I went in the other day on Memorial Day. Picked up some moxie dart cartridges. One of them worked while the other didn't even sit well nor hit. I took it in to ask for an exchange or refund or what can we do about this and was told my pod was tested and worked yet when the employee was told how the pod was tried prior and did not work the employee proceeded to say "if it stops working or doesn't work bring it in" the staff at flavors behind the counter are completely rude, sarcastic and not helpful or sympathetic at all. Horrible experience with customer service here will not be returning.

I visited Flavors a couple of months ago out of curiosity to explore this new place in my immediate community. I was impressed! The store is very attractive, super clean and the employees were nicer and more helpful than in most retail establishments I've ever been in. Well done!

Gave Flavors a visit a few weeks ago on the advice of a friend and was blown away at the quality of the whole experience. I pre-registered online so I didn't have to wait or take up extra time at the front desk, (a great happy little coincidence  was that Flavors is right down the street essentially from my house, probably a 5 minute drive away!) the lady who was working reception was very professional and quick at her job, and she gave me a first time visitors 30% off discount which was really awesome. When I opened the adjoining doors to where the action was, I was real deal like a kid in a candy shop! It was funny because it was almost like a commercial or something from t.v., this really beautiful lady was on the other side of the door and she was smiling this beautiful smile at me and saying something but I couldn't make it out exactly so I just smiled back and walked to the line. The music was really great and on point for the vibe/atmosphere inside and I seriously felt like wow, this is exactly what I was HOPING the scene would be like at a place like this. Did I mention this was my first time ever at a club?? It was and I was just totally in awe at the amount of products and helpful staff that were working like little happy worker bees at the hive inside. A hispanic guy in a purple hat helped me and he was very nice and professional at his job. He helped me figure out which edibles to try for my first time and steered me right in the direction I had described to him that I was looking to go.. I walked out with a discounted bag of anti-anxiety and was really pleased I had given them a try. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you Flavors for being such a great group of individuals running a professional business. Sincerely!!!

I Was Walking Into Flavors as A Normal Customer Located In Burbank With My Girlfriend . My Girlfriend Was Going To Sign Up To Be A New Customer But She Noticed She Didn't Have Her ID So She Insisted To Wait In The Lobby As I Went Inside . I Go Inside To Wait In Line Nd Not Noticing The Signs Beforehand I Was Told By One The Budtenders Not To Have My Phone Out . Then JOHN/JOHNNIE The Security At the Time Comes And Informs Me The Same Thing The Budtender Just Told Me&So I Told Him Politely Thank You, I Was Just Told So . Then I Exit After I Make My Purchase Nd My Girlfriend's Telling Me The Security Guard Was Saying " There's Some Bitch On Her Phone In There " Before Entering The Main Shop NOT Knowing He Was Talking About Me . After I Informed Her It Was Me He Was Talking About We Went Back, Tried To Get Into Contact with a Manager About The Situation&John Over Hearing The Scenario Says " It Wasn't Intentional " . I Will No Longer Be Going To Flavors Because Of This&Will Never Apply To Stone Protective Services Because I Myself Am Also An Active Security Guard . I Would Never Convey That Type Of Disrespect Towards Any Customer . It's Loses Customers For The Client&Im Damn Sure The Client Wouldn't Want There Security Guard Treating Their Customers Like That . Not Did They Lose 1 But 2 Customers Due To This Situation . If The Staff Are Interacting Like That With Eachother About Customers Who Knows What Else They're Actually Saying Behind Closed Doors .

REFILL YOUR ABX CARTRIDGES!!! I like this place but damn! You guys have been out of the cartridges I like for like two months! Wtf?! I'm literally forced to go elsewhere.. every time I ask when they are getting more in, I'm told "next week". It's been over two months! That's ridiculous! There's a reason you sold out of most of your ABX cartridges, it's because people like those!! So order more so we can buy them!!! Duhhh!

Went into Flavors today for my first time and was helped by Chris Jennings. He was very helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about the products. It was extremely easy to select my items and with that, I would definitely be returning to Flavors. Thank you for the help & very good customer service!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star I'm not coming back here I ask one ? N they get all uppity saying my needs dont matter cause I'm not medical  I wasn't even speaking about that  hella rude went out of my way for the last time  so many occasions I get weed falling out my preroll cause they lame as hell now refusing my service with no explanation wow fuck y'all not wasting time or money here again u shouldn't eighthier.

I'll give it 5 stars they redeemed them selves.  The staff is always cool ...............

Security are idiots. Never leave reviews, however during a time of distancing the last thing you want is a dirty old man or wannabe cop 'security' guy that should be enforcing these rules barking in your face. Bottom line I was coming here literally every other day to try different products and have always been courteous and respectful. No more. No cannabis is worth this shitty experience or risking your health. If they can't respect their customers....especially the ones that practically keep them open and driving Mercedes or big trucks they don't need. Just smoke your money It'll get you higher and don't bother. Definitely no respect  for returning customers. All a show

I love this dispensary! The customer service is excellent. The bud tender Simon helped me out and I was not disappointed, he gave honest reviews on the products and gave great cannabis knowledge! Also feel like they  always have great deals here! Everyone should check this place out.

I love Flavors! Budtenders are always polite, and helpful. I live in Oakdale but go to Flavors in Riverbank because its the best!

Impressive selection and I love that they carry "connected" brand cookies and not some knock off version. Also- the lady who helped us "Serena" was absolutely amazing. Super knowledgable and friendly and really made the whole experience for us. Happy I dont have to travel to the bay area for service or top shelf. Thank you Serena! Will be an exclusive customer of your store thanks to her!

ESCORTED OUT LIKE A CRIMINAL FOR 1 STAR REVIEW ON WEEDMAPS. I stated in my constructive criticism on Weedmaps which was a true statement. I had my photo on their big mistake because they recognize me because I feature their shop on my channel. LMFAO where's the love for all the other good reviews I've done on my channel for you but you only focus on the 1 negative review and have me banned from PCF,FLAVORS AND PHENOS. People will see your shady for this kicked out for a private review. Think about that when you go there what kind of man you're giving your business too. I come here for Johnny. He is the greatest, plus ya got a good selection of select live res carts and raw garden diamonds. Security makes me feel super safe... definitely need him in my life.. I mean that lmaoooo and yeah I can handle my own but .. what was I sayin ?? Distracting af he is lol

Wow. I would give this place zero starts if I could. This was my first time at this dispensary and the unprofessionalism of the owner Bert was astounding. No interest in helping customers and was extremely rude to me in my wife. I can't believe that the customer service was so horrible and I will never return to this establishment because of that cocksucking prick. I will take my money to other dispensaries in Modesto. Ones that actually care about it's customers!!!!

This place hires dingy cute girls that know absolutely nothing about the product they're selling. I literally have to explain to them and point out what I need every time I come in. They can never answer questions about the product either. A little more diversity in the image they're shooting for might do their customer service some justice

I had been going to this dispensary consistently for over two years every week or so and I purchased a cartridge from them a couple days ago but when I started smoking the cartridge the glass of the cartridge cracked and when I brought it in they told me it looked like I dropped it and said their was nothing they could do about it.  The worst part was the bud tender who helped me was very patronizing and rude.

I was uneasy being in a crowd of recreational users, many whom seemed to think irresponsibly for their actions using recreational marijuana. Many of these people had already been high and were driving cars. What a way to ruin everything for those of us that need it to fight our medical problems.  I prefer to go to a dispensary where my medical conditions for chronic pain and chronic insomnia are addressed by a knowledgeble staff. Plus I'm not into all the FLAVORS they have for smoking or vaping.  Over all this place didn't feel right to me. Hopefully this has changed for the owners of the business. On a positive note, I will say that their products were well displayed and the building was beautifully redone to be a dispensary.

I love the budtenders...they are very knowledgeable and friendly. And I especially like that even though there is a line...i have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. And i appreciate the fact that there are NO NAKED GIRLS DANCING ON THE COUNTERS. I appreciate the respect for women and the general sale of bud. I shouldn't feel like im going into a bar when i just want to buy bud. Thank you.

Great prices, the indoor area is beautifully decorated. This location is always super busy, but worth the wait.

Amazing place they always have amazing deals and they celebrate literally every holiday with a surprise everyone is always very nice and generous the only thing is that sometimes they get really packed but I guess that's expected
