Oh yes, and flower choices are great, my bud tender new her job, others can lo earn from their business model

Kinda small selection and the flower (even though it was too shelf) was extremely dry. Like turned to powder dry. That being said, it still smoked nice and surprisingly not too harsh. They have plenty of other cool pipes and etc. They have a wheel you get to spin every time you go in various discounts and things like that. Definitely will be going back soon

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The theme and the decor are ON POINT! Staff were incredibly friendly and super easy to talk to. Came in just to try the dolato, had to come back and get one more round. The glass pieces in the case were fun to look at and I had a hard time walking out without taking one with me. I. Will. Be. Back!

I normally shop on the other side of the highway, but thought I’d try Tumbleweed for a change. My initial experience with Leo was great - the service was friendly and knowledgeable. This is exactly what one would expect. The issue arose after I left and noticed the label on one of the topicals I purchased had an expiration date that was just three days away. In other words, it had been sitting in their drawer for an entire year. I called to verify that they would replace my purchase with a fresh product. They confirmed that they would. When I went in, Jake acted like he was doing me some huge favor and that they normally wouldn’t go to this length. When I pointed out that I couldn’t visually verify the expiration date prior to purchase, he made it clear that it’s not their responsibility to sell fresh products and/or even glance at the expiration date on behalf of their customers. He was unapologetic, rude, and made it obvious my business did not matter. It was an absolute hassle coming back to have this issue resolved. To be met with such blatant disregard was appalling. Customer service is everything. With so many great options, a poor experience won’t win any repeat business. Needless to say, I will never shop at this, or any other, Tumbleweed. If they’re fine selling stale expired topicals, I’d most definitely question the freshness of everything else under their roof.
