Erin the bud tender took very good care of me I like their concentrates there shatter it is very good especially the alien OG. I would recommend this place to anyone! I will definitely be stopping by again soon!

The worst bud tender ever! I've had my card for 5 years now, and have checked out many dispensaries, but never have I received incorrect info about the strains I bought. I asked for sleep medication, specifically strong indica....got home, and was so disappointed with the quality, and upon personal research found out I had two hybrids....even my analysis of the genetics bore out my hypothesis. Overpriced, too commercialized, low information staff. Don't bother with this place.

Learned A LOT from the girls at the one in Cave Creek. It's a smaller dispensary but they always seem to have what I'm looking for. If they don't have something I know and trust they make very good recommendations on what else I should try. Legit. This was the first dispensary I visited and it's so clean and beautiful. Great selection of flower and vape cartridges.

The service was nice, but the quality of the shatter I purchased was not. Coming from a dispensary I would expect good quality like they claim to have. Instead, I got ripped off. When I got  home I noticed the shatter was dark brown, already a bad sign. I tried smoking it, and the taste was terrible and barely got a buzz. If they want customers to come back, they should get better quality.

Marissa helped me out on my first visit, and made it worth coming back.Super helpful and informative about the medicine,I was informed of the current deals, what the prices would be (there's tax)also, the buds are pre-packaged... some you might be stuck getting only g's of certain strains. Bud is a bit dry, but high quality aside from that...wax is on point! shatter is smooth, clear, sticky, delicious :)establishment is run well, professional clean and comfortable.music playing, and large ceilings, quotes on the wall and pictures,informative decor and nice little get up for returning customers.all in all, defiantly recommend and defiantly will be coming back!

Pretty good selection. Beings that their product is prepackaged makes it difficult when they are out of 1/8, they make you pay for the price of 3.5 grams. Disappointed in that aspect. Also bought 3 oil cartridges and all had to be returned. But they were understanding and reported a problem from the manufacturer of the cartridge, containing the oil. All in all I would recommend.

This place uses BAIT AND SWITCH!!!Went there to take advantage of their so called "Announcement Special" and was told it's at the whim of the manager! What is that.  Please remove from your website all false advertising.  But then the premium smoke I purchased was dirt weed!  If I wanted dirt weed, I would have saved my money for the weekend sale at half the price. Dirt weed means less waiting, go someplace else and if you truly want premium smoke, your $48 will be appreciated elsewhere! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MY VISIT!

Peace Family Yelper's,First I would like to give an outstanding KUDOS shout out to the gorgeous Mr. Devin. His comfortable service skills and friendly nature made my first time feel pretty relaxed. I felt that he truly cared about my needs and directed me to purchase the supplies that would benefit me. Like Jason S. One of the items I purchased was one of the two vape-pen's they carry (the smaller one) and the oil cartridge. When I took my first small pull I began to instantly have a choking fit and the back of my throat became irritated. I tried it again and had the same results except now my throat was sore and I felt nothing. Being that I was there yesterday evening, I called the shop to ask if I could please exchange the oil for maybe a more milder strain. I was told no exchanges were allowed. Wow! now I am stuck with a product that I can't use and apparently according to other reviews I have now learned the pen is not even universal so it will not work with other cartridges. I am sad to say I may not be back. But great job Devin. The pretty young lady at the front desk was also pleasant and professional. It is a very clean and roomy facility. I really liked that all the display cases had the same setup and products in them so you don't have to really roam around the room to decide what you need. If they would implement some type of exchange policy they would definitely get more returning customers. Think about it AZNS. Peace!

I've been to natural selections quite a few times. The place is very nice and the sale prices are good, but recently they have done some bad staff hiring. For example, one of the last times I was there I couldn't believe what happened. They had a special going on and I wasn't buying enough to qualify for it, so I told the girl I was fine with the price for what I was getting. Then she offered to give me more money to buy the special if I gave her half later lol. She was a nice girl, but I found it extremely unprofessional. What she wanted me to do was is a very gray area legally as well. On a final note, the place is pretty good, but definitely not my go too. I like their wax, I don't think the vape cartridges are very good though. Get an o.pen.

This is a good looking place with a great staff.  They were super friendly and attentive to what I needed.  I got some great information and some great concentrate!  I was really attracted to the 50% off first timer discount, and the specials they run are AMAZING! The everyday prices are a little higher than other shops. I will probably go elsewhere when they aren't running a special, but because of the quality, on specials day, Im there!  Thanks Marissa

I really liked the vibe at this place compared to other dispensaries, plus I like the way they display the selection of products they have available.  A sample of nearly everything they sell  is displayed at the counter between you and the budtender, so you can easily see and point to what you want rather than having to make reference to stuff off a menu or from memory.

I've been there once and won't go back, nor would I recommend this dispensary. The medicine is extremely dry. I asked about why there product was so dry, I was told to put a piece of lettuce in the bag and it will restore the moisture. The tax isn't included in the price of the meds. I purchased 3 different types and each smelled the same. This dispensary is a waste of money for the kind of medicine you get.

Very clean store and the sales people were extremely friendly. They have a lot of selections to choose from as well as a lot of edibles. The girl at the shop was very knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed. I also like the store in cave creek because of the close location to me. I would highly (no pun intended) recommend going here. There is hardly ever a wait at this location!

What a great place been there two days in a row. Lol the girls that helped me this morning were a young women in training and her trainer and they And they made sure I got what I needed after doin my reviews it was so awesome!!! They showed me some cbd tinctures . Ty for they great customer service!!!

I love this place.  Really I do despite a couple of MINOR complaints.1.  The check in process seems to be painfully slow.  I am a cancer patient and just going to the dispensary is a chore for me so waiting and waiting and waiting in the lobby takes a toll on me.2.  I love their oil cartridges for my vape pin.  The quality of the product is very very good. Trouble is the failure rate on their cartridges is somewhat high.  I have never had a cartridge fail till I bought theirs.  In all fairness, they did tell me that if I brought it back they'd extract the oil and put it in a new cartridge for me so I wouldn't be out the unused oil.  It would be a terrible thing to have to just throw that wonderful oil away so I'm glad that they'll fix that.  But like I said, it's very tiring for me to just make it to the store.

1st time patient and  I liked the entire experience so much that I will definitely be back.

The MINUTE I got my medical card I jumped in the car and drove here.  A groovy friend, who used to be a farmer, gave me a preroll earlier this year when I was visiting Phoenix.  I remembered the blue butterfly from the logo when I was searching for a close dispensary.  That blue butterfly was all it took.I have been to dispensaries before, where mj is recreational, so I am used to the wait while they check your id.  I was not used to having to sign up as a patient, but was happy to do so as I was stoked with the ease of their location, parking and how clean the front lobby is.  After my information was processed, about 10 minutes around 6pm on a Friday - impressive, I was taken back and told which budtender would be mine.  He was a cool, young gent who was quite knowledgeable.  I am a cool, older woman who, despite his knowledge, was determined to get exactly what I wanted.  Go figure, this young gent not only chatted me up about product knowledge but also changed my determined mind as he explained the different strains.  Being a new patient I was able to get the special where they match what I pay.  So stoked.  I also received a refillable lighter and a groovy one hitter.  My second visit the budtender was also knowledgeable but not so chipper and I felt just a tad bit rushed (it was around 8pm on a Friday yikes) LOL.  I have been making my visits very low purchases to get a feel of which spot treats a person how (if that makes sense to yall), and even with the rush rush of the 2nd visit I will absolutely go back to Natural Selections.  The flowers are trimmed very well.  I was impressed with the prepackaged trim 8ths that are also available.  Had an edible - I do prefer mine LOLOL, but I would eat another if it was a give away.  LOVED the lighter and one hitter.  Seriously, that was cool for this old hippie.  Not sure if you're able to fill out all of the new patient information online before you go, but if you can I recommend that as they are stellar with wait times.  In and out, unless you're me and chat folks up! ENJOY

Sucks big time.  Liars and amateurs.  They have thrown some big money foolishly at this place, and so it's all a fake façade and front. Ultimately behind the scenes they don't know what the hell they're doing and it's corny as hell with very bush league product.

I've purchased from AZ Naturals in Mesa for a while now and they're customer service was (and is) great. I started utilizing this whole online ordering things with their Peoria location a couple months ago with mixed results. I placed an order today several hours ago, after about 30 minutes or so I hadn't received a response so I called--I was a little frustrated and mentioned to the lady that I was headed on a road trip and might not make it back before they closed so was hoping to pickup before I left. She had mentioned that they were busy and things were taking a little longer than usual. I received a follow up text after I had hit the road (maybe 20 minutes or so after the call) and responded a couple hours later when I could do so safely. Then nothing...Some 2 hours later I asked for a status update... Nothing. I text several minutes later to cancel the order and they immediately responded that it was canceled. There's no reason at all that an order of only a few items should take that long to prepare. She claimed to be busy, but c'mon. I won't be returning to this store. Very disappointed, I really like the Mesa location. But there are too many options available out here to return to this place.

Horrible rude all of my visits except for my 2nd one have been horrible experiences call Harvest in Avondale to get clarity same problem never will return never even made it past all my first time patient deals to get me not to come back smh

Unwelcoming atmosphere, staff appears bored and their "promotions" are virtually nonexistent (new owner is apparently quite cheap.)Definitely not worth the 10 minute car ride. There is absolutely nothing unique, interesting or worthwhile. It's like forgetting to buy the Thanksgiving wine and having to improvise with Boone's Farm from Circle K. Meh.Will it do for the dinner toast? Yep. Will everyone bitch about it endlessly? Yep!How desperate are you.?

Coming from a long time medical patient. When your cartridges are half empty, just exchange them when the customer comes all the way back to do so. Maybe do it promptly.Issue 1- I waited and and watched 5 people check out ahead of me when a manager had been requested as I walked thru the door by the receptionist. (She was the only helpful one)Issue 2- Guy at express counter filling online orders as opposed to helping inconvenienced customers.Issue 3- New employee mouths off and drops and F bomb.Issue 4- Manager comes out and has an attitude of her own. Didnt help the situation at all but instead pitches some bullshit about "big cartridges" sending out a letter saying all companies aren't filling them as much.Those are my issues. Their issue is that I'll drive to Bloom when I need to get more supply. 3 years of loyal patronage and mad loyalty points...gone!Update:I posted this for a resolution so I could possibly return to the place.Crickets. Ownership has no balls to confront a situation caused by its shitty management. I will post this everywhere I can jist so people know what they are getting into.

I've visited this dispensary twice. Once, after I first received my card and more recently, as an alternative due to my preferred dispensary having limited stock of my go-to brands.Honestly, I've never really had an issue here. Neither visit resulted in a long wait and the people I dealt with were all very friendly and quick to make recommendations based on my preferences.I can't speak for the quality of the "flower," as I am strictly an edible person that I use as a sleep aid. Although the variety isn't quite as big as I would prefer, the prices and the products are pretty similar to what you'd find at most places. I like my indica brownies and gummies and they (typically) have both available. If you're an MMJ user and live in the area, I think you'll be pleased.
