I love this dispensary, this was my first experience going to one and it was great. Most of the employees are very friendly and kind. I am greeted every time I come in and able to get what I need every time! I totally recommend this dispensary it's a great place!
Loved the store and the staff, but the big issue was that they force you to sign up for their email subscriptions when you fill out their form for a new patient. I did not initial the last box and the lady at the front desk (blondish/white hair on 4/13/21) informed me that I could not enter the store unless I initialed all of the boxes on their form. The last line to Initial on their form was subscribing to their emails. I have been to multiple stores in Colorado, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, this is the first store I've been to that forces their patients to sign up for emails. This dispensary uses another company called blackbird go for their online orders so there's no reason that they need to send me emails.
Was a customer for a long time. Spent lots of money. Poorly managed and poor customer service. Purchased a product and when I got home the packaging was empty, promptly called them and they explained they couldn't do anything. Not a "I'm so sorry, sadly PA requires customers to contact that company. Here's the info! Let us know if you have any issues". Nope. All I got was a "We can't do anything and if you go anywhere else they'll tell you the same thing". Had to DIG for the the information myself. There are better places to get your products.
Customer service is awful, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Bought a disposable yesterday, doesn't work and wouldn't except to exchange. Not the first issue here but was most definitely the lastI can't wait for the new dispensary to open around the corner.
I am grateful for Pennsylvania's medical marijuana program the Apothercarium always has a great selection of flower and other products. They have an incredible drive through so if you order ahead you don't even need to get out of the car. I am grateful for the 20% off veteran discount and that they offer many other discounts for underserved communities. There are many options around philadelphia and this is my go to dispensary. The management and leadership of the company as a whole are top notch. Don't forget to sign up for their email lists they do a great job keeping you up to date on new drops abs deals.

From the moment I walked through the doors of Apothecarium Dispensary I had nothing but a fantastic experience especially with the staff of the pharmacy department. It is located in a private area, and felt quiet and personal. Pharmacist Marci Lee and her trainee pharmacist were very knowledgeable in all the products available. They gave me their undivided attention, and I felt heard and understood. I believe that this is very important because we all have different needs. They gave me advice on which products are best for me and they even wrote instructions on how I should be taking the medication. They even suggested that I should keep a journal on how I feel to eventually bring back at a later time for a pharmacist to review. I have been to other dispensaries and have never received the same level of attention I received from Marci and her staff.
