If I could give them more stars I would! I got there this morning at 9am when they opened and they were ready. Katie at the front desk was very sweet and friendly! We had a fun conversation while she was checking me in. Everything was clean and very nice up front. The back was very spacious and open and very clean! I'm blanking on the gentleman's name that helped me, but he was very patient and had a ton of knowledge about the products! I asked a bunch of questions and he never seemed annoyed or like he was trying to rush me. The selection they had was very good and I was able to get everything I needed and even a few things the bud tender recommended . I'll definitely be back in the future!!!!

The environment here is top notch. You feel like a family, the budtenders even remember my name every time!! Not only that, but their prices are the lowest in the area AND they are dog friendly - NOT just service dogs!!! Love you TPR fam never change

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I needed help finding something to help my sleep issues. They were patient, and took the time to help me get what I needed. Can't wait till they come to Tracy!

So far No Dank a lot of options but none dank even the "premium" I've tried a handful nothing with good taste they all been "alright"

Only giving one star because I have to in order to write this review. Terrible customer service. Purchased a lotion for a family member and noticed that the expiration date was only a week away. I called and they said to go in person, that I would get an exchange. I drove 30 minutes, only to find out that the manager said that they couldn't give me an exchange, and they could only give me a "20% discount on any product that I was interested in buying" (at this point, they're almost mocking me with this "offer").

Today was my first visit here since the beginning of the pandemic. The staff was awesome as usual! They offer curbside service at their location, but I chose to go inside to see what is new and to get a good look at what they have to offer. They had exactly what I was looking for and the whole process was seamless!Again I would like to thank the staff here as they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to all my friends out in the "cuts".I would give 6 stars if I could!

Was an avid customer and a VIP but they lost my business all together after the conversation I had with an employee and a manager. The employee was unclear on why I dont get my VIP discount but the manager did explain it once i asked to speak to a manager. The manager then went on to say that her employee explained it to me word for word and I told her she didn't. She kept insisting she heard her explain it to me because she was standing over the shoulder. I have the recorded conversation as proof. I will be going over to show proof of how her employee explained it to me "word for word" and see if it was how her employee explained it to me. Not buying from them anymore and I'm sure they don't like seeing a VIP not come for business anymore.

They literally overcharge you and don't own up to their mistakes and they're a joke of a company. Lol. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I hate doing this but today was the biggest frustration in here ever. I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they can't sell me the product I want because it was not in the system but was on the shelves. Were is Emily or Justin when you need them. Sincerely Abel
