Just came In right now. There some girls with colored hair in the front. The security guard was soooo rude to a point where I thought he was just kidding. I was waiting like wait are you really talking that to me? I was waiting for a "just kidding" but no lol it was 9:44 and he didn't let me in. When I called and they said last call was at 9:45. Like I'm a minute early? Then he said you had ALL DAY to me? Bro I am working full time some of us don't have the time. Please stiiizy talk to your security guards. I understand it's late, but at least be nice about it. Like wow. I thought us paying so much for your products we would Atleast get some good Omer service. It was august 1, at 9:44 pm. Idk who the security guard was. Please check the schedule and let him know he needs to be a a whole lot more considerate for others. I understand he might have a long day or is going through things. But there's no way he should be working there. Or Atleast at the front door. And PLEASE INFORM PATIENTS THAT LAST CALL IS ATLEAST AT 9:30 so it's not 9:44 and a rude Security kicks you out with no respect. I hope this reaches out to a manager. Thank you for reading.

Great first time experience!!! The staff was very welcoming. The girl I had provided great customer service, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and all while not feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Deff worth checking out if in the area!

The girls who work here and men are pretty dumb and rude. The chick that helped me was extremely rude took her sweet time never coming to this dump of a place!

Bought these yesterday 1st time coming  in ,dope looking spot,here's the problem I bought three carts,all three of these carts had already been pre authenticated prior to my purchase,that's crazy cause the manager said they'd never seen that,stiizy authenticity website states there not real,due to that fact ,all three had the same time,and date of authentication,they changed out my battery though they recognized there was an issue they told me they could not take back their fake product to take it up with the support team online,the most interesting part of visiting this location,is they allowed there security team to mistreat us at the door as we left,and these guys(3 or so)even had the nerve to flash there flash lights all at the same time and yell something along the lines of you don't wanna see my bad side,we came here for help not hate,literally one of the schechiest experiences,b.s aside check your carts ,p.s your lucky we didn't call the cops on  your guards ,you do not  flash lights at a car already moving on the Main Street it's not safe ,you don't know us like that..punks..

This place closes at 9:45 and the google website shows 10pm? Never coming back again this is ridiculous!!! Suddenly you guys close 15 min earlier? Not a smart change

Stiiizy has a much bigger selections than surrounding dispensaries which is why I shop there. Today I had Christopher G. who was very patient with me and encouraged me to buy the right strand I was looking for. It's always nice to have someone who isn't trying to rush you out and is pretty knowledgeable on the selections. Shoutout to him!

I was just there yesterday and I don't how do you guys not have a menu layout or something like any other shop. The service sucks in the area too so even if you try to look up on the site it takes forever. Also the taxes are so expensive here like I could have gotten more bud but cause of all the different taxes that was it for me :/ probably won't come here again sadly and I like Stiiizy stuff. Not to mention they didn't even have a first time patient deal either like what is that ? you guys just opened come on now

Their managers are incompetent. Especially the heavy set lady. Bud tenders are great and knowledgeable but there are too many clinics in the area to put up with disrespect. All their products on sale are on the verge of expiration, keep that in mind before thinking it's a great deal.

People must be high, desperate, maybe both to continue coming here and throw away money for overpriced waste. FACT: you're not getting quality based on the look of the establishment or the embellished packaging of the crap; it's superfluous marketing. Stop it. 'The weed sells its self and you're paying more for the trash you're just going to throw away.MOST IMPORTANTLY- the employees at stizy LACK knowledge, education, and COMMON SENSE; or they just go in to work high as hell on the supply they're selling you for the price and then some. It was almost degrading each time I tried to give this place the benefit of a doubt.The 3 times I gave my business to stizy each time I was disappointed. There is nothing special about this company other than it being just SMOKE and MIRRORS; diverting the attention of so many who continue to make the poor decision to support such a business that is trying to monopolize weed products. Give your hard earned money to businesses that support the community and with moral values of integrity and common decency. I can say that the surrounding community has gone down hill yes, and they picked a perfect location for business as its just getting worse. They do not give back to the community what so ever, but by repeatedly giving jobs to those who lack in customer service from the greeters to the bud tenders and for those I've encountered here it seems life's ambition is OBSOLETE. Nothing but distain for 'stiiizy' every time I pass by. James Kim should be embarrassed.

Rude disrespectful RACIST dont know your products. Cant pay attention long enough to sell me what i wanted, if a person asks for indica why is the sativa in my bag. And yall need to learn to fucking smile.

This location is huge, there is a lot of product to choose from which is slightly overwhelming. Each associate is friendly, helpful and attentive. Pharon helped us & she was great! Customer service is definitely on point. The location is not too good in my opinion but it is near Mt. Rubidoux which could make for a fun day!

Love all the staff the way I was greeted  welcomed by everyone was so awesome made me feel like home first time in a stiizy dispensary and man I love it you get what you pay for here everything is so dam fire . Been coming to this place ever sense I got my rec but for some stupid reason they arent letting me in no more saying jurupa passed a new law or some shit but yet they tell me to go to the other one in Moreno Valley or to a different dispensary down the street like wtf

I don't even know where to start. Came into this place about 3 weeks ago and had the luck of being assisted by a gentleman named Chris. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in all the items. I went with intentions of getting some edibles and walked out with edibles and a new pen. Thank you Chris for the amazing service. I will definitely be coming back.

They stopped taking 18+ with rec  at jurupa valley location. What's the point of a rec if I can't use it.

Thank Manuel for all your help and recommendations. Even though you let me know from jump you were new you were still very knowledgeable and helpful. And you were very patient with me even though I was so indecisive. Thanks again I left with 2 new pods and a new pink battery and some edibles.  Good times are in store for me!

First time at this location. I usually go to the one in DTLA , but since this is closer to home, thought I will check it out. And then as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, Hannah who helped me was fabulous & I wanted to try and new flavor and she knew everything!! She also helped me pick out merch, as I needed a new sweatshirt. I had the best experience as it was my first time at this location & I thank Hannah for my awesome experience. I will definitely come back here more often!

Wow!  Establishment is beautiful!  Clean, well organized and the promotion prices are amazing!!  Raegen was my sales girl and she was amazing.  She wasn't pushy at all and gave good recommendations!  I will definitely go back!  Keep up the good work and I'll definitely spread the word!

Horrible customer service. Been a customer for 2 years. Just got turned down cause there was a "crack" in my ID. Bruh, I fly for a living. The airport doesn't have an issue with it. It scans. I am who it says I am. Lol all good stiiizy - just lost a customer due to the way it was handled. DMV visit just for stiiizy? Is that a new policy.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very clean and organized place with a huge selection. They also have a rewards and referral program.

This place has terrible customer service. Their excuse is that they are training the employees. The employees don't even know the prices of Stizzy pods. Their own product. Waste of time going to this place.

This place sucks. I asked for half grams in all my carts and they gave me full when he said half grams at the register too. Didnt have a menu. They told me I had to look it up. The girls at the front were rude. And the taxes? Jeez I'll stick to going to the L.A. location where the vibes are better.

I really think they have fake carts getting shipped to this store ! I had to do at-least 5 returns on live resign for not hitting and not working or spilling also the OG pods  they get authentic online 2 times before I scanned mine shows times for 2am I don't understand what's going on with their pods and then all of a sudden the "CA"'logo is printed small on some and large on others I ask a staff member and each staff tells me something differ. I even contacted stiiizy online and have a confirmation my msg was sent and never anyone reached out this is wack!! I don't even know what I was smoking anymore. I want answers I pay a lot of money for not being sure what I am smoking. What's going on stiizy! Can someone let me know? Why are some pods getting authentic twice before me? It even says on the bottom if it is first time checking authenticity and it's greater then one contact retailer which is the stiizy shop and I get nothing not even when I contact them online.

Horrible they have no knowledge of what a valid ID is would not accept my out of state driver's license saying it's not a valid form of ID . I've used this ID for 3 years now in California and never had any issues until now . They need to be trained better on what a valid ID is . Would give zero stars if I could

Unbelievably bad experience. I'll start by saying I love Stizzy and their products. I drove over an hour last night to make it to the store on time since it's listed it CLOSES AT 10pm I showed up at 948 and they literally closed the doors on me and all the security guards and staff said they start at shutting down at 945? Like wow. Freakin have accurate times. So then this morning I wake up extra early I live about 40 minutes from this stizzy it's the closest one to my house. I show up at 7:55 am because it SHOWS they open at 8 and the whole staff is outside. The manager the ONE person with the key to open the store is late haha wow. I end up leaving at 8:20 am and STILL no one had arrived to open the store. Needless to say I left , I am a professional I have to be at work I had $500 ready to buy a few cartridges and I left. Never coming back again. Very unprofessional place , NO professionalism at all. You guys are staining the Stizzy brand. Which I had the highest respect for and always recommended people to you guys. Not from this location ever.

This was my first time and honestly one of the easiest to get into and the fastest dispensaries in the area. The customer service was great two girls helped and made me feel comfortable definitely will be back :)

Amazingly amazing!! I love this store front it truly makes the weed buying a pleasurable experience, always having weed deals of some sort.

This place is awesome. It's clean and looks really organized and not too far from home. Will I come back here again? I don't know maybe? The only reason why I'm giving STIIIZY 4 stars is the tax. Literally almost 30 bucks on tax. STIIIZY DTLA doesn't charge tax at all. I think I'd rather go to LA but it is a drive from the I.E. Those 30 of tax could of been a half gram pod.

Trash it was my bday and they didn't let me go in cause my ID was expired and they didn't even have any specials which is fine but I mean my id being expired doesn't mean my age is valid smh never again

Pulled up 15mins before closing waited in line, got in before closing was told I had to come back with "a better ID" because it had a dog bite, even though I was a returning customer & have been here PLENTY of times before with the same ID! Quick question,  what is the point of a returning customer and you saving their information if you're not going to acknowledge it? Disappointing enough to not make me wanna come back.

Awesome, awesome experience! Have never been to a dispensary before, so I had a lot of questions. The staff was extremely friendly. They are very secure and prompt on their facility management. A lot of options to buy from. The prices are great, as well. I recommend taking cash, even though they have ATMs in the facility. They are cash only! I've thoroughly enjoyed all the products bought - the blueberry gummy ropes are where it is at! Highly recommend!

Went here today to grab some pre rolls and wanted to check out the new location. Bryce helped us and made everything super easy to understand. It was one of our first times buying pre rolls so we didn't grasp everything right away. She was patient and walked us through all the details step by step! Will definitely be coming back and hope to get her as a bud tender again.

Horrible place very unfriendly to first time patients plus no deals, overpriced pods ,overpriced bagged crusty weed still trying to tax on the side i personally wouldn't come to this location again & thats  NO CAP. I was hurt and expecting better from stiizy as a brand, company ,and organazation please step it up during these rough times as a country we expect better not big companys trying to exploid and rip their customers off.

Ordered online, drove 35 minutes out to pick up to be told what we ordered wasn't available. No phone call no nothing. Wasted gas and my time

just nowI wish it could be a different review. My boyfriend bought me a whole gram pod, and it didn't work. I'm a single mom, couldn't go there with my kids obviously, so when he came to see me I showed him the pod and how it didn't work so he tried to take it back, which resulted in him being kicked out with a security escort. Since you opened we've brought you our business. This is so wack. 90% of the pod was still there. Your customer service is garbage and people deserve better. I hope that everyone has a better reaction but the security was nicer than the manager which is crazy to me. Do better Stiiizy.

Worst dispensary ever, stiiizy pods leak or don't work, and good luck trying to return it! Tax is way too high and staff is under knowledged.

I called to get information about the sale of the day and the manager gave me no information and then hung up. They act like they aren't a fully legal shop.

Nice spot very spacious and clean. Here you know you definitely not getting a counterfeit cartridge and they have all the flavors to chose from.

Jessica was so helpful to me. I'm a very indecisive person and she was patient with me. At the time I went, they were having a sale on the edibles in a canister ($7). I usually buy them from another dispensary, and even on sale, they aren't that cheap. I was happy I stopped in....I hope they get online ordering soon.

Bottom Line:  This place is massive!A friend of mine and I happened to be down in Riverside and he wanted to hit this place up and who I am I to say no to such an endeavor?I'm used to the small places that we have in Santa Barbara and even some o the medium sized places in LA - this place is like a night club!When you walk in it's a bit overwhelming.  There is SO much noise, light, color, people - its probably a good thing that they dont hand out mushrooms at the door or the place would be a mess.It is a little intimidating as there are armed guards walking around and its hard to know where to go.  The people I spoke to behind the counter were super helpful and I ended up just picking up some Sour Diesel.If you need a place with real selection and knowledgeable people, this is a good place to go.

When I'm in town I like coming to this location since it's not as busy as the LA location.  Unfortunately they never have the good popular pods.  Always tell me the same thing "I just sold XXXX earlier today... bla bla bla". Why send me tons of emails on a new product to then not have it?  This place is nothing to the LA location.  Always feel rushed or the dude behind the counter won't put his phone down.  If you want a sure thing head to the LA spot it's worth the drive and the service is way nicer.  But if you don't care what you buy and will settle for what they do have then try Jurupa Valley.

BEST 1 AROUND SO FAR parking is way too small for how much business they see but there is always somewhere to park. Once your inside ??this place is huge!! So much to choose from. First corporate rock now corporate weed! Company owned store. however the selection is large and the prices better than orange county. 18 registers to serve you. I tried the stiiizy brand of flower. Potent,stinky,fresh.... that's what she said. If you're heading to big bear this is a wise stop to make. Now if I can only remember where I parked......
