Everyone was super nice. It's very clean, they'll answer all your questions and help you with finding the right products. Staff all seemed very knowledgeable about all the inventory. Also they're very efficient and usually you're able to complete your transaction quickly. Thumbs Up ??

The Petoskey location is quite small. Be prepared for parking to be an issue at times. I did not go into the building, only used curbside but which was quick, friendly and convenient.

Great lace a little pricey but hopefully another dispensary will compete with them. They have great service fast and very informative about any products and about the laws. Thank you for your time!?

The ladies at the front desk were the best part of my experience at Lume. They were very pleasant and friendly (they get 5 stars). It went downhill from there, fast. If you like someone coming up to you with an IPad, pushing you to place your order, then this is the place for you!! No one really seemed interested in their customer, the attitude I felt was cold and businesslike (except for the ladies up front). Not a place I would choose to revisit.

Not the biggest selection of edibles compared to other places but everyone was friendly and the shop was well organized. Employees were knowledgeable too and were willing to look things up. If you know what you're looking for I'd recommend ordering online and just picking up, since they just use a tablet to order for you if you shop in person. Prices are pretty much the same but they didn't have specials or sales like other stores have.
