This place is great. The customer service is awesome. I love coming here. The agents are well informed and very helpful. So far everytime I've been here it's been a pleasure and that's why I keep on coming back. The products I've used so far are very fresh and have performed as advertised. The Prospect Heights location has a great selection with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have particularly had great help and guidance from both Parker and Adam at this location. Both associates have saved me a great deal of time and money finding the products that fit my needs. Absolutely worth checking out if you are in the area!

They truly care about you. I went one day and got charged the wrong amount by accident. I told them about it and they immediately did everything right. Thank you Dave and Joe for your help and understanding. I will definitely be coming back for those “iced” swifts. I really enjoyed them. Amazing staff

Worst experience of my life!! I always shop at a different zen leaf location. They take good care of me all the time. Especially because my shop history is very long, but this place was horrible! Not only did they embarrass me but I couldn’t believe they couldn’t discount me a measly 6$ so that I can proceed with my 200$ purchase. I added all my points and the total was 206$. The manager is a man and I can’t believe he didn’t push the order through. I asked him for a Freind and family discount and he said that I’m not his friend and that he can’t make it happen. So I had to remove a 91$ item from my cart in order to proceed. Clearly this man has no business skill what so ever. You guys can delete my account and feel free to look at my history with you guys before doing so. It’ll remind you how to make better decisions or else it will be customers like myself never shopping with you again. Sorry Zen Leaf!! Blame the prospect heights location!
