Everybody was super helpful and knowledge. In particular Manda explained how to use bonus points, took her time with me to make sure I understood that, and how the usage/monthly Missouri allotment works:) Real professionals!!! I'll be returning.

Root66 has such an amazing vibe. I love the fact that they offer to not only print out your Patient card, but they will also laminate it for you on the spot! What a wonderful first impression. Mickey is a juggernaut of joy and knows their products. I'm excited to see what this store can really do!

Only Pay With Cash, Not Your Card. 3 stars missing for limited selection and overcharging my card. The cashier said my total was $67 and change, but that he would have to run my card for $70 even and I would get the difference back in cash. No big deal and there was what looked like a tip jar on the counter and staff had been friendly, so I left the cash there. When I checked my balance, I realized that they actually charged me OVER $70 plus a $1 convenience fee that they neglected to tell me about. As welcoming as they were, I won't be returning. UPDATE: They still didn't own up to it after seeing this. To clarify, your staff charged me $73.50 (which is NOT an increment of 5) plus the fee for a total of $74.50. My credit union never charges fees for using other ATMs, one of the reasons I stay loyal to them. I was only given $2.50 back in cash. So you actually stole about $5 from me, not including the tip I left. Thankfully, there's still another $2k in that account so it isn't worth going back there for $5. It's just the principle. Don't steal from your customers and then lie about it. This is exactly why I wish I could post photos and screenshots on here. So now it's 1 star. Word of mouth also works ;)

I want to thank the staff for all their help today. Jake, Em, Price, Mickey and Bobby all were very professional and understanding. I was glad they made the experience very easy and simple, they even laminated my card for me, so I don't have to try to get it off my phone each time. They explained how my allotment worked and how and when it turns over. Being a first time customer and getting a few goodies was great as well. Thank you for making my first time easy!
