I've been purchasing at this store for almost a year. Months back I was told I needed 2 forms of I'd with an out of state license. I went home, came back and was told bring it with me every time. The next visit, I was told I DID NOT need to have the extra "hoops", I was already in their system. I order online today and drive all the way out there to be told I need more ID again!!! The Botanist doesn't treat their customers like this. I've NEVER BEEN ASKED FOR EXTRA ID FROM THE BOTANIST...so its just Bloom employees being complete aholes...NEVER buy from this crap place again!

The staff was nice and the place looks nice. However, they shorten me on the medical medication I wanted. They advertised, 20 per pack of capsules, only received 11. I open the package, counted them, and put one close to my mouth and they accepted a return for it. as I only had an option of returning or keeping it.they did apologize for the Error.  I also got cheated out of all my money back, I paid sell taxes on my item, but only got the actual cost of the product back,... didn't feel like teaching the staff, mathematics and just wanted to leave, it was a long day....

Great staff knowledgeable lots of options prices are getting better as more cultivators come available lobby is very nice modern architecture definitely going back again and definitely recommend it to anyone with medicinal needs and a valid medical card, now with Edibles oils tinctures available so many more options for those who are in need.

This company sells you wrong products and won't let you return even if the product is still sealed and not tampered with. They said I can come in and they can destroy 140$ worth of concentrate I bought but can't exchange it even if I walked to my car and opened up the bag and realized they sold me the wrong stuff. when you guys read off the order you should really make sure that the customer bought the right type of pod for their battery if you can't return it, because now I have two pods that render useless.

I have been to Bloom Medicinals quite a few times and every time I go, i absolutely love it. Going here is my "social " time. It makes my day and my mood so much better. Literally all of the staff I have encountered are amazing! So helpful, personable, and just over all great to talk to. I am so thankful for this place and the staff.

I highly recommend doing a new patient consult your first visit. Dillon (with an I) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining all the different products and uses. The facility is very clean and the front staff were very friendly also.
