I appreciate the employees, always so welcoming and helpful. I want to say thank you especially to Taylor one of the employees for being so awesome!!! All around a very good place.

Michael H. was outstanding the other day for our first visit to Surterra. We had visited a few other dispensaries prior to this one and were left confused and bewildered with the products and process. My wife’s health issues lead us to Surterra for pain relief. Michael was welcoming and very knowledgeable about what the product differences are and how the selection works. Most importantly, he took the time to make sure we totally understood what Surterra provides and what may work best based on my wife’s needs. Already after only one day of usage, she is feeling significant relief. Thanks for having such a professional, knowledgeable employee that took the necessary time with us on our first visit.

Amazing customer service . Very clean and nice looking show room. Y’all always have the nicest staff and good product . Highly recommend. Phill the guy who cashed me out was very nice and friendly! Definitely will be coming back !! One of the best dispensaries in Port Orange!!!

So I had a bit of a canpay/refund issue and John, the manager, was so helpful and professional. His customer service skills are topnotch! He never lost patience with me nor did he change his tone when I didn't agree with him. He solved my problem quickly and I left a happy customer once again. I want to commend him for being so kind when I got frustrated. Great job, John. ?
