Everyone is extremely nice here and really makes you feel comfortable. The selection may seem small at first but they really have a good variety - especially when it comes to quality concentrate. I will definitely be coming back.

I came here recently for some sativa buds. The staff were very nice and professional. They recommended about six sativas and/or sativa dominant hybrids. None of these were top-shelf, but they were all high quality which in today's world of super strains is usually more than good enough for my liking. I checked them all out in the sample jars, and purchased four different strains, two 1/8ths each (I like weed). The buds came either in jars, or jars within boxes. Very professional looking. But when I got home and tried the first strain called "Clementine", I was bummed to find the buds were much less dense and immature than the sample jar. It got even worse when I sparked it up and quickly had a seed pop! I haven't had that horrible taste in my mouth since the 90's. I went back and ripped the buds apart to find a good amount of it was crappy seeded disgusting non-sensimilla. I managed to clean it up and rolled some doobies. It smoked OK, but definitely a C or C+. The second jar of Clementine had only a few seeds which was not as disappointing but the buds were also premature. The other strains fortunately were not as bad when it came to maturity, but they were all just mediocre. Nothing stood out. The Sour Diesel didn't have the pungent sour characteristics its known for. To be fair, I haven't seen great Diesel in a few years - it seems like these commericially packged strains may be more marketing than reality. And that's my main gripe. These packaged jars are the not cool man. If there's going to be a discrepency between the sample and sealed jars, as a connouseur of weed I'm starting to think that maybe legalization is a step backwards. Its a bait and switch. I want to see what I'm buying. My dope dealer would have never done something like this when it was illegal.And as a Pacifica home owner and tax payer, I'm not sure what's going on in our city. All of the dispenseries I frequented in the past have either had to shut down or stop selling THC. Its ridiculous considering the state legalized medicinal years ago and now recreational. And Pacifica residents specifically voted for medicinal dispensaries. Why is the city holding everything up? We're supposed to be generating millions of tax dollars already which has been gone to naught. Who's getting paid off here? Something is not right. Why is there only one place "certified"? Until the city sorts this out and we can get some competition in Pacifica so I can get top shelf buds again, the city of San Francisco will unfortunately be collecting my tax dollars.

In my introduction to cannabis, I have been to two dispensaries. The first one in San Francisco then this one. Phog Center requires a medical card but it's pretty straight forward to get. The first place I went to, which shall remain nameless, had a more darker almost speakeasy vibe. I didn't really care for that vibe.  Perhaps, if I decide to review them, you can find them in my review history. The employee I worked with honestly wasn't really much help at all.  Gave me the basics but nothing beyond that. I almost felt like he just wanted to get rid of me ASAP.  Not a good first impression. The Phog Center definitely made me feel welcome. The employees who were helping me pick really went through the details and even sat down with me to pick what I liked best.  I felt like a new Hogwarts student at Ollivanders Wand Shop where the bud chooses you lol.  Either way, it was definitely a more welcoming environment with helpful employees.  I will definitely be coming back to them as my home dispensary.

Says they are Medical but you have to be 21+ ?! Absolute BS! Whats wrong with a 19 year old with a valid medical card being able to access your buisness? Horrible buisness model and i hope they shut down soon!

Lucky I have 4 dispensaries within walking distance of me. They're all lovely people and they all have their own awesome flav & energy.  But Like in The 3 Bears... this place was  "Just Right" .We clicked. For one I Like the GENEROUS gifts. When Sampling dispensaries, I do LOVE the young folk but was so cool to vibe w budtenders tad closer to my gen I felt pampred.  Place is Beautiful.  SUPER organized but chill and fun.    Semi medical office/Buddha Bar. Super informative Profesional set up yet intimate. Best lighting ever lighting ... ...i'll be back

I highly recommend this place if you use marijuana for medical reasons.  The staff is completely professional and recommend options based on your individual needs.  I just love this group as they really care about their clients.  The prices are affordable unlike many other places.  And again, the staff is very friendly and helpful.  I just can't say enough good things about them.

Bad experience, can't say if it's me or them, but did not notice anywhere on the website that they are medical prescription only, no recreational. It's a bit far from 280 or any major highway to make the mistake.

I love, love, love Emerald Phog; great service, friendly people and decent delivery time. Out of all the dispensaries I have ordered from, this place is the best. They take cash or credit, reasonable delivery minimum, good supply of edibles,  prompt response to your order and they also manage to find my home without any problems. Thanks !!!

I came there for a replacement cartridge and they were so helpful and knowlegable. I even got my card renewed right there. Great service. Would love to see 1 gm cartriges in stock.

There is no reason to go here since there is literally another place two blocks away with more product, people with more knowledge and much cheaper prices.

I had a good experience in this center.   The staff was knowledgeable of their products and recommendations.  I purchased my tincture CBD oil and edibles to help me sleep and love it.  I would make it a point to come back and get my medicinal fix!

So good to have a cannabis club in Pacifica again. Medicinal only helps keep the customer service to a personal level. All the staff have always been so warm and friendly. We like the vape cartridges and edibles for my other half.

I didn't have a lot of cashed the day I walked into nnnnn. Our bud tender was really nice as he escorted us (me and a friend) up the ramp to a table with two chairs. Nnnnnn has a very bank like atmosphere with traditional passing over your identification and recommendation talking place while seated. Then the very official signing of the dispensary laws (basically don't share with non medical patients and don't act like an ass while inside). After all of the formalities, we finally got to smell the yummy herbs. I honestly have no idea what smells are good vs better, but some did smell more appeasing than others. Idk. My friends got an eighth of citris something and I got a $10 joint. After our transactions, our budtender couldn't let us leave without a dab. Budtender "Joe" seemed very inconvenienced when we asked for alcohol wipes. Hello. No infections are worth catching off a communal piece. Diesel was very turpy. Yummy. Overall, Phog was very efficient part of my day

Just moved to Pacifica, and found a great medical dispensary here in town.  Great service, and good selection!

They are very professional! I walked in and was sat down at a table and told them I needed something for insomnia . He got up and went to get some items and brought them back to me on a tray !! I felt like I was at the Four Seasons! He explained what everything was and it worked perfect !!! I slept like a baby !!

I jut moved to Pacifica and needed a new delivery service. Emerald Phog had a great response time and were very friendly. They worked with me on a delivery time, and were very prompt. The gentleman who delivered was SO professional and kind. The product is amazing, and they really know what to recommend based on my needs.I will definitely be staying with Emerald Phog.

I very rarely write reviews for the dispensaries I frequent, but this experience was too awesome to go unnoticed. I was having some issues signing up online, so I decided to call. The person who helped me (believe it was Jesus?) was so nice and professional and made me feel instantly comfortable and confident in using their services. I recently moved outside of SF, so it was a little tricky finding a club that would deliver to me. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this place. It was an easy and user-friendly experience, the medicine I received was excellent, and (since it was my first time) I got a very nice little goody bag from them! Jesus also let me know about additional deals I could benefit from for their dispensary and was very friendly when he arrived at my residence. I will, without question, be using Emerald Phog in the future.

I am somewhat new to the medical cannabis world.  I have extensive nerve damage and my MD suggested cannabis as an option to help reduce my constant pain. I specifically wanted a high CBD brand from a quality producer. I called around various collectives and was most impressed with the friendly, compassionate, and professional service of Emerald Phog.  A couple other places seemed like they were run by Jeff Spicoli types who spoke as if they had consumed a little too much product on the job and were put off by my specific questions.  CBD, what?  smhIn contrast, Joe was knowledgable and informative about the various products.  He patiently answered my newbie questions and specially ordered a high CBD/low THC cartridge.   They even threw in a nice quality, vape pen.  Delivery service from Corey was also friendly and professional.  Kudos!  I have ordered a couple times and plan to keep them as my dispensary. Emerald Phog is amazing!  Everything about Emerald Phog is top notch! Delivery service is professional and always comes with a smile. Everyone is so helpful, nice and friendly. Now with the new dispensary store, I feel like I can come to visit friends and family!  No need to go anywhere else!

So I was looking for a new club to try out for an affordable yet effective topical that is high in CBD, and I came across the phog Center on Yelp. And because they already had great reviews it was a no brainer, I was going to try them out, so when I contacted them and found out that I need to renew my medical marijuana card, it was a little bit of a bummer. 50 extra bucks I thought? But when I heard of why I needed to obtain a current one it made sense. I appreciated how when I was on the phone with them asking questions, they politely answered all of them. He didn't rush me off the phone, or tell me to look at the website for the answers to my questions. Which in my experience a lot of clubs do. I ended up going through the process of renewing my card, as I took in the beauty of the Pacifica sunset..so relaxing...then went there and spent about an hour there. It was hands down the most amazing experience I've had at a dispensery. Each employee inside was so nice and Jesus educated me extensively on every product I asked a question about, and although they had a few customers that did come in it didn't take away from the great customer service they gave me. I really like how the storefront is open so it's not all separated with employees on one side and customers on the other, that in itself made me feel more comfortable. Also you can see the products up closely without having to ask for them to grab it off the counter 5 feet away or bend down and trying to see it through a glass case. And, I really really really like the seating in there. I told the crew that it almost reminded me of like a game room set up where each table had about four seats and then in the middle was a container, which I imagine they use to put the product on to show customers. I thought that was unique too.  The owner Jesus was the one that was showing me the majority of the products but everyone that was in there that evening was absolutely wonderful Joseph at the front was super helpful with signing up and then Elliott one of the managers there was great with also helping me because I was having a little bit of a difficult time entering all my information and then there was Rob who laughed at all my silly jokes, which was nice because they were not that good lol. I ended up spending about 200 in there when I only went in for a topical. But I'm so glad I did. All the products I purchased were just as good as Jesus explained them to be. Thank you so much guys!They just have such a positive, laid back but professional vibe in there. The phog Center will definitely be my goto dispensery from now on.

What a good find!  Its accessible, easy entrance by my mobility scooter was bound to make it love at first visit, and  Jesús and Joe made ny first visit so welcoming!  Jesús gave me a very good professional consultation, answered all my questions, and guided me to three products to try, to address the spasms that make my legs kick at night, and to reduce pain I feel from overdoing or badly doing exercise or from just feeling! The topical cream works like magic ( I said "witchcraft" but it's craft of a Good witch! ) and the vaporizer pen is a little more elaborate than the disposable one I'd been using, but the product inside isn't as harsh and doesn't make me have that newbie cough every time, like my old one. I'm undecided about the edible mints, probably because why eat it when I can vape?! I'll be back when my pen runs out, for another cartridge.

Great service, good products and they comp some of the tax. Close to the beach if you want to take a nice sunset stroll afterwards.

I really like the customer service offered here at this location. The guys or gals working always do their best to answer any questions I have and are great with recommendations when I can't decide. To be fair I only get concentrates here so that is the product I have experience with and I'm always happy with what I get. They have some pricier options as well as more affordable ones. Sometimes they run out and I have to look elsewhere when they are waiting on deliveries but hey it happens. I keep coming back because its a great atmosphere which is not too far from home, the convenience makes a difference.

I love this dispensary! They are always so friendly and you should absolutely go to the store to get the full experience :) I will definitely be recommending this dispensary to any of my friends in the area!

This place is fantastic! It's a delivery only service and they sell really tasty products. I bought some Sugar Cone pre rolls that tasted amazing and they were sprinkled with kief. My delivery came fast and with open arms throughout the process. It was easy and quick to get them my information. The next thing I knew I had my first order with a free pre roll with my first order. Highly recommend this place

Ordered for my first time and had a great experience. I made my order online and within a couple minutes got a phone call saying they saw the order and will be delivered 30-40 minutes. I didn't keep track of time but seemed like he got here quickly. Very friendly people. Marcus delivered and very friendly and professional, he called as he arrived as well. Good prices as well. I called to get advice as to what I should take for severe nerve pain. Talked to the nicest most polite and informed guy named Elliot. He understood my needs, helped me get set up with an account and boom and hour and a half later my order was at my door. Awesome experience! Highly recommend

Super friendly staff, menu is large and they carry good selections. Product prices are fair for around the Bay Area, just be ready for Pacifica's tax.  Definitely going to check this place out again

I truly love this place;  all the guys here are so professional and extremely nice and knowledgeable!After dealing with the Cannabis Wellness Center (terrible!), this is a welcome relief.  I don't know what happened to the CWC, (probably operating under a different name), but the woman there was AWFUL! No customer service whatsoever...  These guys are it for me!  Thank you for improving my quality of life!

Chill spot, great staff, and super informative. Was on the way back from Mori point and needed a quick pick up. Check in was quick and no fuss, would def come back.

Loving my coastal cannabis connection -- it all begins at the PHOG! I call before Labor Day weekend, the place is hopping (lots of noise in the background). Jesus, who I have meet previously, had all the time in the world for me. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, helping me navigate the menu and order exactly what I was looking for to match effects, outcomes, and wellness goals, not rushed, cool as a cucumber and on point. He also gave me advice on how to unclog a vape cartridge (that they didn't even sell me). That's what good neighbors do. They deliver to my home on the coast, same day. There are deals and discounts. There are people there who really know their products and menus. As a cannabis industry pro (I run a boutique creative agency -- cannawise.co) -- I truly appreciate those who put in the time to educate and illuminate the effects of the plant in relation to what you need. We were vacationing in Halfmoon Bay Area and decided to check out the dispensary.  It was  lean organized very friendly and helpful.   ATM machine inside for easy access.

Professional and polite, with a good selection of flower and topicals. I haven't been to many dispensaries, but of those I have, this was the most comfortable experience. I will definitely solicit this establishment in the future.

I always receive the best service here! Whenever I visit San Francisco, I make sure to place an order for their edibles (to help with sleep.) I always look for recommendations and Robert T. never disappoints - all I have to do is mention what I'm looking for in terms of flavor and level of effectiveness and I have yet to receive a recommendation I didn't like. By far the most efficient dispensary I've come across and will continue to be a customer.

Unfortunately there is no menu or pricing that is visible. I was disappointed when paying at the end. Not because of the excise taxes. The budtender quoted prices that were in the $30-40 price range. However charged $57 for my flower before taxes; that I chose specifically because of the prices stated. There was no place to argue so I paid. Being transparent with pricing is key. I will not return as it felt more like a shady drug deal. Good flowers though.

Elliot and Rob are the truest form of gentlemen and scholars, Elliot saw me walking down the street instead of just standing there he Actually engaged me with a few chose words I was inside and buying something, Rob talked to me like only a concerned father would but instead of school and work he just wanted to know I was getting enough weed and the right kind of weed. I will solely shop here b/c of the simple top notch service thank you guys !
