Worst dispensary in town. Do yourself a favor and go to Trulieve instead, where customer satisfaction is not an option, but guaranteed.

Run don't walk, WORST company (including corporate offices in MA) medical marijuana is supposed to be run like a pharmacy. I've ordered delivery, they forgot my rx. I received WET flower in one of their pods, I wonder if pot can get mold, same container had totally dried out (no resin to touch) the quality is below substandard. They rip you off, insurance doesn't cover this, so 1/8 oz @ $53 is not sustainable, especially when the product doesn't work. Called their order line waited ONE HOUR ON HOLD AND WAS DISCONNECTED, called again SAME THING HAPPENED. I tried contacting their corporate offices...they don't return calls. There are other dispensaries in the area, use them CURALEAF AS A WHOLE IS A BAD BUSINESS. I decided since they don't return calls, maybe the DPR needs to look them over.

Staff is incompetent. Management is worse. I placed an order for delivery And was told they would call to confirm a time I asked what time they will call and was told between 8:30 and 9 on a Saturday. I told them if they called at 8:30 to 9 they would get my voicemail.  They called at that time anyway and they did get my voicemail which meant the delivery had to be rescheduled. It was rescheduled for 11:30 the driver showed up at 9:45. No apology for the inconvenience.Next order there was a special discount for one day. I ordered 2 different products for which I should have received 2 different discounts. They charged me based on one discount and it was the lower rate not the higher one . When I called to complain they basically told me too bad that's not the way we do things.I have spent quite a bit of money at this dispensary and you can bet I will not do anymore business with them. They have no clue what the term customer service refers to. There are too many other places that don't treat their customers like crap.

I like this place but, I can't give five stars because they're always out of flour. Also a little pricey compared to Trulieve's $35 eighths.

Friendly Staff and they remember your name and make sure you are fully educated with the products and the whole experience was great  great quality products also

Nice place very nice people nice products this is the 1st time that this is happened to me but make sure you weigh your product when you get home Because mine was a 1/2 gram short 1st time it's happened shit happens

I've tried almost every dispensary in Deerfield, and Curaleaf is my fave. From my first experience with manager Rishan(?), and every experience after, always awesome. (Except for alll that headspace at the top of your carts. ) My issue is that you are one of the only dispensaries that don't allow tipping for your AMAZING delivery team. These guys are out here in the middle of a global pandemic, coming into contact with patients with existing medical conditions. My delivery guy is AWESOME, great attitude, loves his job. Curaleaf realllllly should reconsider this policy. A few bucks from a few people can add up and help these guys out!

I am very familiar with marijuana dispensaries as I live in Colorado. My mother who is up in years I got a license and shopped at this place and they were completely unconscionable. They up sold her two doses that would have really hurt her, they will not return anything. Or exchange. I do not think they really know what they're doing they are just in this for the profit. They gave her a tincture of  80% THC to go to sleep. She would've been in the hospital on that. Do yourself a favor and find a completely different dispensary. They also gave her instructions to do 90 mg a day, far from the 20 mg that was recommended for her.

Love the caring, educated folks at Curaleaf.  They provide great serve and knowledge.

Worst dispensary in south Florida! Don't go there to waste your time and more importantly your money! I placed 2 orders for delivery over 2 weeks that still have never been delivered! Called the 800 # Bc you can't call the dispensary god-for-bid! Got on the phone they "see" my orders don't have answer why it hasn't been delivered and yet they offered no solution, no remedy or anything! They only thing I was offered was " well sir I can replace your orders for you" get the hell out of here! First of all your products suck, if they're even in stock and second that's how you treat your patients?!?!?!? Worst dispensary in Florida hands down! Trulieve will be the dispensary to go to, have a million things in stock and from the moment you walk you're treated like family not like a piece money! Worst ever! Try to deliver my orders now I won't be excepting them! Already went to Trulieve and was so relieved! So disappointed and let down at how they see you as a dollar sign and not a patient. I will never enter a curaleaf ever again! I suggest you don't either!

The staff here are very nice, sometimes the line can be long but it's okay. Their products are great and they do give discounts and other bonuses sometimes which I really like. Over all clean professional place with staff that has a positive attitude

I just want to say that this dispensary is one of the best in Southern Florida. William V and Samantha are always amazing every time I go in. They have a nice Lobby excellent service and always have the things I need. If you're looking for an excellent dispensary in the Pompano Beach or Deerfield Beach area go to this one asked for William they're amazing. Lesley N

I went to the Curaleaf Deerfield website and was interested in a distalite product that according to their website said they had in stock. When I arrived at the store there were 4 people ahead of me.  I waited 30 minutes. Samantha who was very nice and helpful told me that they in fact do not have most of the products that are listed on their website. I was also disappointed to know that the 1 product they had in stock on their website, they in fact did not. I made a drive down to Curaleaf for a specific product based on their inventory from their website which was inaccurate. On my drive home I stopped at Trulieve Deerfield, which has been my go to dispensary since the getgo. I'd like to try other dispensaries out but I'm weary, so far my experiences outside of Trulieve have been mediocre.

Lack of product, o.k. Quality, managers have absolutely no idea how to run a dispensary, Reshawn always looks like a deer caught in headlights. Always a discrepancy in pick-up/delivery orders. They got rid of the girls who managed  e-commerce, now it seems like the online orders are more idle than executed. Inconsistent service, far from seamless, and wait time can be slow with hardly any one in the store. Brace your selves and come in with patience.

Once again, major issues with orders. For a place struggling with flower supply, they should be perfect with order handling! Far from that. Ordered Thursday AM ... called Saturday to check on delivery... was told Sunday or Monday and my order was ready and I the back. Once again, they took from my prepared order to fulfill someone else's .. and no more stock! Avoid this place !!! There are many alternatives that value customers.

If you're looking for your "forever"  dispensary, look no further!  Curaleaf Deerfield offers the best staff, selection, and all around experience that I've had the good fortune to find.  Everyone behind the counter seems to get along well and love what they're doing.  They will happily and patiently answer any questions you may have, and they are extremely knowledgeable of the pertinent subject matter. Their selection changes frequently, but there are always a wide variety of products to suit whatever medical need you have.  I have sampled at least a dozen different menu items, and every one has been perfect.  From shatter, CO2 oil, pre-rolls, and flower to tincture, topical balm, and breath mints, there is something for everyone.Their reward system is great.  Every time I make an order, I receive a discount as a result of my previous order.  I have no need for anyone else; Curaleaf has all my medicinal well needs covered.

They use to have decent products when they first opened, but have gone downhill since then.I bought a pina colada slim vape the other day. It begins with a pina colada flavor and finishes with a harsh chemical burn flavor. I thought it might be defective and tried to exchange it.I was told no. No refunds No exchanges no matter what. Glad it only cost me $18.00 to learn to stay with Trulieve.I have been going to Trulieve since day one and they never let me down. They have a reasonable return policy that I have almost never had to use. When I visit Trulieve I usually spend $400 or $500, I think it is odd Curaleaf would throw that potential business away because of an $18 defective item. Oh well. Live and learn from my mistake.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this pretender.

I honestly do NOT understand any of the negative reviews for this place. I've had nothing but positive experiences. This is my home store and am happy they are here! Highly recommend! They may not always have what you want but their customer service is outstanding and they are always getting more product.

Excellent first time experience at Curaleaf. I liked the fact that they do a new patient consultation to review your medical account in order to recommend products to help with your specific needs. They also have a menu board so you can see what products are available during your visit. Staff is extremely friendly and the office is very open and inviting. I left today feeling like I learned some new things and even received a few discounts on my purchase. Cash or CanPay accepted.

Stopped here with my wife, (she has a prescription). The young lady helping us was thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and totally professional, (she answered many questions too). Although not having another similar experience to base my opinion on this particular subject, felt 4 stars was a very honest rating~ which may go up as we get more familiar with this establishment and this type of business.

UPDATE: 12-28-2020I went there again thinking my first visit was such a positive experience that it was worth the drive to see if they could hold up. THEY DID! This time a guy named Justin helped me. He checked me in and saw that my birthday was in a few days and told me I would get a "birthday discount". I was so excited. He took me to the check out desk and the awesomeness just kept coming. It was 'BUY 3 get 4th free' yeahhhhhh another bonus! Then, he suggested I get an additional item (I did) and I was out the door in about 10 minutes. OHHHH and I got a t-shirt - This is worth the extra drive for me. Whoever does the hiring there should get a raise.12-3-2020I have been everywhere in Brevard and have given reviews based on what they have in stock, the price, and since I go there typically when I'm not feeling well, kindness. So, trust me when I tell you that Curaleaf gets 5-stars across the board in my book. I walked in and was greeted by my new friend, April. I was at ease right away. I am a new client so, she quickly filled out a complete profile for me (she apologized for the 5 minutes it took but actually, she was FAST). Once she was done she escorted me to the counter and was excited to help me. She offered a suggestion (which I took) and told me about loyalty discounts so I would come back (and I WILL be back)-This place restored my faith in going into a dispensary again. Thank you April (and her coworkers who also acknowledged my existence) Thank you!!PS - Please read the horror story I had at Trulieve (Melbourne, FL. location) because I ordered a delivery from them 4 days ago and I am STILL waiting

Great shop. Love the staff. Clean lobby and shop. No worries on Covid, everyone has a mask and gloves on. Customers must have masks. And the selection is wide and I love variety ? got my discounts and more. Can't wait to go back

Great place to fill your prescription. Wait times can be shortened by ordering online and picking up. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Parking Lot can be tight during peak hours but the staff efficiently moves customer traffic to alleviate parking. Prices are competitive with other dispensaries so Curaleaf ranks as one of the best.

Honestly, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Would only recommend this location if you enjoy waiting for 30-40 minutes. Staff is cool but you can definitely tell they are medicated probably what contributes to the long wait times.

My first visit with this dispensary was amazing. Wendy is awesome. She is all about teaching you and informing you! Will be coming back not only because of the wide selection but also because of the great customer service from all the staff! Thank you guys!

Very clean and the staff are all nice and helpful!! Wendy S. went above and beyond the line of duty..super informative and helpful! Took her time to answer and explain any questions I had over different products..she never made me feel rushed or hurried. This dispensary is run efficiently, little to no waiting time (usually) and are always well stocked!!
