Crystal was absolutely amazing. She had no issues with answering questions to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning, especially when she’s working!

Hand down the worst customer service you could ever get. This place literally has the best weed at the best prices however you may as well climb a mountain, swim an ocean, and they still won't have your order ready. The place is ran by complete idiots. Save your time. Go to Green Tree Relief instead. All Joyology will do is waste your time.

Came in for my first time to browse and immediately didn’t like the setup, literally felt like I had 10 things to chose from, when I go to green tree they have a whole wall lined with flower with caps that can be opened to smell the buds and a magnifying glass to examine the buds with full description on container, total opposite here, and to add to it, I was drawn in by the 20 percent off first purchase, so I come in and pick out an ounce of flower and proceed to checkout and I mention it my discount and they said they can’t give it to me because the flower is already a good deal, green tree never discriminates on what a promo can be applied to, how was I suppose to know it was already discounted, then had some guy advertising in the store trying to sell me out on a product I said I was not interested in but still kept going on about it, so I paid full price for the ounce I got and I also won’t get to use 20 percent off so watch out, it’s how they get you, go to Green Tree Relief they got the setup and are welcoming, can get a close up sample of everyyy item in the store not just 10 featured items and have to ask to look at anything because it’s not in plain site, I shop many times a week so I’m all about about the quality of my experience for the quantity of money I spend

Not the best 1st time visit, they didn't have too big of a selection this time. I'm hoping for a better experience next time. The staff was great! Very friendly.
