This place is just frustrating. I prefer to place my order online so I usually do not have to wait as long in line once I get to dispensary. I have now place about 4 orders online in past month, and have never received all of my order. They put stuff on their website that they do not have in stock. You arrive to find out they do not have your whole order, their policy is you can not then adjust your order. I think that was the last chance for them.
Just putting two thumbs up for this place ! The workers are great !!!! - it's just customers that are super rude - read the other two worthless posts - but pay attention toooo alllllllll the places they even leave reviews for - hmmmmm wow - yep you only have bad reviews , on places ... that ... JUST SUCK! ???doubt it - but Thank you Trulieve for everything you do - even if they don't have the ONE thing orrr u put an order in and GOD forbid your times worth it ..... I GET ITTTTTTTT - try another dispensary !! MOVE OUT OF MY WAY!!!! you alll GET all the stars from me !!!!!
I must say I feel blessed by the members of my trulieve 9 mile location. The manager Kim is not only beyond kind and considerate to clients of trulieve, but I feel she actually cares if we get our medication. What an asset to Trulieve. Every visit I am treated kindly and respectfully. Accommodations are made when I'm Ill and need assistance, and I had medication without interruption during the pandemic closures. This store is the best of the best.
I finally found a great product TruPowder and it's only sold by Trulieve and I haven't been able to find any in two months. Not online or in any store in the Florida area. I have spoken to the techs in the chat rooms and they can't find it any where either. They say it's on hold for regulation reason but couldn't explain what that meant.
They never have the concentrate i use. They never have ANY concentrates in stock come to think of it. But other than that, not a bad place to shop. They do have a nice inventory of whole flower most of the time.
Having to wake up at 5 in the morning to place an order that can't be filled is frustrating; More so when it happens multiple times within a 5 month period. Trulieve used to be better about cleaning up after its system when such errors occurred but not anymore. When I would usually get a call and an offer for an alternative, I was left a voicemail stating they'd simply cancelled it. That draws the final line for me. Happy Memorial Day Trulieve. You have one less customer and a bad review you can fill the space with.
The workers are all so great and very friendly. I feel so bad they have to put up with all of this. This dispensary is NEVER stocked adequately and they are ALWAYS out of something. Sometimes for weeks it seems. Their POS system keeps going down, and the wait times are just ridiculous. I never write bad reviews, but after months of dealing with the same issues, I feel it’s time to leave one. Hopefully upper upper management will see this and do something about it.
I've got to say this experience was wayyyy smoother than I was expecting. Shout out to Mr. Gordon for walking me through everything and making this experience comfortable and informing. The whole staff was great to be honest. Highly recommend from my perspective. Thanks again. Will be back for sure.
