Second review. This place is the most modern, cleanest, non ghetto dispo in all of Pueblo. The staff is always extra super friendly, especially Paige & Tracey. The prices are low, usually have promos, and it's a quick in & out process. I've been to almost every dispo in Pueblo, and none of them compare to Liv Well. They make you feel welcomed and safe, unlike the other places who make you feel like you're going to get shot.

I have been coming here sense several have recently moved to the area.I have had NO PROBLEMS at all EXCEPT one.When I first started going I buy a ounce every week, they used to be 75$ or so, but then at the beginning of summer they upped the price of the weed.Now ounces are 100$ and up .I asked why they said for summer tourist...Understandable.So then I was told after summer they would be dropping the prices again.... well that never happened.I'm sad about this yet upset that a business is uncommitted to its customers and their word.I left my dispensary to give Livwell business.The managers are great the staff is great the product is great but if I can get the same product if not better for 75$ or so then that's where I'm taking my business.I really hope they change the pricing, if not thank you it's been a good run ‍

I took a road trip from Los Angeles up to New York about a week or two ago, stopped by smoking different weeds in different states and I was fortunate to come across this store on the way.. very clean professional place, very good quality of weed and excellent customer service would definitely recommend 2 a friend!! #StayFaded #PackABowl

The entire process was smooth and personalized. I didn't mind having to wait inside their lobby for my time. Even with a few people ahead of me, I was inside in under 10 minutes.The budtender was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The selection was great and the prices were average. I'll be back for the customer service and patience.

Let me start this review with saying I love livwells products/price points, you cant really beat the quality for the money.  Living in Texas and working part of the year in Colorado (Salida) this is my go-to placeRecently I had a bit of an experience with the staff though. I recently renewed my license, if you know anything about dealing with DPS you know sometimes it can take them a while to send you your new DL.  so I had a temporary that the state sent me via email.  I called a head to check and see (before I drive 2 hours) if they'll accept my out of state license and temp card.  I was reassured that if I had my old license and the temp that there wouldn't be an issue. Great! I ordered my bud online (every once in a while they get busy and it really cuts down on time if you preorder) Two hours later after realizing they had two livwells in Pueblo I decided to go to the south location because they had a pre-weighed strain I preferred over the north location.  I get there, they look at my paperwork and tell me "there's no date when this temp was issued so we can't take it" a little frustrated I leave and head to the north Location where I originally ordered/talked to the manager/staff on the phone. Here's where the fun begins....so the manager looks over my paperwork and denied me as well, stating that I had a "receipt" of a temp and then proceeded to show me what my state temp license should look like. So I leave frustrated again, I take the time to call Texas dps via phone and tell them the situation, you know cuz I drove 2 hours. They send me another temp license via email.  I called back up and asked if they would reconsider if I showed them proof that this was the only ID I was issued and that it's a legit state issued document sent by dps. They told me to come back in, so they could look it over and see what they could do. So I return with a paper document, my old id, and proof via email that this was NOT a receipt but my actual ID card. Btw the emailed version had an expiration date on it, not sure if the south location missed that or what. So I'm there proving to them that this is the only ID card they issue renewal, and that it's valid...but they didn't care to even look at it. Basically the girl up front, who I found condescending and rude. Told me that the managers already looked at it, and denied me so there wasn't anything they could do. So y'all are wasting my time again? Why even tell me to come back?!?!  Even though I had proof showing that this indeed was not a "receipt" I was told both the managers were on lunch when I asked to speak to them directly, Which I know is a bunch of bull.  The tone I was getting from them was that I was trying to pull a fast one on them and had fake documentations, which was far from true. I even stated that I had been at a livwell in Trinidad the other day with 0 issue, but the response back was. "Well idk what other dispensaries are doing but WE have policies that we go by" what more do you need?!? (Mind you other dispensaries have had 0 issues with with my documents) They were just not having it, not sure if they enjoy the flex or what. There's a way to handle these type of situations, this wasn't it. As a queer person of color, I know this interaction all too well.  The assumption that I was sketchy over a regular paying customer with legit documentation.  Had I thought about it I would have invited them to call the police to verify ( had lots of time to think about what I should have said on my 2 hour drive home) .  I can handle rejection, but it was the accusatory tone on top of wasting my whole day that really pissed me off.  Anyways, I normally don't do reviews, but this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I get that they deal with a lot, but like I said there has to be a more PC way of handling this, I won't buy from this store again.

Great location, clean and smells amazing inside. Well lit and well adorned with different things to look at in every direction. Has bathrooms available for customers. Only complaint is the plastic COVID shield makes it hard to hear the budtender with the music playing. It is what it is but I could not really hear her at all unless I lowered my head to the counter.

Short wait time and great selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to go back.

This place is nice! I'm new to the whole being legal thing & these guys are helpful & the prices are good! It's a little out of the way, but I haven't had to wait long. Selection is good. Out of 4 dispensaries I've visited, this one is my favorite.

A nice clean and very efficient place, staff is always enjoyable, only thing I have is yo wonder how else they plan to stick out in the industry. Prices aren't over the top or too low, just average. Which is really helpful, but aside from their waiting room area, I'm not sure how they stand out comparatively to other dispensaries.

Love this place great selection and GREAT customer service. Very knowledgeable about the products and what they are for. I highly recommend this place!

I had been looking for Willie's Reserve after sampling it when we were on vacation in Winter Park last year and found 1/8's sold here. Most everyone else only sells the pre-rolls, which I also highly recommend. The folks growing under this label know what they are doing! The young lady who helped me was fast and efficient. She was very kind when the computer wasn't recognizing my Med card and got help right away. The manager was very helpful and got it all straightened out in a few seconds. It is a bit of a drive, but I'll be back!
