.The car was plain looking and wouldn't draw attention.I met the driver outside and he reviewed my order. I handed him my credit card and it was a fast transaction.My products were in a regular brown paper grocery bag.I'd feel comfortable using them again for this.

I'm so glad Elemental Wellness has stayed open and has been delivering throughout the pandemic! I usually get their cartridges but like to try their fun edibles from time to time. I get quality products every time and their drivers are always friendly and have great recommendations for me for my next order. They are also very respectful of the corona virus protocols and make me feel safe getting deliveries from them.

I've been going to Elemental for a while now and have always received excellent service. The new venue is great and the staff is always knowledgeable/friendly when I ask questions. The products are satisfying and provide the relief I am expecting. For the past year we've turned to their delivery service which has been convenient. I really appreciate all the communication that goes on during the delivery process. They confirm the order, ask you if their time range of delivery is acceptable and text you when the product is on the way. They also provide you real time tracking with that text and text you when your delivery has arrived. All the delivery people have been nice and carry a bright energy. Tonight our delivery guy was Daniel, he was very friendly and awesome! Thank you Elemental Wellness! Keep spreading the wellness.

Went in as usual greeted at the door, pick out what I want. When it came time to pay their card machine wouldn't work after two tries. I was told to use the atm or they weren't able to help. The atm fee was $3.00 and they would not reimburse the $3 even though it's their fault I was going to be charged for it.

Best dispensary in downtown San Jose.  I used to go to eaze but they never have deals like Elemental Wellness. Also delivery it's so professional and fast. I have the most adorable 12 year old dog that has aches, pains and joint problems. Unfortunately, she's allergic to glucosamine, so we had to find an alternative. Thank goodness for Elemental Wellness and their knowledgeable staff. They recommended Vet CBD and it worked like a charm. It's made such a difference in her life! She runs like a puppy again, chases squirrels as if she's only 4 years old. Aside from the doggy dope, they have lots of goodies for people too. Whether you prefer smoking, eating, rubbing or soaking (in the tub), they have high quality products to satisfy even the pickiest person. You earn points with every purchase and use points for money off future purchases. Refer a friend and you both get discounts. They also have massage, yoga and other health programs to round out your wellness regimen. Nice people, good products and rewards program are the best incentives to visit.

No longer supporting this place. The kings of bait and switch. I have made multiple orders that are not able to be fulfilled or are different prices when I have arrived in stores. Today is the last straw, I was offered a promotion that I accepted and included in the notes. Nowhere in the promotion does it say that the supply they have is literally a handful so even arriving at 9 am does not guarantee you will be able to claim it. I arrived just before 1030 to be told that the promotion I made sure to include in the notes proper to ordering is no longer valid. Honestly there are other clubs out there that would have honored there promotion no matter what. This place is not about compassion it's about profits over patients here. I will no longer support a place that offers promotions only to have you come in and not honor the promotion they sent out. Offer a incredible promo, don't tell the customers there's only a handful of them in stock and get them to come in. It's a wonderful and deceiving sales technique. Buyers beware the promos they offer don't exist past 930am, it's a shady technique from a even shadier company during a time when everyone is struggling. Rather than honoring the deal they rushed me out and still expected me to get the products I ordered. Not supporting a business like this! The right thing would to have been to honor the deal, but that would mean the company is right and they are doing it for the right reasons. Not this place!

Disappointed.These guys used to have good product.I recently got a delivery for nearly $300 in vape cartridges,and 3 of them were faulty from the brand Dabilucious.The oil is more like a wax and doesn't flow down to the heating element, rendering it useless.No luck on refund.I talked to 3 people and emailed a picture of 1 of the faulty cartridges.Even after informing them 2 are unopened and sealed in their packaging.I will not be going back here.What a waste of my time and money.

My dog had seizures from eating treats bought at Costco. Regular CBD did nothing. Once we started using "VET CBD" from Elemental Wellness, the seizure rate was once a year, not weekly. Thanks to Conrad, we are now set for another year of no seizures.

I've been coming here for awhile now and this is the best place to get weed from in the Bay Area in my honest opinion. There's these two bud tenders Lucy and i don't remember the other girl name but she has light reddish hair who has freckles, super nice and chatty. She used to work mainly at the order ahead pick up. I really would like her to be recognized. Anyways, Those two always are super nice and have great picks and help me figure out what I want. But all the way around they are all equally amazing. Never any problems and great deals!

I have been using Elemental Wellness for many years and have always been more than happy with their service and products.  When they added delivery, that was the best and, speaking of best, Conrad is the best driver I've experienced.  He is always so warm and pleasant to work with. I love this place! I love the convenience of the kiosk, express orders etc. No need to wait in the line. The staff has always been friendly and helpful with products. It is an aesthetically pleasing establishment with free added services like massages and yoga. Score!!! Sign up for the text deals and checkout their emails, lots of cool deals that you can partake in online. They also carry items that very few places do, which is great and which is why I make the half hour pilgrimage to EWC. Sadly, no delivery to the Gilroy area yet. I have highly recommended this place to many friends. The taxes suck, but the place doesn't.

I visited this shop for the first time two weeks ago. What a beautiful place! Everything was well organized from start  to finish. The check in process was quick, the friendly people working at the front desk got me registered and explained about discounts, etc. I had specific questions and Nick helped me pick the perfect products and was very knowledgeable and personable. He took the tome to answer my questions and make recommendations which was appreciated since I needed guidance. All the employees were happy, they seemed to really enjoy their work. I will definitely return soon!

Elemental is my go to place & for the first time I used delivery!Initially, I had an issue with placing my order, it stated it "exceed the current purchase limits." I reached out via email to Support, and was helped immediately by several kind staff, Brent, Lucy, & Micheal. It was a quick & easy fix! The whole delivery experience is relaxed and fun. There is a vast menu to peruse, it's easy to add to the cart, and there is a kind staff, like the delightful dispatcher David, that call about your order. You can even track the driver as they come on your phone!Elemental is a good team of good people, that are passionate about cannabis.

Everyone is friendly & very patient with the millions of questions I've had and never made me feel stupid. The delivery service is also excellent! Free delivery as long as you meet their minimum purchase policy and really committed to making you happy. There have been a few instances where I wasn't able to meet their delivery time frame (for various reasons), but they were still willing to accommodate as best they can (Thank you!!). I also love that they deliver to your work place making it super convenient for me.

The quality of extracts and top shelf has gone way down and its very upsetting because prices sure have not gone down the potency just is not there anymore and i have asked the baristas for the strongest strain multiple times only to get home and be very dissapointed

Ive been here numerous times to purchase some flower, cartridges, and edibles. I found elemental wellness 8-10 years ago after receiving my medical recommendation for chronic back pain due to an automobile accident. I have watched their growth over the years from the store off Charcot and now located at Timothy dr in San Jose. They are the game changer in the Bay Area for education, "medicine" recommendation and accommodation. Their products and facility is first rate, clean and organized. In my personal experience the bud tenders have great attitudes are knowledgeable and helpful, if they don't have the answer, they have awesome customer service available to find the solution. Special shout out to frontline manager Katy Gerome, she is tasked and takes that extra step to help customers and represents Elemental Wellness with Enthusiasm and shows consideration for running a growing business and organization. We all have are spots we like to go to for convenience but you owe it to yourself to consider and try elemental wellness...Elemental Wellness is in the business to stay. Great Work!!

I've going there for a year or so. In the beginning they give you many "discounts", but after that, I feel they are over priced. They never carry the same things, which can be good (if you get bored easily), but in my case, I don't like it because if I like a product, I wanna be able to go back and find the same brand again. I only keep going back because it's close to my house, but maybe I should try somewhere else next time.

Only complaint is I've now called twice and asked about delivery happy hour, got told a time for it and delivered to not get the discount because they had switched the times and who I talked to didn't know... didn't apply the discount to help out since they messed up just said "well now you know next time" other than that... cool club and products

I've been going to Elemental wellness since they were on Charcot.  I've always had a good experience in person and doing an online order.  I drive all the way from Hayward cuz I do like the cleanliness of the place and the people that work there.  Today they forgot stuff in my order.  Granted it was only $14 that I lost and maybe it was my fault for not double checking my order to make sure everything was there (kinda hard when you have a screaming toddler in the car).  I didn't realize it until I got home and double checked what I ordered online and what I actually got.  But you would think if you preorder, everything is there.  Maybe I'll hit up other dispensaries closer to me next time.

We were visiting from Las Vegas, and wanted to have a good time with family in the Bay. We were in San Jo, and Leafly brought me here since they carry Gelato. Not just any Gelato. It was the best freakin' Gelato ever.We came 45 min before closing. We were just in awe as soon as we walked in. The ambiance felt new and super clean. Since we were new, we had to check in. The girl at the desk was hella nice and we introduced what this Dispensary has to offer, which is a lot! They even have grow classes and yoga! We don't get​ this kind of love in Vegas! I see why this place is number one. My husband and I adored that they even got plants growing. It was so cute! This place is our go to when in the Bay!BTW, their raw papers kind of suck. They don't stick as well as the ones​ we ordered on Amazon.

so ive been coming here for at least a decade and the last couple of times ive been here i bought a quarter ounce of ghost og,i bought the first one and it hadnt been flushed properly,all you could taste was chemicals from the plant food.so i figured it was a fluke went again and bought another quarter and same thing.its so bad i cant bear to smoke it.i pay alot of money for the weed it should taste good and not like im sucking on a bottle of plant food.ghost og is a delicious bud with a great after taste,but whoever is in charge of flushing the plants isnt doing his job.if a restarant sold me food that tasted so bad i would send it back,unfortunately not when it comes to dispensaries.you just gotta take it in the wallet.so i dunno what to say all the dispensaries in san jose are ok but elementals quality always made it rise above the others so i am disappointed to say the least.

OMG I can't believe I have discovered this place so late but it's the best Darn Dispensary in the whole Bay Area. Today I had the honor to be assisted by bud tender Kriste ! I was having a horrible night from feeling sick and throwing up. When I came in Kriste greeted me with so much kindness and warmth. I was impressed with her knowledge and how well she knew about all the products. Even though I was under the weather she was quick and she made some great suggestions. I am more than impressed with the service here and the prices and the products too.

This is still our favorite go to. Tonight was a good and bad experience. Most of the staff and the security guard have all been super helpful. Her was the downfall of our visit. The line was almost to the door and almost couldn't find a place to park. We were going to leave, but then I decided I wanted to try the kiosks. I walk over to the front desk to ask a couple of questions. The girl sitting there made me feel like I was annoying her and most of the time was just not even looking at me! That is NOT good customer service. I work in customer service and would be in serious trouble if I treated people that way. Luckily, the girl getting my order was so nice and helpful. Much appreciated. Working there seems like it fun for most.

Thank you to Sam for being such a friendly and efficient deliverer of our products. He was here less than 30 minutes after we ordered, masked and gloved up, showing great consideration for his customers. I didn't know we couldn't add a tip to the credit card order, but Sam's attitude didn't change in the least. He's definitely owed two cash tips next time we order! Prices do not include sells tax which is illusive.  Their Weedmaps delivery details need to be updated. They canceled my order unless I'd pay a $200 delivery fee. The staff was Mano tone, passive aggressive, does not let you get a word in when asking for assistance.  Completely wasted my time and were rude. One star.

I've visited the facility a handful of times and always pleased with my experience. Today I had my first delivery from Conrad. He was prompt and friendly. I'll definitely use the delivery service again. Deliveries placed between 12-2pm 7 days a week include a 10% discount. Highly recommend this friendly service.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming! They were very helpful with what I wanted and gave me a lot of their recommendations since I didn't know much about which edible product to get. I will be coming back!

Everyone really hates the mandatory weed taxes, 15% California Excise tax, 10% cannabis business tax, and 9.25% California sales tax. That's 34.25% total taxes, or even higher if calculated as "compounded". That being said, no legitimate Cannabis business can escape charging these taxes. So anybody reviewing Elemental should take this into account, and not hold it against them. I like Elemental because of their long term consistency, the staff working there are all really cool and easy to talk to. Part of their consistency are their deals, and specials. I can always find a text deal, something listed on their website, or happy hour discount, or promotion, as they have many ways to save, and they are consistent with these. At other brick and mortar dispensaries, I see Eights for $60, $65, and even $70 before taxes! I love the fact that with Elemental, I don't have to deal with that. In my mind no Eighth would ever be more than $50. And for the most part, with very few exceptions, Elemental has been consistent in their assessment of their flower products, and ~90% of the time, I agree with their classification of their flowers. I have rarely been dissapointed in quality of something I've purchased from them. Budtenders are patient with me when I come to checkout their new offerings. I love the store layout and atmosphere. I love the displays. Pricing is better in general than most other brick & morter shops, in conjunction with their consistency in providing discounts, daily, and weekly. I'm sure it's all of these things that keeps me coming back here, way, way more than other shops. Of course im always keeping my eye open for my favorite products & strains at a few other establishments --- but Elemental is by far the most professional and consistent!

The driver Danielle was really friendly and I appreciated all the safety precautions she took when delivering my order. Clean, professional, efficient and a great company overall. I use to LOVE this club. Over the last year or so it has gone from a place of "healing" to a commercialized run of the mill grass shop. They are often out of quality products and stocked full of non organic/pesticide ridden products. They over charge and underdeliver in todays competitive cannabis scene.The staff is nice...sometimes a bit fake.  I would recommend Harborside or Airfield here in the bay Area.

Love this place, the delivery service is the best I've tried so far. David is super helpful! Will be ordering again soon.

I have received two deliveries from Elemental and both have been the most pleasant experience. Nate and Aramiss were both friendly, professional and timely. The whole delivery experience is quick and easy from the time you place the order to the friendly dispatching staff, especially David and Gavin, to the arrival of your order. I have used pre-order in the past and whether you go into the store or have your order delivered the staff is always friendly, professional, informative and attentive to the customers needs.

The only dispensary I go to. My first time was last year in April and the service has either stayed the same or it got better. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with everything

Wow! What a great experience! Very clean and organized! You register first. I can to purchase recreational cannibus. I went to stand in line to speak with a consultant. Now I can't speak for all consultants but mine was SO knowledgeable and clear and really understood her products. She was great and I told her what I was looking for and she would give me options. I left with a little pipe and some buds, a pre-roll and some ghee w cannibus to make some cookies. This place is all about relaxing and being in a good healthy mind set. I was really impressed and will return at my next opportunity.

MJ one of the girls at the counter helped us choose what to buy and was very helpful on giving us recommendations on the different gummy's/ cartridges they had in stock. The atmosphere was open, and everyone who helped us out was really chill and welcoming including the security guard. First time here, and won't be my last, good people, good product, and a good vibe. Been going here for ​two years now. They have great a variety for everyone, my personal favorite being the THC infused lemonade​ which tastes amazing. Wonderful place with great knowledgable workers. The downside would be the location.

Came here for the fouth to buy some clones and this place never disappoints. Jenn helped me and answered all my noob questions on growing. I used to LOVE Elemental... then everything changed Jan 1st. I have metastatic/Stage IV breast cancer and have been using edibles to sleep for 5 of the 7 years I've had cancer. For me, this is medicine I can't function without. It doesn't matter how exhausted I am from chemo, or parenting, or adulting while trying not to puke or pass out, I can't sleep without about 20mg each of CBD:THC.Early on, I sang the praises of Elemental to Stanford Cancer Center Oncologists, Radiologists, Nurse Practitioners, Fellows, etc, etc. I KNOW Elemental has been suggested to hundreds of people because of me, because I liked the business. I really appreciated the CannAbled discount that I used to get, 20%, but it has been dropped down to 10% AND there are new taxes. Due to these changes, my medicine costs about 30% more, now, than it did in December 2017.I am on a limited income, since there is NO WAY I can work while I'm dying, and the price hike means that I can't afford the medicine I need. It seems to me that recreational should subsidize medical, not the other way around. This, and the entire industry, were built on patients screaming for legalization. We paved the way (okay, not me really, but still) for legalization, and now we have been kicked to the curb.Way to treat people already struggling. I'm so bummed Elemental stepped down, rather than up, with the new regulations. I helped build this business and now I may have to turn to unregulated producers. That SUCKS.

I love this place so much. The process to become a member is so quick. Reasonable priced items and the staff is very ready to assist you with any questions/products. They always have deals going on and I think it is so cool how they also offer massages, yoga, and sound therapy for their clients. I am happy I became a member and will always come here for my cannabis needs. I definitely recommend this spot to my friends and family.

Compared to other locations, Elemental has the most welcoming vibe I've ever gotten from a dispensary. Prices are average for the area & staff has been friendly every time I've gone in.

I just had my delivery by Danielle. She was awesome. Love, love, love the 5 star excellent customer service. I was lacking cash for a tip, UGH... I wish you would find a way to add it to the total owed. It sure would make tipping easier and your drivers deserve it. I'll make it up on the next delivery though. I really enjoy the peeps at Elemental. They're knowledgeable, informative, incredibly friendly and genuinely concerned for you to have a great experience while shopping. The big, no huge plus for me is the military discount. I'm finally getting something for my 15 years of service. Yay.... 15% off. With all the fees and taxes these days it really helps. Found this place while searching for recreational pot sales. I am very satisfied with Elemental. They give a number of discounts, including "wisdom" discount for seniors which is applied to every order, excluding sale items. They will also deliver free, with a minimum purchase depending on how far you are located from San Jose.If you are buying their top of the line products, it's not cheap, especially when the state and local taxes are thrown in. They have a lot of cannabis stuff I'm not familiar with like edibles and resins. I'm finding my sweet spot is their "minis" which are the smaller flowers, usually on sale for $100/oz.

Really friendly staff! It was my first ever experience visiting a dispensary, and they were so welcoming and gave me all the information I needed.There was a long wait in the queue, but when it was my turn, I knew why it was such a long line. The people at the desks give you a LOT of information and make sure that they are giving you strains that are perfect for you and your conditions.It took me a while to find which strains would work for me, and I was new to cannabis so he gave me a good 'lecture' on what it is and how it affects all of us differently. He didn't rush me or anything, and I think that's why the queue is a little slow. Each person at the desk is probably striving to give their patients as much information as possible about the strains so that customers are well-aware of the strains they are buying.Thanks for everything Elemental Wellness! :)

I've always had pretty positive, yet run of the mill experiences at EW, but today there was a little problem. I guess they recycle the bags there, so check your bag because it looks like my bag was used for an ash tray or used it to hold half smoked cigarettes or cig butts in it so now all my stuff reeks of old, stale stoge. :( Check your bags first, other than that, selection is good and staff is friendly.

I stopped by Elemental Wellness today for some topicals. I hadn't been there since vending to them on Charcot so I was processed as a new patient again which gave me $18.00 off my purchase. Awesome! Will also get 15% off 2nd visit and 20% off the third. Clean parking lot, decent amount of parking spots. A younger guy named Aarron assisted me and was friendly and polite. I ended up purchasing 3 different topicals for muscle pain. Aaron was patient while I narrowed my choices down. Clone selection and quality was underwhelming but it is Saturday night, the clone drops are every Thursday. I will be sure to come back on a Thursday afternoon for sure. They carry Dark Heart clones too. I am looking forward to trying the free Reiki session. Yoga, massage and grow classes are also free to members. Great deals, professional staff, clean and welcoming environment.

My cousin had gone in to buy two raw garden carts. His English isn't very good and he ended up coming out with two Sublime carts since he didn't understand the branding on the packages. As soon as he showed me I told him those were the wrong ones and to show them a picture of the raw garden carts to make sure they give him the correct ones.  He went back inside and was told he wasn't able to return them because he had already stepped outside of the store when you literally pay right next to the exit door. What if they had sold us a bad product or something fake guess they wouldn't care.  It had only been 2-3 minutes since purchasing and we already couldn't exchange them. I'm really disappointed with what happened and now we're stuck with something we don't want.

Great place with a lot of selection. I always seem to get the right thing when I come here. Parking is great and they always have a good amount of True OG to purchase. Workers are always knowledgeable of what they currently have on sale and what is in store. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a spot to purchase flowers, edible and concentrates.Will be coming here more often.

I've been here a bunch of times and never had any problems with this place.  I went there a couple days ago and I was very disappointed with the guy that helped me.  I had quite a bit of cash with me because it was after Christmas and when I pulled it out the guy's demure changed. Maybe I'm way off base here but my intuition is usually pretty spot on, I was high and the guy helping me knew I was.  He seemed very interested in the amount of cash I had and I feel like he saw an opportunity to rip me off by not giving me all my cash back.  Luckily, I had picked up on him noticing how much cash I had and when he handed my change to me, I counted it to make sure it was correct but it wasn't.  Instead of giving me back $70 in change, it was only $60, which he corrected when I pointed it out to him.Anyhow, I won't be coming back after this because I did feel it was intentional and question the ethical standards of the people that work here.

Bought $128.00 worth of medicine and they charged me over $50.00 in tax. Wow. What a Nasty company owned and operated by nasty money hungry people. Please do not give this place business. So many better places to choose from like the Guild. When you buy and 8th from the Guild for 35 dollars which for a 35 dollar 8th at the Guild is better quality than an 8th for 50 here, You actually pay 35 out the door. THIS PLACE SUCKS

Came here to purchase the VetCBD product for my 7 year old Pitty who's been experiencing arthritis/hip displaysia. We're on day 3 and we've already seen some changes! He's walking with out a limp now and so energetic and back to his old self. We will definitely be back for another purchase! It pains me to write this negative review about elemental, since I have been a loyal member since 2012. Over the years I have seen elemental grow and be recognized as one of the Best dispensaries in the state. Fast forward to yesterday my birthday, I go to elemental excited about a new strain I research for my back pain. Right from the start the bud tender flashes attitude about me asking to see too many strains??? I ignore her attitude and continue to ask about different strains, now I Can tell that she is annoyed as she yells, "put the samples down"! She then accused me of invading her space, by "shoving samples in her face" , I quietly said, "no I was actually smelling them myself". I finally Had it and requested a new bartender she continued to follow me and say "how would you like it if I shoved it in your face" I was so embarrassed I quickly purchased the strain I had in my hand from the new bud tender without looking at the date of package and saw the strain I purchased was 6 months old :-(This is a prime example of how a business can spend years building a fantastic reputation and one employee can ruin it in an instant.

Conrad is consistently giving 5 star service. I usually only get delivery these days, and getting excellent customer service like I do from Conrad makes it easy to choose Elemental.

I love this club! I'm a member at others but I keep coming back here every time. I love the points system. Customer service is always great! Perla is awesome! Super funny and has great recommendations. Everyone there is always so nice! Garrett at the door and also Aaron for the good vape recommendations. All the people at check-in are  so welcoming. I can't wait till we can use our phones inside, lol.If you're coming in at peak times, you should definitely preorder.

Feel the quality has gone down a lot... unless you buy the top shelf (steep at $60).Today I purchased tangerine cookies.  Its the driest bud I've purchased in a long time.   It disintegrates to dust when you rub it with your fingers.    Old bud?   No thanks.

Awesome club, sweet building and experience. Bought 3 8ths enjoyed 2 of them. Bought one called "chem fruit" that was absolute garbage.. and I do believe it was supposedly "top shelf" or close to it. If cost me around $50, in my opinion if you're going to sell someone an 8th for that much it should be worth it. Probably won't go back cuz it's a travel from my home and that bad 8th really bummed me out. It had no flavor and  no smell. Obviously the samples are old, but had I been able to look at it and smell it in the store I wouldn't have gotten it.. sucks cuz the other stuff was good, just bummed I payed that much for some hay

This place has really cleaned up and upped their game. The new display floor is impressive. I love the open room and the new counter. It's easy to get in and order exactly what I need. The selection of medicine has always been good, but it seems to keep getting better. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There's a lot to be said about happy employees. When the staff is happy, it really shows in the quality of service and products. The edibles have been a big help with my pain management. Elemental has a great selection and that is a big plus for me. Great all-around collective for your medicine needs. I highly recommend this place.

The space is large, quiet, and inviting. They take health very seriously here. There's a separate section for online order pick up, which is fast and easy. Get a massage there, or attend a yoga class. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, is because they require you to have a recommendation, which you have to get from a doctor and costs more money.

Super disappointed with service at the new location.Im a returning member, I only smoke high cbd low THC strains, not a lot of shops carry the strains I can smoke for the seizures and the pain.Besides that point. I call in ahead of time, and speak to someone about how  I don't have my rec, but have two forms of ID, as a returning member she checks I'm in the system and says I'll be fine. I take a lyft over there and the Asian girl named "Diana refuses entry with some kind of attitude. I don't care if your having a bad day, don't take out your problems on me., I'm a civil person so I do what anyone with manners would do, is ask for a name for reference later. I try calling back, and the person I spoke to earlier " sounded like her, said they just changed the rule, you have to have your rec on you at all times.  And that they'll have a supervisor call me back.  So far, the new location has lacked severely in communication, customer service, and wasted my time.Not coming back.

Great store, but don't bother calling if you have questions. They'll leave you on hold for 10 minutes then just refer you to their website.

Wow... just wow! The low grade "budlets" are stronger than a few other dispenseries in the area. Their I/S strains are awesome. The best part about these guys is that they treat you like a patient. It's not some kid telling me what is "fire" and what isn't.  Although many of their bud tenders are young, but they still speak my language even though I'm an older guy with a serious but difficult to detect spinal disability.  All I can say is that the compassion exhibited by this business is breathtaking. I'm still floored by a recent kindness I experienced at Elemental Wellness. They have my loyalty that's for sure.

Their medicine is average, the quality has been coming down year after year. Some of their hash are so dry you will choke your throat. it's just getting too commercial in there especially after they opened their new store, they need to survey their sale and use rolling inventory so that their medicine doesn't get old. There are better places that sell better medicine for a better price than this place.Update: the manager has written a reply to my review saying 'get it to our notice', I had infact walked right in and tried to return it but they were rude and did not accept the return. They asked me questions on how I consume it and poorly commented on my way of consuming. Just poor customer service even from the manager at the store. They are just young punks trying to sell weed to make money. Go to purple lotus, you'll find super courteous, highly mindful staff who know how to help their customers get the right benefits out of this medicine. Isn't that's what it's all about ?!

Be prepared to pay a devastating tax rate of about 35%.  I called and they spewed a bunch of crap about local compliance, new laws at the beginning of the year, out of their hands, blah, blah, blah.  There is nothing special about this place to justify such a ridiculous tax rate.  There are *plenty* of other places that do not charge tax.  Save your money, head somewhere else.

Went there today because it was the closest dispensary near me, and let me say damn dawgs by far best dispensary I been to in sj. Ryan was helpful in ensuring I got top quality products. I'm from Hawaii.  Things are a snails pace here (what happened to Maui wowie, lol).  I need CBD.  I tried THC and it made me crazy, insomnia and memory issues.  I got candy type at Cure Oahu $40.  The thing was all stuck together.  They originally didn't want to refund it.  "You need to put it in the refrigerator" and "We are trying to figure a solution" Was going to say I am reporting you.   But decided to their offer of exchanging it. Went on a yearly winter vacation to SFO Bay Area.  Found this awesome place!  How sincere to give you coupons! The people were patient in explaining everything.  I was surprised the CBD gummy was $15! (I don't usually get stingy on price).  They had an out of stock item, but had an alternative.  I tried the gummy and it worked!  They come in a round container.   One complaint was I wish I bought more.  I don't know why I only bought a 3 months worth. In Hawaii the old saying goes "Lucky you live Hawaii" well now it's"Lucky you live San Jose!!!!!!"

Placed a delivery order online at 1:30 they give you a three hour window, on the third hour they called to say it wouldn't be arriving for another 2-4 hours.... not good customer service if you ask me. They should of called to let me know right away as I've been waiting and have something to do after.

Love this place but they may want to change their policy. I recently purchased an oil cartridge and when I went to use it, it was not working. I don't live close by so I came in about a week later on my lunch to exchange it. They told me I'd have to hold onto it since they are out of stock on that specific model. Refused to exchange for a same priced one and no offer to just refund it. I basically wasted money and have nothing to show for it. Don't feel right that you'll keep my money without giving a working product and let me walk out like that. I've been coming here for years but since it's out of my way, there's no point in making the trip if there are other locations closer to me that are willing to help.

I was a new patient to Elemental Wellness.  I was greeted by the friendly folks at member services and felt comfortable in the neat clean store. I stood in line for about 15 minutes and then was called up by the budtender. Being the diligent person that I am, I had looked at the menu before hand and knew I was going to purchase two of the managers specials.  As I did not intend to return to the store for a month since San Jose is a bit out of my way unless I'm visiting friends. So that was the first thing I ordered.  The budtender said as a new member I got a free gift either a cookie or a pre-roll. He said that he was giving me a cookie sample so I should get a pre-roll since the sample cookie was free anyway. So, I did.  Then I purchased a few more items. When it was time to pay, I asked if I could split the tender since I only had a certain amount of cash. This was prior to my total. He begins ringing me up (still no total) and asks if I need to take something off.  I say no. It's fine. Thinking nothing of it. He tells me it's not a problem he can take something off. I say no thank you, I'm good.  He gives me the total stating he gave me all the discounts he can. I thank him. He asks yet again if I want to take something off. Now I'm pissed.  I don't need you minding my wallet. I've told you at least twice I am fine. I pay and scowl as I leave. When I arrive home, I realize I have been charged for the pre-roll. Charges full price for the managers special. For an overcharge of about $40. Now I'm over this place. I will never go back. They need budtenders that have some decorum. I didn't leave satisfied. I left feeling insulted and humiliated.  I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.

Thi place is my favorite local dispensary. Their prices are fair. Their staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I love their selections that they provide and their menus are always currently updated.

Hi everyone! I've been to many dispensaries in the area but I always return to Elemental Wellness primarily. Large variety of products that are updated constantly, not to mention the extremely knowledgeable staff. Shoutout to staff member Aaron for being patient with my lengthy questions and helping me choose edibles that fit my needs! Definitely check it out!

Once I walked in Julissa Greeted me and my boyfriend. She was so helpful and resourceful even gave us a tour. After, I went to the counter Casey helped us and had a lot of things to recommend. We are new members so we loved the recommendations... will definitely be going back. And the people complaining about the prices it's about the quality not the quantity.

I've been a very satisfied and 100% loyal customer of Elemental Wellness since my first trip there about 4-5 years ago. Took the opportunity to meet two consecutive GMs and was very impressed with the passion, experience and intelligence both exemplified. Knowing that my flowers are professionally tested for mold, mildew, pesticides, identified as Sativa, Indica or 50/50 hybrid and the THC and/or CBD % are a few of the reasons I only shop at Elemental. Any data from any other dispensary without real test results is simply here say. I'm a very critical person (brought up that way) and I've advised Elemental whenever I had a question or concern and every time I've been taken care of. Especially love the delivery now right to your door 7 days a week. Again today Alicia delivered my meds in her very kind and professional way. This was the 3rd or 4th delivery Alicia has performed with everything perfect including exactly what I ordered and my Wisdom Discount incorporated. My only real concern in the past was the distance and personal time taken to drive to Elemental. They have now solved that problem with professionalism and Alicia's nice smile so they deserve a very well earned 5 stars. I can't even think of how they could be better within reason at this moment.

I usually drive from San Mateo area to San Jose to visit Elemental in person.  I enjoy checking out all the new products and chatting with the knowledgable staff.  The neighborhood has a large homeless population which is sad to drive thru but Elemental has a really safe/nice parking lot, well lit, clean.  Recently I tried their delivery service.  It was a Friday afternoon PEAK traffic hours and I was in need of product for an out of town trip the next morning.  I called to get help setting up an online account and ask some question.  Staff were SUPER helpful, accommodating and had no problem driving in rush hour traffic from San Jose to San Mateo area for delivery.  Their app allowed me to track the driver enroute and they sent text updates as they made their way to my house.  The delivery team (someone was in training) were so professional, polite and just nice.  Overall a really great experience when you can't make it to the shop.  Thanks for your efforts Elemental!

This place customer service phone line needs much more friendly and knowledgeable people , I called to ask if the had a certain product in stock so I wouldn't have to drive so far and be disappointed but all the receptionist told me was to check the menu online. The menu online does not specify if product is available just that to check store, that's the main reason I called to know if the product was there and not waste my time driving all the way there. Thank you for not answering my question .

Honestly just came in looking to see what concentrates they currently had in stock . Didn't know exactly what I was looking for but Christina made sure I left with exactly what I wanted ! She showed me all the types of concentrates that they carried and helped me pick the right strain to help with my anxiety . I deff recommend going there and asking for her . She deff knows her stuff . I will most deff be coming back in the near future . Thank you!!

To fellow individuals with health/medical issues: My Doctor prescribed medical cannabis many years ago--during cancer treatment. I went to various dispensaries until about six years ago I found what I thought was a great place. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and informative.Unfortunately, my most recent purchase was defective--I spoke with "managers" three times to ensure that I returned the defective cartridge properly, when a "manager" was present.I went on Saturday--as arranged with said "manager".   It turned out that my license had expired on my birthday--PRIOR to the last two deliveries. The employee at the entrance was wonderful. He explained to the manager, who throughout the entire encounter NEVER came out of his office, not to shake my hand, not to ask if he could be of help, no--I never saw his face and I do not even know his name-- SCARY!!!!!   So, the entryway employee said that several hundred dollars of product had been sold to me and delivered to my home since my license expired. The "manager" said "to kick the stupid, old, cancer lady the **** out, then I am firing everyone who has ever delivered to her home--gonna have a long talk with anyone who has ever waited on her."The fact that he knew I had cancer meant he was perusing my medical records while yelling slurs like "old cancer lady" and "I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE"!To say this is appalling, abhorrent, disgusting, lacking in even a MODICUM of compassion (this is a business that's sole reason for being is to help sick people) barely touches the tip of the iceberg. After ~ SIX YEARS of monthly patronage, I was treated like dirt.Obviously, I sincerely wish to spare the employees who, unlike their boss, have been nothing short of exemplary. Unfortunately, since the incident, which left me nauseous and in tears, I have phoned ELEMENTAL WELLNESS 4-5 times, and explained the situation. The response was the same each time: "What do you want me to do? One person did say "Do not report this on social media!  She did not say I could get my refund.   She did not say she was sorry I was harassed.  She was of no help--yet I found her on the customer service line!  I also sent ~ six texts, including a photo of the defective cartridge and the container it came in which is clearly dated and was delivered ~one week prior to my visit.All of this has been to no avail.  On Saturday I was told to wait for the manager's call--I kept the phone close by for 9 hours.  Each of the 4-5 phone calls that I made ended with "Wait and the manager will call you".   NO ONE EVER DID!!ALL I wanted was the refund that I am due by law.  The treatment I endured--being harangued and ridiculed for having cancer--no words for that.  Their products are generally very good.  If you do not mind losing the occasional $100.00,  and having your medical history screamed to the entire room, risking stalking by a nameless, faceless trumpette, then put on your thick skin, bring $ you do not mind giving away, and visit.  The employees behind the counter, and the drivers, have always been impeccable.  Unfortunately, "mgr.man??"  did say he would fire all these employees.  Whoever hired this egomanical, ranting hater of females, those over 50, and people with any any type of ailment was sadly fooled.  I wrote this because I fear that some female (current political climate has given misogynists the midguided notion that females are free reign for name calling, grabbing, STEALING from, etc.) may enter EW in a wheelchair following a horrific diagnosis.  If she makes a simple, but horrific in the eyes of "mgr.man??" mistake--like if the DMV does not send her a renewal notice--she will have her medical records screamed to the entire, large, filled facility because while EW is THRILLED to take your $, heaven forbid you purchase a faulty product, return immedately with receipt and faulty product, and have the audacity to politely request a refund or exchange.  If I had been very young, maybe w\o a wonderful family that PROMISES to right this wrong-- someone vulnerable who is crushed through no fault of her own--a person like that might be so crushed by the type of callous discrimination that I  was subjected to last Saturday, that they could end up hurting themselves, you know?  That, would be a PUNISHABLE CRIME!!!!!!!!!Update:  five days out--no returned text (sent 6), no return call (was promised 5) AND, NO refund.

First time visit. Not impressed. They told me I get a $15 off PLUS a 10% off of my total. I bought a $30 1/8th and a $35 1/8th. After the discount, my total was still $65...  I asked the cashier if I actually got the discount they mentioned, the cashier said yes and that the reason i was charged $65 was because of the taxes. I got home and looked at the receipt and realized the math doesnt even add up. I should have been given more than the $18 discount written on the receipt. I have been to different dispensaries and I know $65 for two 1/8ths is not a discounted price, especially not for some dry cannabis. Moreover, they gave me just over 3 grams instead of 3.5 for one of my two 1/8ths.

This club is off highway 101 and honestly it's a bit pricey but worth the bargain. Many selections from wax to shatter to weed strains to carts .  Employees are outstandingly nice and knowledgble as well security guards are pretty nice unlike other clubs that are close to this one and that I've experienced . I give it a 5 for my experience .

I went to Elemental Wellness yesterday for the first time (haven't really been into it since my late teens-early 20's) and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The area that they are located doesn't seem like the building itself would have much to offer but when you step inside the feel of the place is great. Very open, clean, nicely decorated, chill music playing, etc. I was immediately greeted by friendly, smiling staff. I told them I wanted to become a member and I was walked over to another area, the woman there signed me up. She was also super friendly and helpful. Afterwards I went over to the area where you'd pick what you want and make purchases, I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find what was right for me. They have a huge selection of products to choose from, literally something for everyone! Every single person I interacted with from the moment I walked through the front door to the moment I left was friendly and patient with my questions (as silly as they probably were). The guy who help me pick what I wanted seemed genuine when asking how my weekend had been, etc. Even if he really didn't care, it's just good customer service and that makes people like me come back. Overall, the experience was an extremely positive one and I will definitely be returning soon!!

I've been a member here since they were on Charcot . I'd say over a handful of years now though my visits aren't as often anymore. In recent years they've become very corporate with there approach. The idea of placing limits on how many specials you can get doesn't that defeat the idea of a special if your limited to 1? Taxes aren't like other clubs where they are built in so tack on an addition 30% to any listed price. Isn't it about patients not profits? It's sad what a mix of greed and legalization has caused. This used to be a place you could stop by find a good deal and quality product. Today it's become saturated in high taxes, limits on specials, and products you can find elsewhere for cheaper. It's a cool place to go to first time but after visits to other clubs and deliveries you'll realize how far from earth this place is with there high prices and lack of compassion for patients. so enjoy 4/20 with limits on every special. forget about patients all this place cares about is getting you in and out and taking as much of your hard earned money. it's disgusting how greedy this place has become.

Good meds, nice facility. VERY BAD PRICES on meds, and they discontinued the growing classes, which rendered them useless for me, other than to get clones, and even then, without support, I'd rather buy them from someone else. A great dispensary for people with more green stuff than gray matter, but for me, much too upper crust. Trump voters would use this dispensary.

My go to place for my medicinal needs. The online shopping option is suitable for busy people such as myself, who have that option of not wanting to wait in line.There is a separate parking lot and entrance for those who ordered online, ensuring a quicker entry and exit. Yes, their prices can be steep, but as my mother always said "You buy cheap, you get cheap." I'd rather pay for medicine that is guaranteed to alleviate any symptoms I may have for an extra few bucks, rather than get  a cheap alternative that may or or may not work. The staff are friendly, the layout professional, and the overall environment is very welcoming.

What can I say about Elemental...They showered us with gifts and discounts when we arrived. I'd let my license lapse and brought a 1st time friend on this last visit. It was better than when I originally joined!       15% off! Free shirts and other items, more coupons for next time, wow! If only they'd carry 100mg thc capsules and 100mg beverages. Still, they're great! They're organized, they take credit cards, and they have a bevy of additional services from delivery to massage, counseling, and yoga. This is what a quality dispensary is supposed to be! Yay Elemental!!!

This place has many things going for it. But totally staggered that I was cheated 2 consecutive times on my preorder. Last time it was a high end oil cartridge with a low end inside the box. Yesterday it was regular size capsule (30mg) bottle containing mini caps instead. I think whoever is doing this is counting on the customer not being able to tell the difference. Well maybe except for a half smoked pre-roll - LOLCHECK YOUR PREORDERS !!!Otherwise, cool place.

I've been coming here for almost a year and elemental has an awesome atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great product. Yes taxes are a lot, but they're charging what's mandated by the state. They do have a lot of frequent sales on loads of different things that really make up for it. If I had one complaint, it's that they do run out of things quickly and sometimes it takes awhile to get restocked. Overall, it's the best and cleanest place I've been to

I love everything about this place. The bud tenders know what their talking about and the rest of the staff seem friendly enough. Theirs this one black older woman that usually works the front desk who has a bit of an attitude and seems she's somewhat a self absorbed douche bag, but I may have just caught her on her off days. Other than that, the place is run by great people, they have an awesome selection, and offer veteran discount which I think is very generous of them considering that they don't have to do that. Will be coming back!

Mostly nice crew with a couple of bad eggs. Those bad eggs are just rude and don't offer compassion and just want to push thru members.Points/rewards are a huge fraud almost pushing the scam button. (Have not seen a point applied to my account since I joined, seriously, fix it.)Should really hire people who want to be there and belong there, now these kids just want to sell drugs and get high and almost like you are interrupting them on their time to smoke.Only come back to this place because it's nearby.. and with hopes I will see some of the rewards points flowing in soon, guess the manager just rips up that clipboard with the members names to give points to at the end of the day..Really horrible point system that need a manager to apply.. so that means it never gets done.Told people whats up and still the same 0, zero, zip, nada, none points on my account.Thanks for cheating me elemental, you were cool years ago in charcot, now you changed..

Best club in the South Bay and I've been to all of them. Best price for quality you can get. The staff rocks-starting with security. The first time I went in I told the budtender what I was looking for and asked him what he recommended; (my test), he didn't even mention the Blue Dream. GREAT JOB KYLE!!! =) Parking is super easy. As for the line people keep mentioning- they tell you on your Very First Visit that they have a pre-order if you feel you're pressed for time and it's extremely convenient. Shorter line, shorter walk to the door- It's about as painless a process as you're going to find. Secondly, we do actually live in a world populated with other people. There are lines at: grocery stores, the gas station, the freeway, pretty much everywhere one goes on a daily basis. If you do find yourself waiting I highly suggest chatting to the people in front or behind you. Bad attitudes always make time seem to drag. Perhaps spreading positivity into the human experience would be more helpful than complaining about a line and giving a bad review. Last thing I swear, they have pretty cool classes and events that are definitely worth checking out!

I noticed that this dispensary actually makes changes based on the customer reviews. I mentioned the loudness of their music and the next time I went, the music was at a much more comfortable level. I noticed that one customer complained about the lack of info on the THC/CBD content on the labels and all of the labels now carry this information. It's a bit of a drive for me but I am so impressed with Elemental Wellness that I won't go anywhere else.

This is the first place I went when I got my rec so I didn't really know how clubs worked or had much expectations. But I was impressed! I came on a Sunday so it wasn't that busy but it was organized. After I signed in as a new member, I got a little tour and info about what they offer. When I went up to the front, the person helping was patient and informative. I wasn't too picky with what I wanted but he had a lot of information about each type. I see myself coming back here again!

This is by far one of the best clubs that I have been to, and go back every time I am in town. The check in process is fast and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The product is good and they have a great selection but is a little more pricey than some other places. My only complaint is that I have purchased more than a few pre rolls from them that were rolled way to tight and were basically useless unless you took them apart.

Customer service and budtender knowledge is always impressive. I still miss the old security staff, but visiting Elemental is always a pleasure.

So at first I though this place was ok, or at least equal to airfield. The flower I got here (Choco Queen) was ok looking. I've been using that for this past couple weeks, I use it for migraines. It doesn't seem to work as well as the Pink Lotus I got at Airfield. I just lived though a 2 day migraine from hell, the Choco Queen definitely wasn't cutting it. I also really don't like the taste. This place does have a large selection of topicals and tinctures. The sublingual spray I got here seems to work ok. Takes a while to work though. It's hella spendy though. I picked up a tincture at airfield, it's comparable as far as THC:CBD, it was $40. Some peeves: I also feel like (again I've come in once so it was just one guy that helped me) they're not super "professional"...meaning the guy that helped me, he was plenty nice, but he was most definitely very stoned. Again nothing wrong with that, I really don't feel like it's super professional. Maybe it was just the one guy that helped me. They also don't have the security dude in the parking lot. I come up from Gilroy, so a lot of the time I come late, the security guy is just peace of mind I guess. Another note: the flower I got, the label didn't have the "stats", like THC and CBD printed on it. I found that annoying because I'm trying to keep track of different strains and find the one that works best for my migraines. Lastly, I really don't like the lighting here, it's pretty dark, or maybe just not all the lights were on when I was in? It's hard to see all the flowers and products.

I really like this place and their new digs - a lot of space which is cool. Their menu is reasonably priced and the environment is pretty laid back. The only thing is that I wished their KIVA bars were a priced a little less, sometimes if I stock up the price can be a bit high. (No pun intended). I'm glad they moved though because it means they're closer to my house which could be a bad thing since I'm more likely to spend more time over there. ;)Nice people and pretty knowledgeable, good customer service.

Very professional, non-seedy environment. A bit pricey, unfortunately until we legalize this stuff completely, it seems to be the norm. If you are going to join the collective, allow a bit of time for them to validate your Rx with your Dr. Once you are a member, preorder seems like the way to go. Great selection, open, well lit. Very unlike some of the headshop places I've seen.

I am with friends were very upset and unhappy with their customer service.  We cancel membership and spend several hundred bucks over the street

My two most recent helpers, Willy and Nate steered me in the right direction for pain dose management as well providing careful tutoring on a new delivery option i chose. It is clear the folks at EW are coming from a compassionate, service orientation. A pleasure to shop in this clean and abundantly stocked store.

I've come here multiple times and this place has always been amazing. It's ho early the only place I go in the Bay Area to get my medicine. It's an amazing club with the nicest people you could ever met. And the medicine is excellent. All lab tested so you know exactly what your getting. Highly recommended!

What a way to make money off legalization, I understand taxes . Which is understanding, but 23 dollars in just tax is ridiculous charging 3 taxes regardless if you have a medical rec.  a lot of other places only charge the basic tax which is like 8 to 10 bucks , place is nice ha potential but will not be returning,  would you pay 20 something dollars on top of the product price.  I came in because says clearly on there website cartridge pens 60 bucks but when you go in they dump the Robbery taxes .   I think they should be adding the taxes under neath each pricing so people don't walk in thinking prices are different. There's many clubs who charge cheaper taxes . Place was good when it was for medical back then ,now that's it's legal.  Wanna make high profits.  Smh

I wanna thank Emiliano for the kind and great well services I got from him. Although there wasn't any more of the flower I wanted. He was able to provide me with better quality flowers and pre rolls than I expected. He took his time and didn't rush. And answered all my question about topical and cdb. This guy has a lot of knowledge and honestly the cannabis community needs more people like him. He's the man to go to. Thanks man !

Only my 2nd time here as its 3 hours away. The first time was ok.. This time I stopped by harborside first and here second.. When the subtotal is 164 its ridiculous to have to pay an additional 31 dollars in sales and medical taxes... YOU get charged a medical tax.. Don't push that onto the patient. At least harborside is willing to give a discount on their items to keep costs fair.. Your management wouldn't offer a discount even at the recommendation of the bud tender. Regardless, you made your profit from my one time sale. Business success is built of reputation. I'll be sure to tell everyone where to go and where not to go. In hind site I regret going by your shop I wish I would've just grabbed the same product while at harborside. At least I wasn't sore when I left there.

I get nauseous everyday but today was especially bad. I stopped by to pick up some meds to help aid in my recovery. Eric Y. was amazing he helped me choose the best medicine for me. He even suggested a great CBD item to help. Thanks Eric! Im on my way to feeling better!

love going to this place my favorite place to go when I need some medication they always hook it up and they always go out of their way for their patience! Pricing can be a little bit expensive but this is quality stuff so if you can't afford it go to another cannabis club it's fire the flower they have there

MILDEW and BAD BUSINESS PRACTICEDiscovered tons of Mildew on "Sorbet" they sold. Not only did they refuse to refund or exchange, they accused me of tampering with the bud. Elemental's manager insisted they test for mildew, but they acknowledged that mildew was on the bud!! They decided for a valuable customer, the best thing was to give me 5% off my next purchase, which they completely forgot to apply. They still sell the contaminated bud, even after confirming mildew was on it too. DISGUSTING. All my South Bay referrals will go elsewhere, since they handled this situation SO POORLY. WHAT THE FUCK ELEMENTALALSO, just because you moved yelp pages does NOT mean all those bad reviews go away

I just stopped by yesterday for the first time and all the staff was very friendly and helpful.  The budtender I got was awesome he really helped me a lot. I loved my medication and it really helped. Hoping to go back soon and try something a little different.

I came here as a new patient yesterday, Friday 4/8/16. I gotta say, I had a phenomenal experience!There is parking in the front for patients who have preordered and in the back for regular patients. When I entered I was greeted by a security guard who I gave my rec and ID, and who also had me promptly set up with a girl at the front desk! I filled out a form and waited a few minutes while the girl entered my information, and then she called me over and gave a really nice explanation of the place and all the services offered. The inside is really nice! I loved the open space, lighting, and decor. It gives a nice chill and professional vibe- made me happy to be there! I got there at about 1:45 closer to 2 so I did not wait very long. The budtender was very welcoming and turned out to be a huge help! I can't remember her name (sorry!) but she has pretty bright blonde ends and dark brown roots to her hair- Thank you for helping me!! The budtender was informative and really took the time to get a feel for what I wanted and what would be best for my situation. As a new patient who had limited experience with marijuana beforehand I had only a small idea of what I wanted and she really helped a lot based on just the little bit of info I had. There was no rush at all, it was a very nice, relaxed, and understanding environment. It's worth noting they have a lot of information that they update daily on their website. Additionally, I was able to get a lot of nice discounts! Overall I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. I was nervous at first but I left very happy and looking forward to my next visit! Would definitely recommend this place!

I was very disappointed when i went in yesterday the dude blake front desk said he's going to take care of me with a free gram for my first time because my friends told me they will give you gram of top shelf with a purchase of anything and when i went in they acted like they didn't know about it and tried to give me some bammer pre-roll joint or gummy bear edible the dude blake wasn't helpful at all i will never step foot into this club again on top of that it was my birthday too. I would avoid elemental wellness and go to harbor side or cookies. i went to several cannabis clubs and elemental is by far the worst just trying to save people some time by typing this review. Elemental Wellness new delivery service is the best in San Jose.  Always responsible, on time, informative and personable.  Highly recommend this servicing.  Love it.

Staff is friendly and usually helpful. Good selection of products. However, after several experiences trying to resolve issues, they get an F for delivering on their promises. Each time I've contacted them, I get a promise that a reply will come within 72 hours for email contact. Never received a reply. Each time, when I followed up with a phone call, I was promised someone would call back that same day. Never heard back.

These guys rock! Nothing but positive experiences here since I started going years ago. The only club I visit for my medicine. They have a lot of new updates inside. Cool new bud viewing stations, new glass, pipes water pipes etc. there new grow room is amazing. Tons of fresh clones and seeds. Nate in the nursery is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Always happy to help, and answer any questions you might have. Thanks Elemental for the best customer service hands down!!! I got my brass knuckle vape pen as a bday gift not 2 long ago and it was my first time to own a pen. I was excited and happy. Soo the very next day I went to my normal go to club, which is u, trying to get a nice carriage to enjoy my day, which I did. But because nobody had told me about v pen & cartridges being compatible or not.. so I  thought they were just universal.... So when it was my turn, I went up to this girl and told her about my situation thati just got my bday gift and I was very excited to be here to pick up my very first cartridge. Of course she didn't warn me either. I know that wast her fault at that point a buy ? I came back for the 2nd and 3rd refills of the same brand. I bought total 4 cartridges of the same thing from you guys. Last time I bought 2.. The one.. The bad one was from that. So 1 out of the 4 was bad and I did enjoy the other 3. And after what happened this time, You guys could only tell me basically it was my fault and I shouldn't need buying this one period. SERIOUSLY? That's all you could tell me? Basically vi should fuck off? NICE WAY OF DOING BUSINESSG, GUYS. I can't believe my best friend Eric used to work there in the back as a designer about 1.5 yr back At elemental. Got blackberrry crumble perfect taste and good strong effects for back pain, i also got a free sample of one of their tropicals and a 4 pack of heavy cbd infused veda chews, kinda taste like cannabis starburst,they have a huge flower selection and an online pre order system. cash or card

When it comes to having the most welcoming friendly staff and a multitude of medicine options, Elemental is tops on my list. I've been to 4 other dispensaries around San Jose and I keep coming back to Elemental. The new location is even closer to my pad now. Keep it flowing elemental!

First of all this place is clean and appealing to the eye. I've been a few times so far and everyone has been extremely friendly. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Brought my 82 year old mom here to try to find relief from chronic and debilitating back pain.  Her generation can be very skeptical of marijuana products, but the staff at Elemental Wellness put her at ease with their patience, kindness, and professionalism.  The security guy at the door was friendly, the women at the front desk were very helpful, and Jaron, who helped us at the counter, was very well informed.  He never got tired of our million questions, and helped mom choose a couple of products.  Remains to be seen if it will work for her, but we could not have asked for a better experience.

Fully professional, with decent prices and very good medicine.  Everything is broken down and quantified so you know exactly what you're getting.  Pearla was super helpful, I'd come back again just for the customer service!

I am a new patient to the center, in establishing my account I had an issue so I called, and was extremely lucky to have had Adrienne answer, she completely went above and beyond in every facet!

I had a great first experience here. I just became a member and went there at 2:30. It turns out that all medicine is discounted between 2:15 and 4:20 pm daily. Lucky timing. My budtender was Kathleen. She told me a little about each strain the doctor recommended I get.  She was friendly and knowledgeable and also told me about other items. Also she gave me the higher senior discount when she saw my ID. This on top of the Free Gift for your first purchase, made my day. When I enrolled, the member agent, I'm sorry I forgot your name, told me about the free classes that are offered, so I signed up online for the 30 massage on Wednesday. Elone was really skilled. I told him about how I had a pinched nerve feeling under my arm and with a few rubs and a very subtle holding and moving my arm gently around, he relieved the discomfort I was dealing with. Thank you Elone. This place ticked all the boxes for me on my first visit.  After 20+ years in hospitality, I recognize good service when I see it. I thought everyone really cared about me. My experience was great.

By far the best club to get high quality flower. Kristina was super helpful. She took time to explain the different products and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable. Great customer service and a large selection. This is my spot for here on out.

The selection is good but their process is just arduous. Checking your prescription and ID multiple lines, 3 lines before your transaction is finished. And the employees are slow as molasses. Way too chatty with the customer when lines are long. You're wasting everybody's time when keep screwing around.

This place is great, the staff is very welcoming and professional. Not only do they offer great quality medication but they also offer other free services and classes! I was helped by Christian and he did a great job assisting me on what would be the best medication for my anxiety and insomnia. I'm very happy with the service here and will definitely be a returning customer

I called on my way over here (40 min drive) to make sure they accepted a passport as a form of id. Over the phone i was told yes by a gentleman whose name i didnt catch. I arrived and was told that their system wasnt accepting passports as of that time. While i understand its not anyone working theres fault that the system cant accommodate me, i would appreciate better communication amongst the employees to ensure all patients/customers have the best possible experience. Pretty disappointed because it looked like a lovely shop. The gentlemen working the door was nothing short of lovely as well.

Today i called EW because they have Kind Rub which i seem not to be able locate elsewhere.  When i put it and some other items in my cart the taxes seemed excessive, so i called in.  I'm a medical user with a recommendation - the person on the phone said to me that EW was now charging the same taxes to MM users as Recreational users.  This seemed wrong.  Called my regular dispensary and was told they'd heard this about EW. EWjust lost a $400+ order because of this, might want to look into that management.

Hands down one of my favorite dispensaries to go to. You get what you pay for every time. The staff is super friendly too so I always feel comfortable when I get my medicine. I always try to go to the bud tender Aaron. He's always really nice and informative. I recommend this place for his customer service and the quality of medicine you get. Can't wait to go back!

This is the best medicine shop I've been to from San Diego to San Francisco!  It's truly a Wellness Center!  Mind, body, and soul...they offer it all.

I've been coming to elemental for years and they have nothing less than the best a cannabis club can offer. They always have a really dank selection of weed to offer. A huge plus for me is how elemental goes out of there way to test each batch of weed before selling it to you. They test for basically everything, and that's important to me and keeps me a return customer. I've been to other clubs and doubt they test for anything let alone potency. One time at some club I was even handed a paper that said they spray microbutinol all over there weed, oh great so you tell me I'm smoking fungicide. Believe it or not my health is still important to me. I see a lot of people complaining about the new taxes and I think there a little high myself, it needs a revision I think. I do have a slight issue I'd like to address and its with the true og. It's supposed to be the best of the best but sometimes it looks not as dank as it is supposed to be and I've been told that it's grown by a different person each time and that's why it looks different from time to time. The true og is still great weed but I just like to see it at its dankest, that's when I buy it. I've been to airfield and harborside and many other cannabis clubs but elemental is still my favorite. Keep it up elemental.

Elemental Wellness is without a doubt the "A" Standard of San Jose dispensaries. The staff provides the most professional service of all the dispensaries I've visited.  Brought a new patient referral and they made her first visit really comfortable.  From the intake desk, Jasmine greeted us with a great attitude and made it very easy to browse the products available without any pressure. Outstanding showroom setup in a really open environment. Budtenders Aaron and Hadley were especially helpful in providing information on a range of products specifically for a cancer patient and first time visitor. They took as much time as needed to explain how each product would work and what effects would be expected. Great people! All in all, we were very satisfied with our product choices before leaving. To be honest, a lot of the products here can be found at other dispensaries, but Elemental stands out with its approach to its patients. First visit for one of us and thanks to the professionalism of the staff we dealt with,  definitely not the last. Elemental does it right!

Elemental Wellness is terrific! I've gone to other stores, but I am a wussy customer, I don't smoke I partake of the edibles. The edibles are so much more expensive at the other dispensaries IF they have them at all. Elemental Wellness offers amazing customer service they can help you navigate through any new products you might like to try offering suggestions and answering questions. Plus for me, I don't like carrying cash, Elemental does NOT increase your purchase (by 3.99%) if you use a credit card. Elemental provides Free Same Day Delivery (of course with minimum purchase). Elemental is my place for meds without question. Good people, good products, good prices.

I come to Elemental on regular basis.  A few times i have been helped by Jay. He is great very kind and considerate. Alot of times I go on my lunch and he gets me in and out.

I went here for clones, which are increasingly hard to find.They had a decent selection- about 6 kinds. Which is much better than zero, the number available at Harborside, where I used to buy them.It's a bit of a haul from Oakland, according to weedmaps, pretty much the only clone show in town.I was also impressed with the selection and snappy design of the store.It's in an industrial area, easy to find, but dull.

I've been coming to this shop a whole lot and always get stizzy pods. Came in today to get two pods and both boxes came out empty. Very disappointing

This place will sell you crap and then the bastards won't refund or exchange for something else that makes it worthwhile for spending money there. 3 quarters were nothing but crap of the crop. Bags of stems. 200 for bullshit.  Humboldt trees brand and high totem brand was even worse. Why would I ever f'n go back there?

I love Elemental. I've been going here prior to legalization as well as after. They are a little expensive, but I really appreciate their layout, quickness, and service. All of their budtenders are very knowledgeable, which is perfect because I always have lots of questions. Every time I come in, I always find interesting new things to try. They are currently only accepting cash and debit card, so don't forget.

Love this dispensary, tried them on a referral from a friend. I use their delivery service. They have a huge selection, my favorite items are always in stock and  impresses me how quick they are at my door. Their shopping perks are fun too. I'm never quite sure which one will apply.

I’ve been going to Elemental for the past year and a half or so, and every time I’ve been there it’s been nothing but positive! Everyone is super friendly and genuinely human. The security guards are always nice, the front desk and all the bud tenders. I’ve always been an online order client and before I even make it to the line, a bud tender has my order ready! I wish I knew everyone’s name by heart so I could list every single person that has made my experience there pleasant-EDIT: I have three names of three people that always go out of their way for me: Nick, Cassandra, Murphy! Thank you guys so much! During this pandemic they have kept the place running clean and efficiently, always cleaning after a client leaves and making sure there is time to do so in between. Elemental is a great spot! Always plenty of options to choose from. Great customer service in store and I like their set up. Although I do typically go for delivery, which is also the best. They are always super fast to get my order out. My most recent experience (today actually) was with Spidey. Super friendly and cool! :)

The staff are always knowledgeable and charming. I've developed crushes on 9 out of ten people who've helped me. Also, EWC has cheaper prices and more plentiful product then the 3 other clinics I keep in my rotation. Love this place.
