I like this shop very much. The service is very helpful and they listen to your needs. The inventory is excellent, and their prices are fair. i like that the location and plenty of free parking.

I was told that they "didn't accept" my medical recommendation, which was strange since I've gone to literally dozens of different dispensaries both inside and out of CA and have never been turned away. My recommendation includes online verification and everything, so I am really unsure as to why I was turned away. Anyways, if you're a medical patient I wouldn't recommend wasting your time driving here just to get denied. I ended up going to The Leaf where they happily verified and accepted my medical recommendation.

Gotta say thank you to PRC for always hooking it up with great deals (especially if you order online) and with great product to match! Mike, the driver, really came through when other shops couldn't deliver to me today. He was quick, efficient and very kind, thank you Mike! And thank you Palm Royale!
