At the back end of an industrial lot so follow the signs. Easy process from start to finish. Customer service was spot in and helpful.
I showed up there yesterday "While I was at work, wearing a Work uniform " I was told I couldn't purchase ANYTHING until I basically get interviewed. I kindly told the person at front desk I don't have time to fill anything out due to the fact I was in a super rush due to work. I was told again I couldn't get my Medication!! I will be making a call to the CCC TODAY! I called to speak to manager but to my surprise....no call back
If I could give 4.5 stars to Ermont, I would, because I believe there is a little room for improvement. Having said that, the flower at Ermont is top notch. Maybe a step below Theory Wellness in Bridgewater, but still very very good. The staff is great. If you have questions they will take time to answer you. If you are already well-informed then you can be in and out in a flash. I did have to wait outside for maybe five minutes once, but it was a Saturday afternoon so that's understandable.I've tried the Sour D, Black Widow, Super Silver Haze and Critical Mass. The SSH was really great for the daytime relief with a clear head and the Critical Mass remedied my insomnia.I bought a Sour D cartridge and it functioned very well, hit harder than some others I have tried. Just a few sips will do ya. I have yet to try any of the edibles, but they have a fairly broad range of products. I did make some of my own edibles using a gram of their distillate and they came out as they should have, potency-wise. I have no specific complaints. If they could do some more specials, like a reduced price strain of the week, or like discounted popcorn buds, that would be cool. That's just a general gripe, though. It gets a little expensive to buy medicine if you require large doses to treat your symptoms.Overall though, this place is fantastic. Well worth the 45 minute drive from the south coast.
Their was a mistake with the state I apologise to Erm9ont and the community I wrote my last review in anger. Their was not alot in their control.
What's going on?!???? This place used to rock, but every time I go they have a new rule. The rewards system is awful, some people have a hardship as it is but now when you come 11 times to get 20% you can use your 20% or 10% not both ?!? What's next guys!!! I think you could be potentially loosing a very good customer , also took away employee discounts???
Great staff and products. Wish the menu was a little bigger but otherwise 5 stars :) Truly helped with pain and slight depression. Thank you Ermont!
The manager Chris took a half hour out of his day to go over my concerns . He opened up to me about the changes that have been made and some of the changes that are coming. I am happy with his timely phone call and concern and care for his Medical Patients . Although I am not 100% satisfied with the product right now it seems like Ermont is making the right changes and being managed by someone that cares
I love everything about this place except the limits... I love sunset sherbet The staff it the best of all places I've been. They keep me coming back!
This place is awful now. They just buy wholesale from other dispensaries and charge $5 more. What a business model ! Literally zero effort put in by ownership. The staff is really nice most of the time but limited on knowledge side. It's sad too because this place has real potential but they're losing out on money and we the patients have to suffer with another shitty dispensary on the south shore. There's still hope though, figure it out Ermont. I'm rooting for you.
Wont shop anywhere else for my medicine. Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy or aggressive. Great mix of people and the product is the best I've ever had from any dispensary. Consistently awesome. Thanks for the help Devin!
They hardly ever have any flower here and the ones they do have just are not strong enough for my muscle spasticity issues from MS. I stopped going here because Of the very mediocre menu.
Ermont used to be the best dispensary until this new greedy, awful ownership took over a few months ago. The new Chroma brand edibles are disgusting and made me super paranoid. Their old homemade edibles were delicious and had such a clean, pleasant high. Now they're also raising the prices of their distillate cartridges to be far more expensive than any other dispensary in the greater Boston area, except for one. $75 a piece, up from $60! Scum.Their new rewards system sucks too. They sent out a text recently saying that I won a raffle, only to follow-up say that was an accident.I live in Quincy 5 minutes away from Ermont and have been going there for a year, but I will never go back unless I'm simply too lazy to go anywhere else and run out of something. And when I do go, I will only be buying one or two things, rather than spending hundreds to stock up like I always did in the past. Some people actually need this stuff for health reasons and it's already expensive enough. Your margins are ridiculous and you're just taking advantage of loyal customers so you can wear Yeezys. The new ownership should be ashamed.
The staff is only okay, product is good but often out of stock + their menu is confusingly displayed at the dispensary
Prices are some of the worst in the state, they wholesale bud, staff isn't very knowledgeable and they have been approved for rec????? Avoid this place at all costs, I only go because it's local and has a decent recycling program. However this program is backward because they limit you at 5 recyclables per a visit. Which is kind of backwards because they pile up quick and it forces you to come more often thus driving more and producing more emissions thus harming the environment more. I have also heard that their grow facility is disgusting.Sad part is it's not going to get better with rec coming in 2020. Sad to see people actually like this place and it's still running.Edit - Update, asked staff about when they will see a better selection. Was told they were going to purchase 2 strains more but the quality was so bad they didn't want to purchase because they "didn't want to hurt their reputation" and that they wouldn't have more strains for a minimum of 1 week and most likely in 2 weeks. Looked at the menu the next day two strains were added, so they added strains management told the bud tenders they weren't going to purchase due to quality. This place is something else, they must have some lobbyist or government officials in their pocket to get that rec licenses.
First time going there was just other day it was alright prices were little high and the bud I only got an 8th or black cherry/Tropicanna punch the bud turned to dust in my hand!!
The staff here is amazing and always very helpful. Sometimes the selection is limited but compared to other dispensaries in the area they have more flower options. Edibles are always good and their loyalty program is strong.
Ermont is THE dispensary for the south shore. Skip Curaleaf and IGH in Brockton and head to this spot. All the staff are hardworking, personable, and the atmosphere is simultaneously laid back yet efficient. I started going here years ago when it first opened, and after a long hiatus I came back to see that things were even better. This is a true up-and-coming cannabusiness, even in the wake of the MA vape ban! (Also the homegrown strains of flower that they have are *kisses fingertips* incredible)
I want to like Ermont. It's close to where I live and it's convenient. However, Ermont's flower is among the weakest in the region. Yes, I said region. Go to the website of any other dispensary within 25 miles of Ermont and compare the tested THC percentages. Then, there's the issue of freshness. Nobody likes it when the bud you squeeze turns to dust. That happens too often at Ermont. I don't know what it is, they just can't seem to stock strong medicine for those in need, such as pain relief and a remedy for insomnia. The best thing I can say about Ermont is, it's average to below average, imho.
they have had some really good deals lately on ounce specials. the bud is over a year old harvest from like pre pandemic times but it seems well kept. still have very fast order confirm times on pickups. my one gripe is the new ounce containers... they are very annoying to open.
Awesome store with great employees, everyone is super friendly and willing to help you find what you need. Def one of my top 5 places now
I dont kno what happened to this place. They let some of the best people working there go and their weed selection has been really poor with not much flower over 20%.
This rating is based on their “medical weed” as they would call it.... but anyways I had bought an ounce of medicine man from them and the smell after the opening it, was terrible and I looked at the batch date, it was over a year old. I honestly couldn’t believe they sold me something that looked, smelled, and the taste was not good.... then today I happened to give them a try again, got two different strains which were tropical adhesive which actually wasn’t to bad but then the second strain which was Tropicana punch and it had that same old weed smell as the medicine man. Definitely the worst quality medical dispensary around. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
I love the atmosphere here, hense why I don't go to any other for my medical needs.
This was my second visit, and it was just as good! The young lady who helped me today was so knowledgeable about the products that Best fit my medical issues. Thank you all at Ermont, you're ALL Awesome ?
