My husband and I stopped in on our way out of town, and we're surprisingly disappointed after leaving this great selection. The bud tender did not understand after we told him that we were looking for a specific consistency of wax, and failed to make a single suggestion. When we picked a gram out and asked the price he said it was $35, but it rang up as $40 at the register. When we told the cashier about the discrepancy, the staff refused to do anything about it and didn't acknowledge they made a mistake. Probably won't be back.

This place is beautiful!  The staff here is super nice and helpful, and made my visit very comfortable.  I like that I can browse around at their product before I buy.  Other places I have been heard you through the store.

Prices are double here what they are at lots of other spots. Selection is on Jenny Craig. Never again! They charge 40 for 0.5 grams of cbc oil. I can get better quality at have a heart and it's 40 for a gram. Ripoff! Beware don't shop here

I'd had good service here before but today I had a rude girl that treated me like I was a pain in her ass and acted like I wasn't worth her time. Their prices are too high anyway. I won't be back.

Sick fucking shop! First time here and best first impression ever. The people there are so l8nd and friendly. Maria was Hella sweet and helped us feel comfortable, and Veronica helped us with every question and was very informative of the products. Such a well ran establishment! Rock on!!

This place is chill, and the options (in my opinion) are varied and displayed in a way that it is easy to browse. Also, ambiance is awesome.Only knock is that the budtender I talked to was new but not particularly knowledgeable, especially about CBD things. Also, it's Renton, so lots of parking, easy in and easy out.

I was prepared to give 1 star (only because you can't go lower) after my encounter with "Tommy" at this location.  I used to really like this store but the last few months it has gone to hell!  The mobile app/order online works about half the time.  The store "budtenders" rates at about 85% RUDE & VERY RUDE!  I have started venturing out to other stores to get the service WE ALL deserve that this store doesn't seem to get & that has brought on new & wonderful choices (thankfully!).  However I was in a time crunch & with this store being the closest to me I tried it again & it was a slap in the face (wake up call!) from the moment I walked in as to why I am electing NOT to shop here again!  After attempting to use their website to place my order (which didn't go through - shocker!) I decided to run in the store & quickly pickup my order.  Since I already knew what I wanted I figured how bad can it be?!?  After waiting (awhile) for someone to greet/allow me to enter I met Tommy.  Tommy was rude & extremely un-knowledgeable (to a fault) as to what they carried & just kept saying they didn't have what I ordered (or should I say attempted to order online).  If you look up DUMB AS DIRT you will see the doe-eyed Tommy staring back at you!  After getting NO WHERE with Tommy luckily another staff member came into view & I asked him for help.  It is because of the help MICK gave that I am giving 3 stars.  He (quickly) was able to identify the 2 items that Tommy said they didn't have & locate them in store; imagine that!  He was extremely apologetic for the ill fated Tommy & assured me he would take care of that issue (I truly believe he will/maybe that's being naive on my part but I guess we all have to try & believe someone will do what they say :))  He filled my order & expediently moved me through the line.  Morale of this review; advise staff to be COURTEOUS & KNOWLEDGEABLE.  If they can't then advise them to get someone who can.  RUDE will NO LONGER be accepted & should have NO place in any customer facing industry.  While Mick was able to change my anger to calm & I did leave the store with a smile my interaction with Tommy will always linger.  Until we can REMOVE the Tommy's of the world & replace with more Mick's than we are saying we allow this type of behavior.  There are a lot of amazing people whom I meet on a day-to-day basis but the Tommy's of the world seem to be the ones we remember the most.  Let's UNITE in obliterating Tommy-types & let's move the Mick-types UP in the world!!PEACE

First off this place is overpriced, secondly their ATM didn't even work and they decided they weren't going to serve me when I made a stink about how an establishment doesn't have a working ATM. They refused to even take my money when I came back and got cash for them and wasted my time and MADE ME HAVE A PANIC ATTACK. What kind of medicinal clinic does that???!

Strangest shopping experience ever, fully convoluted running you through 3 long lines (look, choose, pay). First time here, would not return.My standard go-to Novel Tree hasn't stocked Blue Roots SuperMax OG for ages and a search on BR's own website showed this place holding.  I drove down, was ready with WDL at Door and was directed to their THREE LINE PROCESS:1) first employee, a bud tender showing products. I knew what I wanted and he hand wrote a slip of paper of my order, directing me on to:2) Second employee who checks prior paper then shows you  products which you select.  The people in front were taking F O R E V E R.3) A third line is next, where you pay for such products BUT FIRST they must check your ID a second time.I understand why they have a pick up window, their shopping experience is painful...

I felt like I was in a tree house! The establishment had so much positive energy, I think the design of the place played a crucial role in making feel calm. It's just so creative, never been to a place like this. Layout is very organized. The budtenders are very helpful. Overall great selection, there's also an express window if you know exactly what you want. I went in for a quick CBD preroll, which I was very happy with. I definitely recommend this place.

! Everyone I go somewhere else I regret it! The decor is lovely. I love how the place is organized into stations and the insanely knowledgeable, patient  and friendly budtenders are happy to walk around with you and help you shop. They're always well-stocked, I never have to leave with something that wasn't what I wanted (this has happened in almost every other shop I've gone to). I've tried every other store in the area, including capitol hill/Seattle but every time I do I'm reminded why I love evergreen so much. So excited for the new location by valley hospital, yay! Keep up the good work

This place is my favorite. Great prices really chill friendly staff.  I love that they have a menu that you can choose from seeing everything and prices at once..compared to other places that you say you want oil, and they grab some choices.

Came here to pick up some cbd a couple weeks ago said they do cbd sundays get a discount on it every Sunday is what the lady said and they took debit, came back to pick up some more today and all of sudden they not only do discounts anymore they don't take debit. Go to a different place to get your greens and cbd, somewhere where they're more consistent with there service.

Beautiful store, great staff, terrible prices.  If you are ever curious why prices are high, take a look at the data, its all public.  These guys do some of the highest mark ups from wholesale in the entire state.  Do not come here if you want any value for your money.

This place was beyond underwhelming to me. It was my first time in a store and the person helping me seemed like she had better things to do. It was my first time in any Mary Jane place and my boyfriend and I were beyond excited for me. (He is a patient for California places, his knowledge of stores is much greater than mine). The first thing you see is the twig/branches as a door, it was awesome. The person checking our ID was pleasant. But when we went in, the girl helping us started talking to her coworker about something personal. It was like we were bothering her while she helped me. We just bought an eighth and a sixteenth. Never coming back.

Mike did a great job with me tonight. Took his word on what to get and he was dead on! Talk to mike if you get a chance and if you have ANY questions he's got you! Other than that this is a very nice place and my recommendation is here hands down. They close at 11pm which is super convenient too! Great pricing too with a large selection but it's sectioned off well so you don't feel overwhelmed with everything. Great place overall

Staff was really warm and helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for and the bud tender who helped me really knew his stuff. The place is very well stocked and organized but still very personal due to the service and approachability of the staff. It has a friendly, neighborhood vibe and I'll definitely be back! Parking was easy, lot is plenty large enough even when it gets busy.

This place is terrible. Laniel or whatever her name is, is rude. I will be taking my business else where.

Ahh, yes! I have been at this place the last four days in a row! I usually just stop by to grab a pre-roll and keep it going.  The pre-rolls are such a great deal it's hard to pass it up. They have them for starting at $6 and it goes up from there. They do see it by the gram and up. I tried the other establishment down the street and this one is by far the best. You can see and smell your weed before you buy it. The associates are very knowledgable and helpful all of there suggestions have been amazing.  If you haven't stopped in yet to see this place your missing out!

Amazing!!! I'm in love with this place! Their sign up program is wonderful! I haven't signed up yet, but when I have the time I definitely will! The staff is super friendly and non pressuring. What they don't know, they take the time to find out. Clean, amazing atmosphere with the best prices I have seen in town so far! I naught some wax (1 gram for 35$) and I was not disappointed!!!! Thank you guys!!! This is our new favorite spot! You've stolen me from "Uncle What's His Name?"..

Customer service is consistently bad. I like the actual store layout and product prices but the staff is not friendly, professional or helpful. If I ask a question or recommendation they act annoyed and aren't helpful or welcoming at all. Other shops (like shop in Sodo off of fourth) are way more courteous and friendly.

Great selection, however the staff are not educated in their product or cannabis in general it seems. Also the fact that the dispensary itself is known for notoriously high mark ups from wholesale is off putting. I understand we live in a non medical dispensary state now due to legalization, but I still feel the strictly medicinal community does not get the respect it used to as the few things the staff are able to cater to is the guy who wants the strongest product to get the highest. The most off putting thing of all though and I must reiterate; is the lack of knowledge. Employees simply do not read the labels and will push products with considerable lack of quality, most times not even knowing the percentages. I understand employees need to sell everything, but when the customer places his or her trust in you, it's your duty to give an honest reccomandation. Some people are just not or are not willing to learn about cannabis, they either want relief or recreation. To take advantage of that isn't very nice. I was sold a CBD concentrate that did not specify whether it had butane, and when I realized after a puff that it contained this, I couldn't use it anymore since butane is cancerous and sticks to your throat causing a sort of build up that you can't clear. I could not return it though so now I'm stuck with $45 of unusable oil. I feel like if you're going to sell something with butane then YOU MUST WARN THE CUSTOMER. Another thing is organization. Products are simply scattered around to say the least, making it hard to find what you're looking for and from what I hear, asking an employee might just confuse you more as they'll try to push something completely different on you without regard to your needs. All in all, I feel if they priced honestly, hired knowledgeable and empathetic employees it'd be a great place to purchase all your cannabis needs. However, this is not the reality. I might come back if I can't find a better selection of co2 CBD extracts, but if you want to be taken seriously and get the most for your buck, look somewhere else.

This is a great little spot I've recently discovered. They have fast friendly service. Always great gram deals on more than just one strain. Your gonna get great product without breaking the bank. Check em out you'll be presently surprised, trust me.

Evergreen Market is as good as it gets from my experience. Yes, the product prices are a little expensive, but I think that's part of the deal with your state government in return for making 'pot' legal. When you are anywhere near the Seattle airport, and particularly around the Tukwila/Renton area, you know where to go. You will not regret it!

I drive past 4 other recreational dispensaries to come to this one.  Good selection, budtenders are knowledgable and professionals.   I know it's hard for the legal shops to get licensed but it's not worth stopping there if they only have a few products.

There is a lady that works there who is rude and just always mean. Not sure why they would hire staff who really don't want to be there. And never once have they had order ready at express window. They act like you are inconveniencing them when you just want to grab some quick weed. Go down the street instead...

I went here seeking some pain relief after surgery because opiates make me sick.  Wish I could recall the name of the young lady who helped me, because help me she did.  (Has a cute lisp, you know who you are.) Bought some suppositories for "girl pain" and went from wanting to cry to being ok.  They really know their stuff.  I'll be back for both my medicinal and recreational needs.

I've been here roughly 7 or 8 times and although they have a great selection of product, they lack in three major areas that are extremely important when it comes to recreational marijuana: Customer Service, Product knowledge, and Product Placement (employees knowing where similar items may be placed, sometimes in opposite sides of the store). This is a weed store and you would think customer service would be top notch since recreational weed is still such a new concept. It almost feels like some of the employees are in a rush/bad mood. Other than one time, it's always been a "so so" experience when it comes to customer service. I know they're are a ton of weed knowledgable people, and it shouldn't be hard to find them. Having people that aren't actual smokers or don't know about weed is a downfall. I go here to buy my cartridges that I fill with oil and the particular cartridge I use is a Seego G-hit Mini, and evergreen is one of the only places that carry them. Employees should know Seego, rather than look at customers like they're asking for the location of Noah's Ark. I've bought them on the left side of the store with all the other pens and cartridges and I've also got them on the right side. It would almost make sense that you keep different styles of smoking together. They have an inventory system where they can look and see if they have any in stock, the problem is, if they have them in their system , that does not mean that they know where to find them. They couldn't find them today and the employee didn't seem to know that they could look it up and see if they have some in stock "somewhere". After about 5 minutes of the employee running around looking for them, I found a similar cartridge that was made by aspire. I have an aspire battery so I figured it would work just fine, WRONG! Now I have a filled cartridge with about a gram of oil that barely heats up no matter if I have it at 3.3V or all the way up to 4.8V, it barely creates any smoke. I'm sure they have a return or exchange policy, but that doesn't really help now that I have about $60 of oil inside. I gave them 2 stars because the product selection is great, but lacking customer service, product placement, and employee knowledge outweighs the good. All of these issues can be easily fixed. I will update this review next time I go there.

I just had the worst consumer experience from a guy named Josh  who works st the Evergreen Market in Auburn Wa. I have spent several hundred dollars at this store since they opened. Three days ago I bought a cartridge for my battery vapor  pen. The first  one works for  a few puffs, then dies, I go to the store and it takes the guy 15 minutes to figure out how to exchange it, he keeps my old receipt gives me a new one. The second one fails, so I go back today, Sunday  to return it. This is were I encounter Josh.  First off he speaks to another employee and says we got to do something  these are all failing. Next he asks me what kind of battery I use. I say an adjustable one, but it is always set to 3.4. He then tells me, as a self proclaimed expert on these batteries, it is the variable batteries that burn out the cartridges, no one ever told me this  before at this store Then Josh says to the girl employee,, these cartridge manufacturers need to print instructions. Then we come to the receipt,  last time the guy who helps me on my first return after 15 minutes does the exchange. Josh now tells me they gave me a 55 dollar credit  and that  I got back change which never happened. Now he can't  exchange this cartridge because my receipt only shows I have 11 dollar credit. Instead of trying to resolve my problem this Josh dude keeps showing me the receipt.  I say we'll that is incorrect that i just exchanged it. Josh  says can't do anything. I drove back to this store twice  over 80 miles  and he tells me I am going to have to wait until a manager can straighten it out. Who is not there. Josh has no clue about customer service. I told him to stick  the cartridge  up his ass and left him holding the cartridge. If this company  can't  teach their employees how to exchange  or replace a defective product as the promise at time of sale, then they should not sell defective product. I am done  with Evergreen Market, it is further  to drive to the Stash Box, but they fist of all don't  try to put the blame on the customer. If you sell it and can't stand behind  your product  you should not be in business. I am out $55 and now the Stash Box gets my business. The brand Prestige in Seattle. This product failure is not my doing, I don't like having to explain how I use my battery to a rude employee. Never once did Josh ever say I am sorry for  your inconvenience. I got screwed  out of 55 dollars, but Josh you just lost $400 in revenue a month  to your employer, which is bad business. Evergreen Marker gets  a big fat 0 score from me!

From out of town, they had great recommendations, good friendly service, the quality was on point. All of the staff was helpful but not pushy, will go back for more.

Very cool place to get your weed from,  so cool that they even allow u to take photos inside,  Jeffrey helped up out and was really good at showing us what they had,  very knowledgeable about the product. We ended up getting 5 different sativas d from here ,  even though there not allowed to have you smell the weed they do have this huge magnification glass to look at the weed which I thought was cool.  Good experience here,  I liked the fact that they have local growers and was record to try some new stuff that's only from Seattle, will definitely come back

The evergreen market is the best dispensery in Seattle!! They have such a wide selection of flowers oils everything!! The staff is super helpful and the store is very clean and organized!! Awesome!!

Pops is the best bud tender in the 502 game.  He is knowledgeable on product, farms, pricing and strain. He knows most info from memory so he's not recalling pricing or details from a handout, he truly cares about your experience as a customer!  If you want a great experience make sure you go see my guy Pops at evergreen market, he will make sure you walk out with what you want!

The deals here are amazing.  Knowledgeable staff always guide my choice according to my stated needs - none of them have tried to upsell me for profit,  but they suggest how I can save money rather!  How refreshing.  They recognize you on the way in and prep your usual order... amazing amazing amazing customer service.  I've frequented quite a few "weed shops" by now and I've found my home base.  The store itself is immaculate.  Cleaner than an operating room,  and the product layout, display cases, etc are an art in their own right.  They also display a few pieces of unique and interesting art by local artists...  Nice atmosphere inside.  I know I'm going on a bit now,  but the best part is last:They have an Express Window.  Know what you want?  Step to the window,  place your order,  BAM you're on your way.  I ordered the same thing twice,  and the next time I came to the window she had my threepeat ready!  I'm never going anywhere else... I would drive past 10 weed shops to get here!  I rate Evergreen Market 10 stars. Just go there!

This is a great, clean dispensary in Renton that really knows how to deliver on good product. Don't know what you want? All of the clerks I've had the pleasure of working with have been very nice and knowledgeable, no matter what my budget is. They not only have a great selection of consumables but also glass and other hardware that one might need at good prices.

My wife was so excited when she started seeing shops go in closer to us in Renton and when she found this one online she couldn't stop talking about it.  We went for our first visit and we were quite happy with it.  It was nice that they have the sections broken down.  We don't do the concentrates or edibles at this point so it was nice that it is all separated so that if we want only flowers we won't have to wait for other customers looking for/at edibles or concentrates as those are in different locations.  There is even an education station so to speak where someone can help you understand what you might want and again, completely separate from customers who do know what they want.The decor is very warm and somewhat organic and very comfortable.  The THC model painted on the floor (from the initial pics I thought it was backlit green plexiglass or something) is pretty cool.  There is plenty of room, almost too much, and it feels like the middle of the room is somewhat of a dead zone but I will admit that it leaves lots of room to set things up for special grower/processor events.  The kind of thing that some call Farmers Markets where a grower comes in and interacts with the public.Prices and selection are pretty good and on par with our favorite shops with one exception.  Rather than simply carrying the same farms and processors that so many others carry, The Evergreen Market carries a lot of them that are lesser know or are the larger growers' secondary line.  That is a great feature and helps to bring in more customers looking to try something different from what they are used too.And if you are visiting from out of town and come in by plane, not only is one of the closest ones coming from Sea-Tac Airport, if you show them your boarding pass they give you a discount! :)All in all this is a pretty solid shop and we certainly look forward to multiple visits..... especially when they have great specials! :)

Really great selection with a friendly and knowledgable staff. They keep their products well organized so it is easy to find what you're looking for. I just wish that their deals were updated on leafly.com the same time that they are written on the specials board within the store. Regardless, they do a great job of keeping their menu updated on leafly.com.

I love this place! They have literally everything cannabis-related. It's beautifully designed and I always feel warmly welcomed. The staff is knowledgeable, too. It's truly a craft store and a big step up from the seedy weed shops we've seen before. I enjoy coming to this location. Good stuff!

I've only been to two other spots like this and I must say this place is the nicest and most chill when you walk in. I love the treehouse feel. It's very fitting and I want to give a high five to whoever designed this spot.I'm not really a cannabis connoisseur so I don't know what a lot of things are and could use some educating. I occasionally buy some edibles or most recently a cartridge. Each of the few times I've been here I've gotten great customer service. Everyone is so knowledgable and attentive when someone looks like they might need help. There's also a really good selection compared to the other places I've been to.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the inventory they carry of edibles aren't consistent and they are a little pricey. I've been here 4 or 5 times now and there are always new things (which is good) but what about when I want to buy the same brand of cookies I bought last time but there aren't any and I have to buy something new which might, and in my case did, suck. There's also another spot w/in 5 miles that had some of the same stuff for a few dollars cheaper.

The other day I had a great experience here. I was looking for something new but really had no idea what I wanted. The manager came out and personally helped me she made sure that I found exactly what I needed and gave me great advice that kept me on track with my budget but got me the product and side effects that I was looking for.

I used to be a frequent customer here but started coming here less and less due to their extreme lack of indica supplies. The past few times i had to leave empty handed because everything was a hybrid unless i wanted to buy an 8th or more. I personally enjoy variety so i prefer to buy several grams or 2 grams at a time.Also within the past few months they changed their layout from being organized by strains to being organized by price... for me it just makes it harder to find what im looking for, but maybe thats also because you rarely have what i prefer in stock consistenly anyways... I know certain products can sell quickly due to demand,  but if it sells out quick, shouldnt you consider ordering a larger stock of it? Just a suggestion.  I like you guys, it sucks to have been so disappointed so much recently.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love going to either location. They're open pretty late so if I  get off of work later I can still make it in. I also like their rewards program too.

So, I love this place. The selection of weed and product is always good! Also everyone is fricken awesome for the most part. HOWEVER, I don't remember the guys name that I've had not so much pleasure of being helped by. But I get the feeling he's a manager of some sort. He needs to CHILLL lol. He made me feel super rushed, dude I know what I'm looking for. Don't ask me questions like I'm an annoyance to you because I'm taking my time to decide what I'd like. I didn't want to tell him I had actually been a budtender for 3 years and I know what I'm looking for 100% of the time when I come in. I can guarantee you he's just a pleasure to have to work with. I feel bad for the others that have to deal with him in their work environment. It's a weed shop, I know that not every customer is pleasant and the job can be redundant sometimes. First time here to do a online pick up since it was the only store to have what i wanted. Ordered the Durban poison live resin but was sold the regular Durban poison. To those who know, it's a huge difference in effects. Sucks i didn't realize it until after i used it. Other than that it wasn't busy and i was in and out within minutes.

This has been a go to shop for me for the last three years. Today I was asked to remove my mask indoors to verify my identity. This is incredibly irresponsible to do during a pandemic. If people must remove their masks, then move  the ID verification outside. I will not shop here ever again.

I'll keep this brief because I didn't expect to have a review worthy experience because I feel like every time I go into dispensary in Washington, there's this look most locations go for that feels very Spencer's / Hot Topic ish and so it was great to finally give this place a chance!The entry is  confusing because they have an online pick up window and then the security guard looks like a cop, super weaponed out and is very serious that you exit the correct way. I had the security guard and some tall white male behind the counter shout at me that I was going the wrong way. It was odd. Other than that, the shopping experience is easy to walk. The gentlemen who helped me seemed very knowledgeable. I had used Leafly to find some strains I wanted to try to help with sleep. They didn't have them so we settled on two other options.Over all, the only advice I'd give dispensaries is this 1. Provide more tools or devices to smoke with. Shopping online is a nightmare and being there for the adult signature is annoying. 2. Gay people smoke too and removed the toxic masculinity from behind the counter and guide the budtenders on how to adapt to each guest / patient. 3. Send less daily texts  when signing up new folks to your membership! Over all, great spot! I wish I remembered the guys name who helped me but thank you for your patience! I'll be back!

Not my preferred system of picking flower. They show you a awesome looking hand picked jar of buds then give you a random stimy, stringy jar when you go up and pay. I recommend going to a despincery where you can pick the one you buy

Nice variety, not so good on the "pricing and sales" .With the huge markup that is added on to each and every item you sell a "real" deal would be nice. 25/30 % off without spending 200 big ones would be nice.Kind of like the Seattle Reserve that's on special this week.Just saying.I'd like to stay in Renton for my good times store,but White Center is minutes away.You are still my fav good times store in town,just not the best price..F
