Best dispensary in the area. They have regular deals, discounts for veterans, industry and disabled people and always have something affordable in stock. They also deliver to BelAir!I also like that they are involved in advocacy and legislative efforts to make Maryland a better place for cannabis users.

Everyone here is super friendly. Leo aka Trey is so knowledgeable and very eager to help. Any questions I had he went above and beyond to answer. I like that they always have GREAT specials and free delivery! Can't beat that!

Ok... So I used them for the first time recently because of covid, and they deliver ANYWHERE in MD for FREE!!! So I thought I'd give them a try. I spoke with Hannah who I like alot.... And I purchased 3 eighths of flower - all different kinds. Later in the day I called back and decided that I didnt need all three (as the total came to over $160.00... One eighth was $70.00) and so I had them drop one. So when it got here, Billy greeted me and was very friendly and professional. He handed me my bag, I paid him, we chatted for a couple minutes, and he rolled out. I take it to my space, do a couple micro tasks, and open up the bag. I got the expensive one per my order, but the other one was the strain that I wanted them to drop, and obviously I didn't get the one strain that I ordered. I was like FUUUUU**!!! So I call Billy, but he's too far away to return (it was only like 5 or so minutes later), but all he would have been able to do would be to take it back with him and deliver the correct one the next day or whatever. He tells me to call the store... So I do. *Aside* Billy's SUPER helpful and cool. TIP YOUR DELIVERY TENDERS/MEISTERS!!!Writing this review, I realize I didn't get the name of the girl who answered the phone, but she knew it was me when she picked up. (She obviously just got off the phone with Billy... Or got a text...) So she told me that the strains I chose were really good and that she could do an exchange the next day (as I'm not in the "same day" zone). She also enticed me with an offer for $20.00 off of my next purchase... (And since they deliver for free, they're my new go to). So I just went for that. She was super friendly on the phone too... So they're all battin' 1000. Yeah, they made a mistake, but they more than made up for it.... Cause you're right Hannah.... That SOAP is the ... and now I can get another one for a semi reasonable price... It's worth it though.. Real sh*t. So  in my book so far... Lets hope they are about consistency... Cause that would be winning!

Yesterday I called this dispensary trying to find out their delivery process and what to expect, the woman that I spoke to made is seem like it was the easiest thing since sliced bread, she assured me that they're always on the road, fast delivery, just an overall good business. I listened to her and decided to place an order because it was before 12 and I wanted the PROMISED same day delivery that obviously drew me to this establishment. After waiting 3 hours I received a call from Sarah who says she is the manager telling me that "they can deliver my flower tomorrow morning but they can't do it today because they don't have a driver for Parkville". Uhm, excuse me? It took 3 hours to realize that you're short staffed for the day? If you knew what drivers were working today why was this not sorted out at 8am when the drivers hit the road? Not only do they have 3 Indicas, they cancel appointments with no warning, no alternatives, just we'll get to you when we get to you. Sarah's attitude through it all was disgusting and she was very nonchalant and unfazed; the tone in for voice was almost as if she wanted to say take it or leave it. $170 worth of weed and you can't make a trip to Towson/Parkville? Save yourself the headache and just go to the dispensary if you're physically able. This establishment feels more like you're ordering from the local weed guy instead of placing an order for your medicine that is prescribed. I feel bad for those who are not able to go into a dispensary and have to rely on questionable business practices like the ones displayed to me today.

Modern look inside. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free delivery which I've used without issue. The staff really know their stuff and make great recommendations for what you're looking to accomplish via cannabis. The reasons I didn't give them five stars: update/improve the online menu. When you visit the dispensary they have tons of stuff they don't put on the website. This has driven me to other dispensaries that have extensive online menus that provide all lab results. I like to be able to see the labs so I can choose the best strain for me (I know what works). Without that information you're in the dark and have to go to the dispensary in person. One last thing: sometimes it feels like you're being rushed with certain strains/brands being suggested without much discussion about your symptoms. It's odd. If they fix the online menu and add their inventory and labs, they'll increase revenue. Regarding the diatribe left below, dude's experience, while a bummer, isn't the norm. That review is totally overblown. Peace!

The Best Dispensary by far listen all bud tenders pay very close attention to what your asking for people must realize the owner didn't do this just for money he cares about people in general think I'm joking he helped me with a matter that had nothing to do with the dispensary it was about me a personal issue but he stepped up and helped me out for what it's worth this brother saved me

Good deals and variety. I usually never have a bad thing to say about this place but my last visit wasn’t as friendly as they usually are. The budtender was very annoyed by questions being asked about the deals of the day and wasn’t very much help at all once we discovered the cart I was going for was sold out. Going to be taking a break from here unfortunately.

It can be over whelming for a first time how much is in there but everyone is very helpful and the selection is always phenomenal. If you have questions about strains or in obtaining medical info the staff is very knowledgeable and do give some great recommendations.

Absolute best decision I ever made. As a new patient, one can get lost in all of the options to chose from. There are many great local dispensaries and it is extremely difficult to chose between them. I took a chance, for my FIRST TIME EVER visiting, on Nature Care and Wellness. Everything was five stars, from the front desk being arguably the most pleasant people I’ve been in contact with in a very long time, to the staff being so incredibly knowledgeable on the products it blows you away. I was walked back by a gentleman named Will, who EXCEEDED my expectations on the experience. He was almost super humanly knowledgeable on every single product. He knew what I needed before I knew I needed it. Over all great products, and Will my man, you were 1000% accurate on all your recommendations. Everyone please go here, even one time. I promise, you will not be let down.
