Love this dispensary!! Front they're great! Friendly. I'm back, wonderful, helpful. Always big smiles. The place is like wow!! Their flowers and edibles, everything is fresh and yummy!! Get everything from here. Thank you guys !  Your the best.

1st time my spouse and I going to this place. I must say I was impressed with the greeting as we entered and the right away help. O believe the person who helped us name was Brain. He was very nice and pleasant. He explained to us what was what being that it was our 1st time. Then we went to the back and was greeted by a young lady named Autumn who was nice and pleasant also. She also explained to us what was what. We was able to take our time. Meaning not rushed to decide. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I do recommend this place of business. We will revisit even thou it's a 2 hour n 15 min. ride for us. It's worth it. Ty.

When you go into this place be prepared to be ripped off. The dude in front of me had come back in right after leaving saying he was shorted flower, given 2.8 grams for an 8th... I got two church carts, I'm a medical patient, and they were $40 for .5 gram. The other side was recreational and had the same carts, but for $30 in special. I got the carts and I didn't even leave the premises and had found a better deal elsewhere, right across the street at Jars (go there, they are INCREDIBLE). I call and tell them I haven't left and if they took stuff back if it hasn't been opened, she said yes. I get out of the car and walk back in again for the 3rd time (they forgot my preroll the first time I had to go back in) and wait. The manager comes up and says we aren't taking refunds. I never left the premises or opened up the carts. $77 for two church carts when Jars has them 3 for $80 on special, SAME THING. This place is trash and you will get ripped off. Pay attention.

Unfortunately I just had my first bad experience with a dispensary. I always brag to my friends who have never been to one how beautiful they are, how amazing the staff is and how helpful they are in case you don't know exactly what you want or need. I used the phone in service for curbside pickup and was greeted by a female employee that made me feel like she wanted to do anything but talk to me. When asking about products I was instantly cast away and told to check online, the problem is that the online features weren't operating properly and I was unable to do that even though I had tried prior to my call. So this person very reluctantly had to actually use her eyes to check on her own menu. It completely made me feel like I was a burden so I walked on egg shells for the rest of my multi hundred dollar purchase. May give this place one more try but that really put me off.

Online ordering, Delivery or Curbside pick up available. Convenient during the Covid apocalypse.  Excellent, lab tested products. Friendly and attractive staff. Highly recommend.

Amazing.  A true fun experience.  Staff were friendly,  inviting,  knowledgeable.  Have been 3 times, all the same experience 2 green thumbs up

Don't let the person who gave a one star review fool you, not once have i had a bad experience here. Every person that works there is friendly, caring and will help you with any issues. On top of that they are one of the few places that actually keep up on stock items and almost never let them run out in carts, PR's or flower. Yes they are a tad bit more expensive them other places but you get what you pay for, quality service and product. 10/10 I will continue to go here

I had a little issue with the receptionist at Herbology over the phone and it left me feeling frustrated as a first time experience ordering. However, the manager called me back and was so awesome and explained how that would be addressed and was so respectful that I appreciated their response. The product is great and the building is beautiful and well organized. I'm confident they will continue to be top notch because they are on top of addressing concerns quickly and pleasantly.

Since opening in the beginning of February, I have been a frequent customer. When you could still go inside, they have wide open areas in front where you check in and also in back where you can shop. Very professional and clean. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection. Since Covid-19 the curbside has been easy peasy as well. 4-20 was a sight worth seeing, was lucky to get there early.

In and out of Herbology. No hassle, no fuss. Folks were helpful and demonstrated product knowledge. I'll roll through here again.

Everything about this dispensary is great! I came in registered,they told me to come in the back. I was tooken care of immediately, the service here is fantastic!!! I used to go up to Ann Arbor, just to find out they have nothing in stock!!! These guys have a wide selection of everything!!!! I hope you stay this way!!!!.....Thank You!!!

They have fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff, fast and friendly, huge selection and great prices! Definitely my go to place!

Prices are a lot better than in the suburbs I will definitely be back . Made me feel like I've been getting ripped off all this time until I came there.

Yesterday was my first day in the city, and I decided to stop by and see what the towns top rated dispensary looked like. I was very impressed by strands and growers. Especially the customer service by Austin! Couldn't have asked for better references on bud and quality. Thanks.

First time visiting Herbology today. Ordered online after verifying my identity via Text for curbside pickup due to Covid. Ordering was quick and easy. Processing took literally like 15 minutes and it was ready for pick up. Pulled up in the parking and was greeted quickly and on my way in 5 minutes. I wish the store was open to go inside but the convenience of curbside is amazing! Delivery is also an option within a certain range and it looks like a $10 fee and $100 minimum order from the website.

This place is really cool. A very good selection of just about anything you could want. Have been here more than once and it has been a great experience each time.

Excellent service and a great variety of Rex edibles offered! Quick in and out and knowledgeable bud tenders.     We are coming back next time we are in the area !

First time customer from Macomb County and was treated very well from the moment I arrived. The place was clean, smelled very lovely, and the staff was very professional. My bud advisor answer my questions, gave good recommendations and knew the buds well. They have many good selections of bud and the type of ways you may consume your bud. Excellent service I must say and in a timely manner. Please check them out, you won't be disappointed.

My first visit to Herbology. Plenty of room and comfortable seating in the lobby. They did a great job on the decor, looks awesome. Great big selection of good ole' high quality weed. Their website is first class, they take credit cards, easy in, easy out, or they even deliver. Recreational or Medicinal, they certainly do it right. Good work Herbology. Take the time to go check them out. Nobody is doing it like they are.

Just a great place to go get awesome deals and great staff. On 420 They really kicked it. I left with so much stuff free and awesome rollupsplus tacos to boot. They treat you nice and if your 50 cents short they got you. The place across the street was weak at best. No promos, no tees no swag no roll ups nothing. Look if you want the best you have to go to the best. And that my friends is Herbology its been the place i go to and after this, its the only place I'll go to.

I had such a lovely experience at Herbology the other day! It was my first time going and it couldn’t of been a better experience! I was promptly greeted and taken to the back! They had such a wide variety of products as well as some good prices! Michael took care of me and he was very accommodating! Will be back soon!

First time at Herbology and I couldn’t of been more happier walking out. All of their staff were super nice and answered all my questions I had with amazing responses full of information. Prices were true to the quality of the product. Everything is priced reasonable. If you come on a budget they will lead you in the right place for your affordability. Will defiantly be coming back!
