Bogus return policy. The product was faculty, they said keep the recipe and the packaging and return within 7 days. I took it back in 45 minutes because it leaked hot oil on the tongue and burnt it. The guy behind the counter gave me some BS about the bubbles and the holes!! Totally wiggled his way out of exchanging a product that I bought may be 45 min ago. Was not looking for refund, just exchange. To give them the benefit of doubt? Came home and tried again and burnt again. They may not care about losing a customer but I do care about their bogus return policy. The product was a phat panda cartridge. Will be calling the Pot Police ( who ever they are) on Monday to report them. I am disappointed.
We stopped by there the other day to check out the store as we haven't been there for a while. First, I spent a few minutes reading the weasel words sign on the door about masks: how you don't have to wear them if this excuse and that excuse and that excuse and that excuse and they won't ask questions... Then when I walked in, there were three employees behind a counter with no plexiglass shielding and two of them weren't wearing masks. They asked if they could help us. We said no thank you and we left. No, you can't help us if you can't support the basic health practices that are trying to keep my fellow citizens alive. So I drove back to where I lived and I got my product in a place with a plastic shield and where the employees wearing face masks and where they require masks in the store... People are dying. Treat this seriously.
Heard good things about the store, but it was a real bummer to see them not even question or bat an eye at customers not wearing masks. I understand your employees may have medical exemptions, but to not even question a customer seems like negligence. I highly doubt out of the four of us in there, three customers had legitimate reasons to not wear a face covering.
This is the 1st and only dispensary I have been in. I have come in three times and each time I have had a different question/dilemma that has been met with friendly, knowledgeable advice from the staff. I can not express how comfortable the whole experience was. I am so thankful for the wonderful work you all do (and my dog thanks you as well).
I've read the reviews. Seems that in the past this place was a good place to go to. But recent reviews show this place maybe has gone down hill. I was told about this place and how terrific it was. So I figured I'd try it. I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask before going there. I went to their website and looked at it. I wrote to the via the website No reply or phone call. Tried a couple of weeks later no reply. Tried their chat which said someone would get back to me NO answer. I guess they don't want a new customer and I'll take my business else where. If a place can't be bothered to get back to you then I don't need them. Us I hope they better mask policy now. No screen guard? Sounds like a place that doesn't care about people Too bad I really wanted to try them.
