These guys have some very good looking flower and some of the best and nicest customer service. Go in and check it out it's worth it!
They don't have a proper call in system so you end up having to call 50+ times just to get ahold of someone. Their parking lot is horrendous. Their waiting room is even worse. They don't have amounts displayed for THC, CBD, CBN, etc which means you don't really know what you're getting. Truly a place that only cares about profits and not improving the customers' experience. I recommend traveling out of town instead. You can easily waste 4 hours of your time with YH. I've been a customer at this place for nearly a year, spending well over $3000, and this is how they treat their customers. Disgraceful.
Best dispencery around tried others but I keep going back. Warning Elmer bud delivery will rip you off I paid $70.00 for 1.7 grams just not right to take advantage of a disabled veteran.
Cons:1. They don't have THC % labels on flower (one look at the bud and you know why)2. Only take cash but do not have onsite ATM (happy ATM hunting)3. Flower has dime size nugs of your lucky4. Charge anywhere from 17-20 per gram for flower that is shake and stemsPro: 1. They smile while they charge you top dollar for low quality flowerIf you have no other options then go with the concentrates that are pricey but quality is good.

I started going to this dispensary about 6 years ago, first thing they did was to violate HIPAA but we got that straightened out, a few years later after new management they started shorting me, like 1/ weighed out at 4g and it never was then violated HIPAA by discussing it with a security guard at their Phoenix location who told me "we have nothing to do with that store" so why did he know all about my complaint? so I quit going, now that they are recreational I thought I would try it again, went in with a list based on their deals posted on leafly, leafly.com/dispensary-in… and was told by Devynn R. that the deals were only for medical patents even though the leafly page says it is for both medical and recreational which cost me $45.00 as well as being my last trip there... ever!
They don't respect public health. Don't make patients wear masks That means they don't give two craps about their staff. Prices suck and now they cram 1/8ths down your throat. I do not repeat do not recommend this location to anyone
I came to Nirvana Center to pick up an edible this Sunday, after getting the daily discount I realized I had some extra money and wanted to see If I was able to pick up a gram of concentrate along with the edible and after ringing both products up, I was a measly $1.50 short.I asked the bud tender if there was anything, she could do for me, use my points or whatever was needed. The bud tender asked her manager Sarah, who turns around and says to me that there's absolutely nothing she can do for me and that "I need to buy in my budget " instead of simply asking me if I had some change in my car or politely told me that she couldn't help instead of rudely embarrassing me in front of everyone over a measly dollar.... Keep in mind I was a $1.50 short off a $100 order. She also told me that I was trying to get her employees to pay for my stuff, which was also never said. I've never in my life been treated like that at a dispensary and I just thought I'd share the type of people you're giving your money too.I suggest you guys check out SWC, where they treat everyone equally, whether you're a $1 short or not. I don't understand how a business can have someone so rude, be a manager, where customer service is a must.I won't be returning.

Not use to placing orders on the phone or online but thought I'd give it a shot. Called before actually placing the order and don't know if I got to the center in prescott valley or a different location but the lady I spoke with said it would take a simple 5 - 10 minutes to get my order placed and ready to pick up. Which would have been perfect since I was around 15 minutes away. After browsing their inventory online I called back to place the order. They were very helpful and seemed knowledgeable with the few questions I had. Order placed, 25 minutes go by, then I walk on up after arriving. When I got to the front counter the lady sitting behind there asked when I made my order. I told her 20-25 minutes ago. She said it wasn't ready yet so I asked when it might be.. she didn't give me an answer just said it isn't ready and I can go wait outside in line behind everyone so I asked her again politely, when will it be ready, the lady I spoke with told me it should only take around 5 minutes. She walked into the store somewhere and came back saying I can either come back later or wait in line so I told her I would wait. When I got in and my name was called the person who rung me up said my order had been ready and waiting for me for a while now. Anyways, in a nutshell. Everyone was very kind and helpful besides the receptionist or whatever her title is. I know it shouldn't affect me but because of this I didn't give a tip, which I always do for at least the change broken. Also caused me to write this review.. I'm really big on customer service and unfortunately that one person put a bad taste in my mouth for the entire stores overall performance.
Pointless to even put a negative review on here because it doesn't matter because there is no competition for other dispensaries.... yet. When it comes this location will fold or have to make serious changes to compete for market share. Overpriced and poor customer service from 80% of the staff.
Jake and Jazzz -- these budtenders made my experience amazing today. My fiance and I both only smoke Rosin concentrates (rarely resin) and we are very selective and picky.. When we saw the selection they had, we were actually impressed. The budtenders were definitely educated (ugh, I HATE when I know more than the budtenders) and helped me and my fiance pick out the perfect stain. We simply explained what we wanted to feel like, and these two just made the perfect choice for our purchase. DEFINETLY worth the $$$ and it isn't even pricey. Seriously... go here!
Wish I could give this place a better review, but my experiences there mostly have been sub-par. (I once left without buying because the bud tender was an ignorant, rude jerk.) The system they use to get people in is not working very well. You sit in one group of chairs in the shade, and it's really cold right now. Then they move six of you to a line in the sun; the rec people get green cards. (??) Then they move you into the lobby. You have to pay attention to the TV screen menu there, because there isn't one in the back (what???). Meanwhile, customers with on-line orders are let in ahead of you--two or three while I sat there. I did see a flower menu in the back this time, but last time was told they don't have them in the back. You get to the back and wait again until someone calls you. I haven't found the bud tenders to be particularly knowledgeable, although the man who waited on me was nice and helpful. Apparently, a lot of employees called in sick--not good at the first of the month since they don't have a back-up plan. It looks to me like the management is not particularly good at running a retail operation. And the security is scary--every person has to be body-scanned front and back by an officer who is wearing a bullet-proof vest and gun. Wow--this place must be dangerous to have that vibe going on. Don't think I'll go back. The Prescott dispensary has its act together, including a separate desk for online orders. A lot of the staff has been there for a while, so they're more knowledgeable and the whole place works better, without the scary police vibe.

Website is never up to date almost every time I order anything I get a call they don't have it. Then I try to call them back to see what they actually have and I can never get ahold of anyone. The times I have gotten something it is low quality and definitely overpriced for what it is honestly is a shame I live right down the street and would like to be able to use this place but they make it as hard as they possibly can.
I wish I could give this place a great review. Unfortunately, the "security" they employ will take your possessions at the door, tell you that they will put it in their safe, lose or steal said item and take zero responsibility for it. The GM of this place has zero people skills and acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked for my items back. Honestly, I will never give this place business again. As a new member of this town, I learned a hard lesson and I will drive twice as far to go to a different dispensary now. My only hope is others will see this review and carefully select where they want their hard earned dollars to go. This dispensary is run by people who do not care about their customers.
Great, convenient, and quick. Tenders always know what to reccomend. Recently my carpal tunnel syndrome has been flaring up and they have some great indicas to keep the inflamation down.
Ok, so I think this place is getting a bad wrap. I'm a very picky client when it comes to this. I have super high standards and went into the shop very weary bc of the bad reviews I read on Yelp! but in a pinch you go where you can so I kept an open mind to experience it for myself. Let me just say that the personnel's customer service was on point (*background I've worked over a decade in customer service management). They were professional and my bud tender was both knowledgeable and a doll to talk to (*shout out to Diana). Then came the product. I've been smoking longer than I'd like to admit and I became suuuper picky. I'm originally from Los Angeles where it's been legal for a minute. The product there was fantastic so I got used to really good stuff. I was extremely pleased with my purchase at Nirvana and Diana showed me the list with all percentages, strains and prices.They covered all their bases and I hope they keep up the good work bc I will be going back.I hope this helps!

Tried calling and spoke with a lady that put me on hold and never returned, this happened twice and can't get any questions answered on their services and product. Whatever happened to customer service with a smile? And that the customers are paying your monthly rent to provide a pleasant experience
Great place, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Nirvana offers a variety of different products, equipment and is open until 9pm, which I think is super convenient. If you have not had a chance to visit the Nirvana dispensary, I recommend giving it a try!
One of the better shops in the area. They have a bigger selection of inventory then other places in town. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people here. And if you order online you are in and out in no time.
