The selection is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I would have is that there are only 2 parking spaces available in a busy car wash parking lot.

Huckleberry has my vote for Employee of the Year. He is professional, not pushy and lets you ask a lot of questions. He is a little demanding with the cuddles though, but that's ok. :)

This place is awesome! Everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and friendly. I have been coming here for over a year and only had 2 cartridges malfunction and they gave me a full refund: even though one was half gone before it broke. All you need is the original package and receipt and they take it back within 30 days if it malfunctions: I haven't found any other place that does this with no questions asked. Every time I visit they have new products and great deals.

Super nice and helpful. Small store but it has everything you might need. Cash only but atm on site.

at this point.. giving 4/5 stars based on the, now-debunked, old location by the car wash.  there were several times when I went to pick up some weed and ended up going somewhere else bc there was no where to park.however, hashtag was my go-to shop for a long time.  bud-tenders were always nice and their recommendations were inline with what I was looking for most of the time.  their loyalty program was okay and got me 10% off my purchase a few times.I'm excited to see what the new shop is like when it opens up in Redmond.  hopefully it'll be easier to get to!!

I have been in a few times to the Redmond location and I will say that I will not be back in.Very unprofessional customer service all around.I will spend my money elsewhere.

What can I say! This place is hands down the BEST!!! Spot in Seattle!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and simply amazing!!! I'm here visiting from California. Hashtag has a new location downtown with an easy parking lot and is the best dispensary in Redmond. 1. Location is perfect and right next to Origins and close to Always Greener should you want to shop the district and enjoy yourself. 2. Prices are the best in Redmond. Selection is monstrous and first class products for every thrifty budget and individual. They also have a very wide top shelf selection with Western Cultured/Dank Czar and other smaller best of the best growers.  3. Budtenders truly enjoy working there and happily offer great recommendations and take their time showing you the product and have fun doing so. Not all are absolute pot experts of course but there is usually one total expert listening in and helping the newer ones out perfectly. The shop culture is excellent and so warm and professional. The car wash days are no more. 4. If you were displaced due to Covid and lost your job or work they will offer you a 20% discount. That speaks volumes about what type of community business this is. It's not a profit stuffer but a true place and service for the Redmond community. I even sent my mother here to get a gel for her knee pain and she loved the low prices and kind customer service. My experiences with Hashtag Redmond is hit or miss. I've frequented this place about 4 dozen times. There are a couple bud tenders who are professional, patient, and friendly. The tall skinny guy with shoulder length hair, and the girl who's always talking about her husband. Ya'll know exactly who I'm talking about. They're the best bud tenders here by far. A couple of the managers are pretty unprofessional. I've heard them say things such as "close the door you're letting the AC out" to customers. They seem to lack proper hospitality training. They're not hostile, but they're just not welcoming either. One thing I would really suggest they work on is not rushing customers out the door. They are quite impatient when it comes to helping you choose the right strains you are looking for, and seem to want to move onto the next person while helping you. This is very consistent every time I come in. I just don't really appreciate it. When I come in and spend at least 50 bucks, I would like to be able to have a moment to figure out what I'm looking at. I'm going to give them one last shot and will update my review according to how things go. Hashtag Fremont has always been great to me. I wish the customer service culture from Seattle transferred over to this location. In terms of value, their prices are fair.  You could find the same products for around 80% the price point in other dispensaries over in Seattle. However, they are certainly cheaper than most dispensaries in the Redmond/Kirkland area. Again, I just really wish they would stop treating customers as nothing more than a number.

For those out there like me who have no clue how to smoke marijuana (I know), supports the cause and wants to experience the positive medicinal benefits of CBD or cannabis, then I'd definitely recommend coming here- primarily for the knowledge and information the employees have. I heard cannabis can help lower my blood pressure. So I took a shot to try something new. First and foremost, it looks sketchy, but it's not. Being part of a car wash makes people like me immediately feel something's weird about this whole experience. Don't worry! It's ok. It's also ok to park in the stalls meant for the washing and vacuuming your cars. Guess it's the same owner. Because of Washington's laws, the staff are a little intense about rules. Some over interpret things while others are a bit more practical. Funny thing, it can be the same rule enforced differently- all up for interpretation by the employee. Very interesting to witness this! The best thing about this place though is that the staff have been very educational. It's hard to ask how to benefit from cannabis without getting 'high,' or talking about your medical problems with a sales person... but if you're honest, as I was about my blood pressure, they can break things down easier and really help.

Just awful service here. You'd think with the prices they charge here they'd at least know their product. I've never been treated so poorly and I'm a regular customer. They're always so stoned they don't even know what they're looking at! I wish Ike's would come to the east side. Avoid this shop unless you want to get ripped off and flipped attitude.

THE BEST PLACE FOR YOUR CANNABIS CRAVINGS! Such a wonderful staff...they are all so nice and helpful. I recently took my mother here because she had chronic migraines and it was crippling. We worked with Tucker who helped her find exactly what she needed...needless to say she is feeling WAY better and her migraines have even decreased! If you want quality weed, service and all around a stellar experience...then come here!

This is the dispensary you should head to for the best service and great product.  Whatever happens to be either an ailment, or just looking for something special, they are very knowledgable and so helpful.  I love everyone there, and they never try to get you to buy overly expensive things when others with a smaller price is available.  They tell the truth and treat everyone with respect. They will help you immediately and are never rude or act like it is a bother to find something for the customer that seems to be what one is looking for.  Remember to tip, although you do not need to, but it does help, as they are not paid a king's ransom and are so helpful.I will continue to go there, and they know me and what I am looking for and never try to get me to buy something just because they want a sale.  They are honest and lovely people.  Thank you Hashtag, you make it a good time and very informative. Ask for Lawrence, he has alot of knowledge and is very easy going and will set you up well.

Bought vape pen for insomnia, i told guy im new to this, if it wont work for me can i exchange it. He told me there.30 days return. It didnt workout for me, came back next day different guy told me its 30 days only if there defect. Points out that i should have read a receipt. After trying to explain things to him he got aggressive with words "hey hey dont talk about guy who sold you, talk to me" My main issue is not that they wont take it back, but their Custome Service. Im probably some 20 years older, yet they talked to me like Im their buddy. With words as "hey" "leave" "bro". Very "tough" kids in a shop under cameras. Will never stop there again.

False advertising is something I cannot stand.  I've been coming here getting a discount for LIVING in the area for a while now and funny now they magically changed the policy or at least told me they did to "work on the block." Whatever that means your business is located on an irregularly small block with two other businesses.  I've even talked to others that have been going there way longer then me who live down the block who also confirmed the discount.  As many dispensaries as there are you would think loyalty would be rewarded.  Especially seeing how many dispensaries there are in king county.  Well time to find another place to spend my hand earned money.

How exciting that Hashtag now has an Eastside location! The bud tender was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Excited to find some favorite products, including Mr. Moxey's Mints. The Spot Brownie Bites actually tasted great for a medible. I'm impressed with the customer rewards program. (Instead of carrying around a punch card, you simply sign in at their digital kiosk.) I was also happy to learn that they participate in charitable giving back to the community. The only downside to Hashtag Redmond is the funky location next to a carwash, which means parking is in short supply. But I will definitely be back!

I smoke a lot of weed , and I have to say the quality of this weed is terrible (THC). Shit will not get you high, maybe it's just me or Redmond weed in general. Shit sucks out here . No fire at all. Nothing over 25% THC out here. Makes the Indica Terrible

Hashtag Redmond on some occasions can be inconsistent with restocking inventory, more then likely the vendors fault too. They may have the same products as their store in Seattle, but we noticed that both stores carry different batches, and therefore the flower is very inconsistent with regards to quality. We've been buying Vashon Velvet products, at first sight, the flower was amazing and the batch was grown right, but Hashtag hasn't restocked the strain we've been purchasing, last night and today I was sold a dry batch of prematured Vashon flower in Seattle and Redmond. Very inconsistent and inconvenient to the consumer who travels to get "quality products", as advertised by Hashtag.We probably invested over $1100 on Vashon products between both Hashtag locations, but yet they can't take back a $30 bad batch.. They obviously don't have any explanation to why their stores carry prematured flower,  they always put the blame on the vendor. They say WA State laws dont allow returns, but when you drive out of King County, you will find stores that LEGALLY take returns per WA State law. Confused..Shame on Hashtag!

I have been in here several times. I Find my way about once a month. This place has really nice people and good service. The prices are fair with good product.The only down part is the parking lot is in the same parking lot as a car wash, and is very small. Difficult to find a parking place .  I will be returning.

You won't find a more loving and full heartedly excepting staff around! Not to mention the flower and preroll selection is impeccable and honest prices. Next time you re-up, I would HIGHly stopping in, even just to take a peek (or sniff) because I've never been disappointed. Keep doing what you're doing, y'all!

Jimmy and the whole squad were excellent, he was knowledgeable of the strains and most importantly where it comes from, I'm very pleased he knew exactly about the Prerolls. For example I'm sure nobody likes smoking a joint that has the flower to ground up you can't smoke it or it runs!.

They do it right here.  COVID or not they are always professional, have an incredible selection to choose from, great pricing and an amazing staff.  During these times they do it right and are very safe the whole time with shields taped floors and efficient service that gets you in and out quickly, this is my go to place for me and the wife.

Fast and friendly service. Looked online to see what they had and showed an employee the list of items that I wanted and he was able to find them all quickly, answer any questions that I had, and get me checked out. Not sure if they do this to everyone or if it's because of my 10 step Asian skincare routine, but the guy had me show ID twice (upon entering and also before checking out). Btw, this place is CASH ONLY, so come prepared. They have an ATM if you forget. They also have some sort of rewards program if you give your phone number and zip code. It's also worth noting that all employees and customers wore masks and enforced social distancing, which is very important to me and should be to you too.

I have been shopping with # since they started back by the car wash, and we would follow them outta town if they moved. Their product's reasonably priced, with a tremendous selection... But what stands out is their 'tenders. Phoenix specifically has helped me often and even showed me some outdoor that I now buy at every visit, despite my "top shelf" indoor variety preference (and prior unwillingness to even smoke outdoor). They are truly knowledgeable and honestly want to help you find exactly what you want! When you can genuinely trust someones advice you feel more confident in trying new things or branching out into areas you are uneducated about. Hashtag has done that for me and my partner, giving us a space that feels more like shopping with a trusted friend instead of conducting business as usual.

I've been to the other two dispensaries in Redmond & Hashtag is without a doubt the BEST dispensary in town. The staff is incredibly friendly, and helpful. Every time I've gone in I've gotten the best vibes from the staff!! they are happy, ready to answer questions and honestly really funny and knowledgeable. They give out 2 dollar bills as change which is fun & adds to the experience. by letting the staff help me, I've left with exactly what I was hoping for. I can't stress enough how excellent the bus tenders here are especially in terms of  staffs knowledge and experience with their products. This place is my new go to

I used to be a hashtag person who was going there basically weekly. However between the current night manager and employee sierra I don't think I'll return at those hours. It's pretty clear after I was called "man" several times by the manager that the trans flag in the window is only for show. Love to be misgendered because I asked for an adjustment of 80 cents. Very cool hashtag. Very cool.
