Big ups to the Samoan Bros Inc. For hooking a brother up with a fat ass Indica Tree for $5.You wont find nicer folks or fairer prices anywhere. Shoots, I used to sell stems and sticks for $5 back in the 90s...

I'm a big fan of the selection, the prices and the speedy/friendly delivery service. They NEVER make mistakes when packing my items like other shops. It's a solid business.

Dell at The Syndicate just went so far above and beyond that I find myself here to leave a five star review JUST because he seriously made my day. Sometimes customer service transcends professionalism, and the person who you get on the phone really excels at being a human being. I am currently Covid positive, stressed, sad, and alone. The Kanha indica gummies really help me to stop smoking and still be able to sleep well, and have been a saving grace for me while I'm sick. I'm running out, quarantining, and don't have access to my front door because I'm living with my mom while sick... and Dell helped me figure out how to navigate all of this, and personally brought it to me really quickly. Above that, though, he had the time for a conversation and he made me laugh. He treated me like a friend and neighbor. He truly made me feel cared for, and for a little while, I forgot I was Covid positive and sick, and just felt like I was having a phone chat with an old friend. He brought his soul to the table interacting with me in the realest way. If you're looking for hot deals and whatever you can find them anywhere... but you CAN'T find old school LA humanity, neighborly kindness and realness everywhere, and that makes The Syndicate special. Everyone there is like your best friend or neighbor. This spot ain't for yuppies, it's for OG's and real human beings to feel cared for. They even surprised me with a shirt and a personalized note to make me feel better. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! When I recover and we are past this pandemic, I look forward to coming in and bringing Dell some home made baked goods. THANK YOU DELL and THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!!

I just ordered delivery and messed up. I reupped my medical card info AFTER ordering. I called and asked how do they know and fessed up to screwing it up. They updated my order to reflect the medical tax WITHOUT my asking.  Awesome and kind service.  Great selection and professional. Thanks RDC Syndicate.

Excellent range of products and a really nice energy in the store. They are also pretty good about keeping things in stock. And the people work there, who tend bud, are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Their CBD products made me a believer.

Very professionally run business. I've seen this place go from a seedy little shithole run by 20 somethings to the place it is now, and how impressive. They carry a broad range of stock from flowers to skin unguents to edibles. The people there are all very personal. The place has a very homey atmosphere. Everything's very pleasant, especially Bing, whose face is almost always the first one to greet you when you come.

I would love to know what trash They're putting in these joints. Harsh and disgusting probably trim and not even tree.

Bought a pack of their "Nuggy Days" which is actually manufactured by them at Reseda Discount Caregivers and realized it has been sitting on the shelf for 8 months. It says top shelf and that it tests at 26% but taste stale, dry and not very strong but makes since cause it was packaged in June of last year. Packaging is nice but not worth the premium cost of $48 a pack.

I live in a different state now where it isn't legal and I miss RDC terribly. The bear dispensary I have been to in california, vegas and Colorado. $5 pre rolls were amazing. Great staff. Friendly and non-judgmental. Anyone who has a problem with this place has a stick up their rectum. Def going to be back when I visit LA again.

Haven't been here in awhile and it has completely changed in the inside . But still has all of the same workers who give the best service ! And prices are pretty decent . Would Recommend this place to anyone in the area, they also have a pretty cool rewards program that you can claim cool prizes with once you rack up enough points

The worst customer service I've ever got!I came in to buy some flowers, they sold me a shake without I knew it's a shake. I was out of the store opened it to roll me a joint. The moment I opened the box and see this is a shake they are selling for 23$ I went back to the store to exchange it for what I want FLOWERS, the guy at the store didn't even try to help or understand the situation! He was like a robot that just saying no for exchange.I have to mention that I am buying my weed only from this place for the last year at least 2-3 times a week and spending there about 500$ a month on weed. But he didn't care! Congratulations you just lost a client!I was very angry and left in the store what I bought and just walk out of there without even get my money back! (The guy didn't feel any regrets for a client who spent his money and left the product in the store without to even get a refund)I am a business owner myself and I know what is a customer service needs to be given, even there is a policy sometimes you need to do the extra step for your clients if you sold to your customer something that he didn't wanted to purchase from 1st place. Thank you RDC for taking my money and gave me nothing!

Good variety of flowers,  sometime the quality is not the best for the low price 1/8 but overall it's the most quality place in tarzana.

Parking in back of Russian market and Baskin Robbins. Check in say hi to the dog that usually chills at the front. Welcome to Wonka factory. So many edibles and products out. Choices choices...Love this place.

Customer service can be hit or miss but they are knowledgeable. I like the cool speakeasy vibe with the new upgrade. Between their competitive prices and reduction of taxes (they eat it) I'm always amazed at the lower then usual total and easily overspend. I was sad  their mascot and "guard" dog passed away.

This place is the absolute worst. Must be a high traffic area for them to stay in business. The price is basically theft and the bud is pretty much garbage. There are way better deals out there.

This place is a complete let's rip off. Went down the drain since legalization. Customer of over 10yrs left due to poor quality meds sold at premium prices, the staff has horrible attitudes and on ttop of it all they will not hesitate to sell you pot that was harvested half a year ago.  Overall ripoff plus there's tons of better places that will actually make you feel welcome and have beTter pot.

Brady, the employee, is a great dude here. Him or anyone else is kind and friendly. They have very competitive prices such as a $5 joint & $17 or 19 shake 1/8ths, with some days $5 off all shake 1/8ths, cant beat that really however I am medical. All my best to the crew at The Syndicate. Thank you for coming into the community and selling cannabis at prices lower income people can afford. Hats off to you....

A longtime customer here, I brought back a product (edibles) they had sold me on but which after three doses, was not working.  I asked for a credit or refund and basically got a shrug. There was no accountability on whether or not the meds were bad, nor any attempt to see if the product was indeed not good, just a blanket policy of no returns/refunds based on having used the product (3 does of 50.) Ridiculous catch-22 and no customer service - done with this place.

So I was told about this place by a friend. I stopped by for the first time to check it out for myself. The ambience is nice and they even have a secret bookshelf entrance which is pretty cool. My problem was with the staff. I had a blond lady "helping" me out. She didn't seem to kindly with helping Middle Eastern people. I was ahead of a Caucasian gentleman who she forced ahead of me. Then she went on to offer him a free shirt since it was also his first time. When I asked if I could receive one as well, I was promptly asked if it was my first time followed by she would see if they have any left in a L or XL in white, black or green. Clearly she wasn't interested in having me represent the "brand". The flower here is good and fresh but I highly recommend working with someone else if you chose to go here.

I liked it here but not no more. The security is always professional & friendly but the manager Nevi Navi mommi  idk was lame and rude. I guess he feels he can talk like that when security is watching your back. Never again!!

It's okay at best but I've had much better at other dispensaries for a much better price. Like $32  for an Eighth is really pricey and I've had much better.  To be fair this place is organized and neat and professional looking.

Such a great dispo. Their products are arranged from cheapest to most expensive which is so convenient and wise. They have a wide variety of edibles (the Santa Cruz chocolate chip cookies are DANK)!The staff is so sweet and provides lots of help and they have free Habit burgers on fridays! I love this place :) *Medical patients also receive a discount!

RDC is not only professional but also convenient . Their pricing is very patient and recreationally fair . They operate a real business that takes credit cards not only cash with a sketchy atm machine . Super knowledgeable and friendly . And the widest selection of flower , edibles , vaporizers and topical creams .

After moving to the area from Germany (where weed is still illegal) I had my first experience as a "weed customer" at this place. Super friendly and helpful staff! They gave me a free shirt for being their first time customer and told me all there is to know as a "beginner". I've been to many other places around LA, but this one is still my favorite! Huge recommendation.

This is great the security staff are friendly yet safe and knowledgeable.  The bud tenders are extremely friendly with lots of high energy and knowledgeable.  Great prices in town. One this you need a veteran discount especially on veterans day coming Monday. I'm a vet and the cannabis helps me with my PTSD and anxiety as well .

dont ever buy from this shop  i spend 203$ it should have been 230$ i got 30% off i was happy  at 1st but then when the flower got hear it was  so bad no matter how much of it  i smoke it was like  smoking cigarettes i deal with alot pain  how can sell medicine that doesn't help with pain and lie about how good it is  the flower   was worst then what i grow  outdoor you should have said it was outdoor not lie it won this many award in cannabis magazine try deleting my comment now you shady hustlers :)

This place is complete fucking garbage with the way they treat you. Their so called manager is a pipsqeek. They sell product that is short of weight and then get mad at you and blame their so called vendors!!!!!!!!! When you want to weigh their product in front of them, they wont.... I wonder why... Then they tell you dont ever come back when you call them on their bull shit.. They also have different bud in the view containers. I will be filing complaints against them with the different agencies. The customer service here is disgraceful..... They are currently changing their name to the "syndicate" Please stay away from this place. There are a lot of people that do business right and legal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give them a 2 for the product..Its okay but there is no flower here thats mind blowing. I have tried their top shelf syndicate og at 27.8 percent its okay but not a serious high and its 51 dollars for the eighth. It's too pricey..An eighth should cost no more 40 bucks for top shelf theses days.. I have had product from other dispensaries that was much better. I like the place and location. Just wish they had stronger product that's pretty, piney, and very stoney..So far the service has been fine but this place definitely needs better flower..

I've been coming to RDC since they were at their old location. What's good about this dispensary is they have everything. Their wide variety of goodies are endless. They also have vegan edibles that's hard to find. They can get a bit pricey I prefer to come here now just for edibles. Their flower is dank don't get me wrong. The people their are very humble and chill. Parking isn't a problem here they have many space.

Great selection, very knowledgeable about their products. They have a vast selection including items for your pets! Tried other places in the valley but always end up coming back.

I am not an easy person to impress and the last 2 times that I have been to this shop i have been really blown away by the customer service. Today I was helped by Nema and he just had someone grab another vape exactly like the one that I was buying and put it in my bag on the house. I think he appreciated the fact that I respected the house rules  when I walked in but either way as someone who works in customer service one thing I know is that people remember how you make them feel and Ive have an awesome experience with this dispensary.

This is going to be a difficult review to write. I love the staff, they are knowledgeable and friendly and I even got a free t - shirt. My first time experience was great. Here is where things get tricky, they are very technologically advanced, they have a point counter to earn benefits and a full tracking system for customers. That system is a little buggy. I've probably visited this location over a dozen times and the past 3 visits my name doesn't show up in the system, resulting in the manager going to the security guard with my ID and manually inputting it, last time I came, the system didn't even recognize my name on my ID... The house products are a little pricey too, although they have a lot of selection it's mostly their branded stuff (syndicate), and I like variety, I like trying many brands and getting a feel for other products, they do not offer. They are kind of pricey too, the low end house j's are nothing to write home about and only start getting good for pre-rolls at the $15-20 mark which I can do better myself. The best part is that they absorb your tax but the price evens out. I will definetely come again but wish that these things could be tweaked.

Very good product of a very good how it looks inside if you have and the money to spend on $50 an a then I would definitely recommend this store they do have stuff a little bit cheaper but if you're looking for that real high-quality and you have $50 to spend for an eighth then I would definitely recommend the store especially their blueberry Master P it actually taste like blueberries

First time here nice people however For a first time nobody told me how there system works stood in front of the  Register to ask for help  . A vaporizing pen that cost at other places and online 20 $ Cost here 50 plus dollars Also refill  that cost  $40 at other places cost 50 here

I concur with patients who call it garbage. For some strange reason be it indo or sativa the product looks the same... extremly poor quality for the discount of just a few pennies. Could care less about the truck offering food, don't eat that way.

This was my first and so far only dispensary I've been to. I'm not a huge smoker so I have nothing else to really compare it to, but as someone who doesn't know too much about the stuff, the experience I've had in the last few months has been only positive, and overall the prices seem pretty good (comparing items i've gotten based on: price vs longevity vs. what i feel comfortable paying).The staff are really friendly and helpful if you simply as for any help. I asked one of the staff about a vape I used to get there that they didn't have in stock (the merch inventory like vapes/edibles/etc change every so often and rotate) and though they didn't have it this visit, they suggested one of their own brand vape pens California Honey ($35 for .5) and I chose that over the DOM pen ($40 for .5) in Sour Diesel and I've gotta say, so far so good. I thought the flavor (based on the name) was gonna be a regular weed flavor, nothing special, but when I tried it, it was so good! The flavor reminds me of a mix of sour apple (light) mixed with a gummy bear flavor, specifically the clear one (that tastes sorta like pineapple gummy bear). I was so happily surprised with this one!Definitely recommend this place, especially if you're a first timer like myself. I also agree with a previous poster that they are knowledgeable about each item! It seems they have a little something for everyone at an affordable price.

I have no idea what these "1star people" are smokin but I couldn't disagree more. RDC cares about their clients and from "Palumalu" to the "friendly" dog in front who could easily snap a bad guy in a second of danger was present, you feel safe walking in. They are organized, professional and legit. They bring in the Habit truck each Friday for free if u buy something. Nice touch. It's the little things that make a big difference. Once or twice one chick was short with me but in all fairness it was hella packed. I'm not easily offended and so lucky I love within blocks but would drive if I had to. Love this place, the ambiance, selection, events and the companies they partner with are also reputable.

First time went in and found a goldmine! Great selection. My budtender Dell was so awesome. Got the greatest Gorilla Glue you could get!

What an experience today. Usually its sales reps trying to tell me what I need to buy, but today I felt like they were on MY side. The sales guy Navid, and I think the manager was Nima were both great. Super chill and they addressed MY needs not their stores agenda. Ask for either of them and you'll see what I mean. Tucked away on Oxnard St. in Tarzana, in a nondescript large dark grey building, is a terrific marijuana dispensary with a large private parking area in back that even periodically hosts food trucks. Genius idea, IMO.Great, sizable flower selection, extensive selection of edibles, concentrates, etc. with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their prices aren't the lowest, nor are they unfairly high. Generally speaking, regardless of your budget, you will be able to find something to satisfy your soul quite nicely. I've yet to be disappointed in the quality of all of the different flower strains (and price points) I've tried on the recommendation of the staff. Too many tasty edibles to name. One bummer (for me) is they just lost a fabulous and delicious fresh home-baked edible treats section that was hands down the best "price to THC mg" ratio I've seen. Sadly, I'm told it was a victim of all the new extensive State licensing requirements manufacturers and distributors are now subject to. Some purveyors of fine cannabis-enhanced goods are opting out rather than continue. The silver lining is it saves me $50/week in tasty treats... Until I find something to replace them, of course!Check out RDC, you won't be disappointed! I can't emphasize enough the quality products, friendly staff and overall chill vibe. I'm fortunate to live only blocks away.

RDC Collective is the most comprehensive dispensary.  They have a huge variety of merchandise and options for cannabis/CBD users.  The people who are serving the public are knowledgeable and friendly.  I am particularly impressed by Eric, the manager, who provided me with excellent customer service in a difficult situation.  Worth going there!

This place has everything ! Everything ! Sections with CBD, edibles, lotions, fresh baked, drinks..."aisles" to walk down The flower is beautiful ...They have these amazing fresh baked cookies ...The only downside, they have shopping baskets and take plastic; it's impossible to get outta there with out spending more than I intended.

I have to agree, with all the 1 star comments, this is the last time I go there, weak quality, expensive, unhelpful, and prepackaged dry shyt. Smh

I just got a response to my previous review nearly 3 years ago. Somebody calling me a douche and claiming I know nothing about growing.  I've grown plenty  indoor and out and I know a clone when it comes from a  plant past veg when I see one. Why else would it go into flower almost immediately?There is no rocket science when growing outdoors but if you are going to use clones they must come from a plant while it is still in vegetative state.

This store is fantastic.  They have a great selection of edibles and flower   and the Bud Tender that waited on me was very friendly and helpful.  The prices are great too. I have been to many dispensaries but this one is easily the best.

I've been going to this dispensary for over several years since they initially opened on Reseda blvd. this is their third time relocating, but the reason why I quit going to this place is due to the piss poor customer service by the shop owner and staff. The quality of their product is very weak, but what really made me upset is the clone I bought from them that turned out to be a hermaphrodite, which almost ruined my garden. They made a big mistake doing that to me and ended up loosing a once loyal customer.

This place is so awesome! Very professional, amazing selection of flowers, oils, wax's, medibles and accessories. Free tickets to the food truck on Friday's when your donation is $50.00 or more. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and know their products well.I love this place!!!

Someone stole my credit card info during the week of 4/24/2017 and ran up a $900 bill.  The only transaction on my bank account for that period was with RDC.  Draw your own conclusions.  I will not be doing business with them again.  Fortunately, my bank rejected all the transactions the thief made so I won't lose any money but that's a risky way to do business if you want cannabis.   All I'm saying.

I've been coming here for ten of the twelve years that they've been open.  As of July 1st their usual strains especially the absolute top shelf that I purchase have disappeared.  I just bought the new top shelf hoping it would be comparable to some of the strains that I'd come accustomed to. Wrong!  The strongest version of Indica they had was only at a little under 21% and smelled somewhat strange to my trained nose.So I got home late and broke in the eight this morning.  I experienced ten minutes of normal buzzed feeling that progressed into a head spinning ordeal of a time.   I'm not sick with anything. I don't have a sinus infection. Nothing.  And I don't know that I've ever felt that way before relating to marijuana.So I know some rules have changed and they wouldn't let me exchange and certainly no money can be refunded.Unacceptable! I've wasted fifty bucks plain and simple.Well needless to say if they don't ever come across with the same strains I'm used to they won't get any more of my business.

They have remodeled, and it looks really nice. Free food on Fridays.  Major amounts of CBD stuff, and all the THC choices around.  Also, there are often product reps in the store giving out free samples.  Free is good!

These guys are the BEST!!! All of management Harmony Patrick and Evan all are extremely helpful and make me feel like family!! I won't go anywhere else. The girls are unbelievably Beautiful!!! Not to mention the deals they got goin on!!!! Oh, I almost forgot,the Friday night food truck event is incredible. I love you guys! Trouble.

RDC is a good dispensary.  The quality of the buds is better then most dispensaries in the area. They are a little more expensive then I think they should be.

Great place. This was my first visit and they couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable about their products. They give a 25% discount to first time clients, have a very wide selection, and they have GREAT prices. This is the place. Eric the manager was a pleasure and he will take great care of you. I'm a chronic pain suffer with a very painful illness called RSD / CRPS. I've never done this before but I am at my wits end with the swelling and pain. There is no cure and very little pain relief from opioids. I called this establishment hoping to possibly getting a referral to a doctor that is educated in dispensing the product as it relates to the patient and their ailment. The lady that answered the phone was very courteous and put me on hold for the next available, "Bud Tender". I waited about five (5) minutes and she came back on the line and said, "Can I help you", I said I'm waiting to speak to a "Bud Tender". She said, "OH, they didn't pick up yet?", wait just a minute". A couple of minutes later an alleged Bud Tender picked up the line and I asked are you a bud tender? Long pause, "uh yes", (I don't think that she was sure.) I said I haven't done this before and I have a few questions. She said, "we're real busy right now you're going to have to come in with your questions". End of call. (Absolutely no compassion)I can not walk right now because of the swelling and pain in my lower extremities, which was the main reason why I called in the first place. I believe in karma and I sure hope this young lady gets a real strong dose of it in her Twilight years.Initially contact was OK but it is amazing how in this world of a bad economy, clandestine inflation and fierce competition for less than living wage jobs that someone would tolerate an employee who's job primarily depends on kindness, compassion and salesmanship. Not all of your customers are there to get high, many are your patients too. Ask yourself how many doctors are qualified to administer the product that you sell, I don't think you're employees realize the important role they are playing besides  salesman.

rude customer service. these guys have either been sampling their wares or just stopped caring about their customers. I was scolded for asking for an explanation of a very stupid answer to a buying question.. been a client for more than 6 years.. I'll take my money and go somewhere else like the boy suggested.

Every time I come in here I'm given attitude. The girl with the long blonde hair who works in the morning is incredibly rude. The locals call this place the Starbucks of dispensaries because everyone there has an attitude problem. Complete garbage dispensary and way over priced. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've only come to this shop a couple times for pods and jeeters but i decided to buy an eighth from here.... DO NOT DO IT!!! They are way overpriced for tree that is full of stems, and looks DRY as hell. This is a cool shop, and the employees are super nice, but i recommend buying your tree from somewhere else that have way better tree for good prices.

Stay away from weekly deals. Tried the dime bag concentrate special and it sucks! Never take a product if they can't show you the sample! Got three grams of this crap.

I've come here a few times since my negative review because unfortunately I'm lazy and haven't had an issue. I tried to go today and the security guard informs me I was banned for being rude and disrespectful or something along those lines.

This is my go to dispensary and by far the best in the valley as far as price and quality. Today I was helped by the lovely Kimmy/Kimmie (not sure how to spell her name) who is extremely knowledgeable about every strain of marijuana they have... She was great!

This place has the coolest set up and the friendliest employees. Definitely recommend, and check the specials if they have any available!

This dispensary is my go-to. I’m in here usually once a week, if I’m not using their awesome free delivery service. The service is always exceptional—they’re so friendly and knowledgeable. Wanted to give a special shout-out to Kimmy who helped me yesterday get all set to start dabbing—a long overdue step in my stoner journey. Also, you haven’t smoked a joint until you’ve smoked a Jeeter. These things are really really hard to beat and may or may not ruin regular j’s for the rest of your life.

I’m a local patient who Always gets good customer service from each of the staff. The shop is clean and spacious with a large selection of options and prices. The rewards system also has its perks and is not just a gimmick too attract more customers. Definitely a favorite

When I first went to RDC it was a nice place. They had The Habitat provide burgers on Fridays. No more... the pandemic has stopped all of that. Prices are good. They follow you around while you are there. Don't want you to touch anything. Weird but okay pandemic I get it but we should be back to business. Nice place. Plenty of parking. Has security all around....it's weed...folks still try to steal. Go get a joint and try it out!!?
