Employees were rude! Walked through the door got screamed at by 2 employees to leave and wait outside. It states on the door only 5 guest limit due to Covid which you cannot see how many people are inside from the outside. Screaming from across the store and glaring at costumers who have no idea what is happening is one way to lose business.

FOF is an extremely clean, well-located dispensary. It's right in the heart of the old section of central Portland, and bc of it I got well- needed medicine. It was very, very comforting to know that as a person with a medical condition that needs cannabis that I could (safely; social distancing was enforced per Maine law) register as an out of state valid prescription holder, purchase medicine of the same quality and price as my origin state, and continue to experience Portland, a place I had never been bf, in peace. My condition does not happen to be anxiety, but if it was, I would have been alleviated of it bf even using medicine bc of the kindness and expedience at Fire On. I was given a discount as a first time patient that I had not expected. If I am in the area and need some help with my medicalproblems it is nice to know that it's there.

Very rude! they talk to people as if they were children no pleases or thank yous. Regardless this place is over priced for some dry ass cannabis only reason why anyone goes it's because it easy access in Portland, besides that it's sucks check out grass monkey cannabis better deals better bud

Wow! What a great first experience at Fire on Fore!  Very inviting, friendly, professional, and educated staff. Felt right at home there. Locally owned and supports only local farmers. The way it should be. Will be back and will recommend to all my friends.

I am very happy that I decided to stop in to Fire  on Fore today. It' really is a very  nice upscale shop, conveniently located downtown with metered parking right out front.  The staff was very friendly and informative. Although, as a first time patient I can see how misunderstandings can occur as I walked right by the check in station without seeing it until I was gently called back. Perhaps a sign/ further barrier would solve this commonly noted issue. The selection was nice, and included a large number of concentrates and edibles, along side of a smaller selection of well curated flower. Offerings tended to focus more on the higher end of pricing but there are plenty of more affordable offerings including at least one $25 eighth on offer and the great deal on jarred kief which I went in specifically looking.  Regarding service, I had a chance while waiting in line to hear a number of other customers served, and I felt they help they received  was exceptional. The customers  were all treated as individuals and the advice provided seemed appropriate to ensure customers received what they were looking for and had a happy result (this is especially relevant with edibles). If you are downtown and a medical patient, they are  definitely worth checking out!

The options here are great however, I didn't get a chance to look at everything. The employee that was tending to me was extremely rude and had the nastiest attitude. He made it dead obvious that he did not want to help me. I felt so rushed and I left the shop feeling as if I did something wrong. As a highly sensitive person, this was a horrible experience for me. He literally rolled his eyes when I'd ask a question, this was my first time in that shop and in Maine, also I was new to the MMJ program so I wanted to get more information on the products. As I looked around everyone else in the shop was laughing and chatting with their customers and even the ladies who helped me check in were so friendly and nice.  I also want to note I was nothing but polite despite the nasty unprofessional attitude of the man who served me. The products I purchased are the reason I'm giving 2 stars, but I'm taking away the other 3 for the horrible service of this one particular tender. I really hope he was just having a bad day, and doesn't treat people like this normally.

These guys are wonderful, very kind and helpful. They had just what I needed and they helped me find it. Highly recommended. They’re nestled right in the heart of things off lower Exchange downtown.

Awesome place! Great prices. Very beautiful inside. Everyone that works there is so kind and easy-going. It was my first time and they made me feel really comfortable. William was very informative and helped me pick out some pre-rolls. He was very helpful and made the transaction go very smoothly! Thanks guys!

Ethan was awesome!! The whole experience was great!! The people there are caring and considerate!! Two very awesome qualities.There’s no hurrying to get you out the door.If you have questions,they have answers! They also have a great variety of flower and concentrates. The blueberry lemonade was great! This is definitely a place I recommend to all that are looking for a great experience dealing with people that care about your every need.
