Wow ! what a rip-off this place is. I will still give them one star for proffessionalism and cleanilness. But that is the only positives. I agree with the opther reviewer that this is nothing like dispensaries in other states Ive been to...They have you sit down with a "pharmacist" (credentials unknown) who walks and talks you through their THREE products. They eithier sell vapes, oil (tincture), or capsules. I purchased the vape and the oil. Vape was a SHOCKING $100 for .4 ml and it did not even look half way full when i opened it after I left. I was prescribed the higher THC one and it taste horrible. On top of that I experienced zero psychoactive effects and that goes for the oil too. The oil was $55 for the tiniest little bottle and I cant tell any difference when I take it. As always listen to your doctors and if you want to try this place go for it, I just want others to know what they are in for. I will be looking for other dispensaries though.

Amazing experience! Wonderful staff! I had trouble getting my card and Laurie went out of her way to help me I can't thank her enough. I was nervous my first visit but everyone was so nice and the place was very calming. Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and the products helped me get off my pain medication I am so thankful for marijuana and Columbia Care.

A new patient that has only visited once. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming, she also helped me with several questions. The building it's very modern and clean. The gentleman I met with was extremely informative on all products that they had to offer and was also very friendly and willing to answer questions. The only negative is the prices are high, especially for the vape cartridges l, but that's the state of NYs fault, not Columbia. Thanks for the great service! I would not hesitate to come back.

So, the website is set up so no posts can be made. Yelp is the only place to go. I have intercotal nerve damage from lung surgery and have a license in the state of New York. I have had a prescription to this State run monopoly for a year. Recently, they have cut their prescription ( diluted) so they have doubled their profits. A cartridge that lasted 2 weeks now lasts for one week for the same price. Until Columbia Care has competition, they will be able to take advantage of Cancer patients and all other clients. This post is meant to hold them responsible for their profits before patients mantality.

As a person who goes to the dispensary it was a great experience,  everyone was professional and they have  very knowledgeable staff What a great experience!!!!! the product works great too!!!

Little pricy but professional place and staff.They have a wacky security guard named Tom who thinks he is a prison guard at Guantanamo BayVery rude and unprofessional.I am shocked they would have someone so unstable work there.

First time here. It's much different then what I've experienced in other states. NY state has regulated the hell out of things. Putting that aside, these places are doing the best they can with what they are allowed to work with.Mike was my pharmacist and was very helpful. Would use CC again for sure. My only complaint is pricing levels... but this is ny so it's expected.

Went there this afternoon to pick up some medications. The woman at the front desk is always so nice and pleasant to deal with. My issue is with the woman who was the cashier. Incredibly rude and quite terse. She isn't an asset to the pharmacy.

Visited this location to give Columbia a second shot. Better service but still not hitting the nail in terms of products. I appreciate their strain selection but nothing I can't get at other dispensaries that aren't as far out the island. This is just a personal preference!

I have no complaints about Columbia care they are all very nice and try to assist me in what I need to help me with my pain. I recommend them highly

Very nice and helpful staff. Inside is so clean. Great prices. You can order online and pick up at the dispensary. You can also just go down there with your card and order at the dispensary. I know that there is another dispensary in Farmingdale, however I have never been at that location. But it's the same thing as the Riverhead location. Hope this helps. If I can help in any other way.. lmk

Informative, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions and guided me through the process. Truthfully I was concerned about the results of how today would go. Only to find it was needless. From the guard Harry to the pharmacy tech.Jill it was truly a good experience.

The smoke is really in need of an upgrade. It'doesnt have any smell and dry dry..lots of stems...Cura leaf In carle place,ny 10xs better

Very low quality product. After visiting Medical dispensaries around the USA.....this might be the lowest quality flower products available. Unreal, that this corporation uses the Legal system to maintain a monopoly....Any shop allowed to compete with them would blow them out of the water, in both product and service. Ground A+ buds from a barista was what i imagined, a sealed container that was ground 2 months ago was what i got. Average wait time 20min. Sick patients that require medicine really deserve better.
