Helpful staff. Wide selection of products, I especially like the store brand. I'm not especially versed in the chemistry or botony, but the staff is always friendly and informed. I always leave knowing exactly what I got. And I always look forward to a return trip. It's the place I recommend to anyone who asks.

This dispensary is great and their Bud-tenders are so kind. Today I had the most lovely service from Abby. She helped me find some great stuff and was beyond friendly to me the whole time. Best service I’ve ever had in a dispensary. Thank you Abby!

This is a great dispensary, my favorite in Salem.I had a wonderful budtender today named Jose. He was so helpful and patient. I wasn’t sure what to get, and he new exactly the right thing to recommend. His knowledge and kindness were much appreciated.

Hassle free. Now that the Covid restrictions have been easier to deal with I've never waited more than 5 minutes when placing a web order.

Great selection prices same as others. Staff always kind and courteous. Have added some cool edibles geared towards needs like sleep, energy, etc which I appreciate. Buds are always quality. Online orders are always ready quickly. Helps when in a rush.

They don't sell CBD items
So a vast majority of the products sold at INSA and other dispensaries are from third party vendors. That's a better question to call in and ask as their product availability is subject to change every day. Hope this helps! :)

Insa is closed on Thanksgiving, but online ordering will open at 10pm on Thanksgiving for Friday pickup.

I don't know if they are or not. I've only been a customer there. But I guess you could call Monday and see if open to general public again or still just medical card holders only.

They have all different kinds. Some are indica dominant some are sativa dominant. It says the strain on each of them.
