Always greeted by a happy associate when I come in. Very good prices compared to other places in town.

This place is great! I've checked out a few places in the valley, but this place is definitely my favorite. They have a good selection, are knowledgable and friendly, and it never feels crowded, at least not during the day when I shop. Also, Ben is the best. Thanks guys!

I've been going to top shelf since they opened in phoenix. Everybody there knows their job are courteous and very very helpful. Zack especially has helped me out a lot and so has Marley at the Medford store. I know just about all the managers at all the stores, they're great!! Love you guys.......
