Best dispensary I've been to in PA. Customer service is top notch. Jamar is very personable and knowledgeable. He made an excellent product recommendation based on my needs.  I am excited to have found such a wonderful place that really helps and cares about me!

these guys sold me a display model and it was empty. they insinuated because of my long hair that i was some sort of casual user; that I has smoked the gram of sugar i bought - but that same day I bought another gram of sugar that came completely fine. Wait time is ridiculous, even for returning customers. Managers are arrogant and certified doctors are clueless about cannabis; asking patients to explain your product to you never looks good, especially at these prices.Never going to support this business.

I like cure as an establishment itself very friendly employees and your always in and out usually no wait. But the only thing I've been noticing is that everytime I start liking a strain or cartridge and continue buying it the price goes up on it! Pick a price and stick to it! Other than that no problems. Just a little over priced as well.

I've been there twice.  I got this oil shit the first time.  GARBGE!!!   Second time I got this tincture crap.    I mentioned the battery and it's worthiness and usefulness. I was assured of it by the attendant.  It was COMPLETELY USELESS!!!  The place is way too expensive and cash only.  Save your time and money.

The staff are so professional and helpful. They are knowledgeable, kind and calm. I have been here twice. They offered me refreshments, (complimentary drinks, snacks). Their facility is extremely clean as well as spacious and nice looking. My first time visiting, they let me use their restroom without a second thought even though I was not purchasing anything. I really appreciated that. Today when I went in I had such a positive experience purchasing my medicine and am so very pleased with the product that I had to write a review. The young woman who helped me could not have been kinder or more helpful.

I have been there twice so far. The establishment is very clean and the folks are very professional. No issues there. The prices are a touch on the high side, but medical is kind of in its infancy here. Also this is located in Chester county so....cha Ching $$$$$$.Nothing really negative to say other than you can find similar items for a bit less. I have seen another review that was upset about popular strains rising in price. Might be a supply issue as PA has a limited number of suppliers at this time.That should all be changing soon as Tourette's and anxiety have been added, so more stock will be needed.How long will it take this state and the country to just legalize it for recreational? The downstream financials are pretty robust, maybe we could fix some roads?

Poor selection and my first experience was not pleasant.  When I explained I needed help picking product the person sitting in for regular RX person was less than friendly.  Never went back.

I placed a $400 order and received items I did not purchase. Four days later I tried to return the order untouched. Cure PA refused to refund the error THEY made. I will never go back to this place.Edit: "Mike" tried to place the blame for the messed up order on me. Outstanding customer service. Already found a new place that's both closer to me and cheaper. I hope you go out of business.

Coming from a place that has more expensive products these are affordable in my eyes. The staff is beyond friendly, super knowledgeable, and are incredibly helpful as I started becoming a regular patron. I've had only great encounters when coming here and I always place my order online ahead of time! Have recommended and will continue to recommend to my friends and family!

For the ignorant young girl who just answered my call,  if you're going to talk trash about a perspective customer who asks you questions on the phone,  be sure the phone is COMPLETELY hung up before you start,  IDIOT. After experiencing the call,  I now understand the other low reviews.  Won't be visiting there,  at all.

The staff is really nice, but there have been one too many incidents of getting non-working items that can't be returned, or the product quality being suspect (at best)It's not the employees fault, but it is the company's problem, and the company doesn't seem to care about their quality.I'm tired of paying for nothing.

Probably the best dispensary in the area. I haven't been to a lot but this is definitely a place where my husband and I feel comfortable. They are very nice to my husband and very nice. They changed the way they do things as far as checking in, waiting in line and shopping which can be a little confusing but overall I love I enjoy coming back and I enjoy how kind and friendly everyone is.

I went in nervous, but was immediately greeted by warm and welcoming faces. The staff had an answer for all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that I was spending my money on product that was truly going to help me. If you want genuine care from a educated staff, Cure Phoenixville is the dispensary to hit.

Very friendly staff! Walk you thru everything making you feel comfortable. They answer all your questions and can help with recommendations.

One star for the person who helped and at check out. I specifically asked for indica and they gave me hybrid. Now i can't take it back. I was confident they would have gave me the right medicine. I won't be back there again.

By far my favorite dispensary. Every worker there is awesome, just fantastic people who always are willing to help! Definitely check it out.

I circulate between 3 dispensaries in my area. I have to say that cure is at the bottom of all the dispensaries I’ve visited. Customer service is great but they have the lowest amount of flower stock in the area as well as the highest prices. Usually about 5-10$ more expensive when comparing the same flower to other places. Like I said, the staff is great but it’s the low stock that turns me away every time. I’d even be willing to deal with the higher prices if the stock was better
