The staff was helpful and easy to deeps with. Both Courtney and Megan were pleasant and well informed about the products they carry.

I wasted half an hour this morning trying to ask a question about two products. Waiting on hold all that time, I was disconnected. That's simply unacceptable. This happened before, so it is not an isolated incident. I am unimpressed with Curaleaf's customer service.

Medical patient, first time patient. Usually I go to NETA in western MA, but Curaleaf was local (same town I live in) so I figured I'd finally give it a try! The Veterans cannibas Project is great,  and I'm glad they continue to support other local businesses and people. I have asthma so i tend to rely on edibles for my medical needs. i was excited they had gummies and sweet tarts. When I got home I opened up the gummies... I was extremely disappointed!  They are hard and very chewy, almost like they were stale, the taste and texture was almost unbearable, but I ate it. The sweet tarts were just 'ok' I decided to contact them on facebook through private message! I waited all day for a response on their return policy for medical patients and not a peep, even after the message shows that they have seen and read my inquiry. Their products are inferior to NETA products and Cultivate products.  Since their products are inferior and they don't respond to customer inquiries, I wont be visiting them again, I will gladly drive an hour for better product and services!

I'm from LA where we generally have a fat variety of choices for Carts, but damn the Wax here got me lit. 10/10 would recommend, it was a clean high, would also like to mention the customer service was really sweet! Will come back next time I visit :)

It is not their product it is the staff that need to brush up on their people skills. If this is how they treat the Veterans than good luck to them. No I will not be shopping here again.

4/7/2020Curaleaf,  located at 425 Main Street is a small shop you can purchase cannabis from.  They have a book you can look at the has the names of the various products, that along with gummies, etc.You have to be 21 I believe to get in.  They also have security guards there that check and scan your ID before entering.

They have a great selection, prices are fair, and the bud tenders are friendly as well as knowledgeable.  My reason for the low review is because of the security staff.  I've been here twice and each time at least one of the guards has come off as a mall cop on a power trip.  On my trip today I mistakenly pulled into the property using the exit lane as there was no sign clearly stating it was only an exit from the road.  With a big attitude one of the guards sternly lectured me for over a minute about using the proper entrances and exits after I mentioned I did not see a sign and had politely apologized for my slip up.  The same guard and his parter were consistently taking off their face masks whenever they were not directly checking people's IDs who were in line.  The other guard made a comment to a woman behind me in line stating that she did not have to wear a mask in line and followed it up by loudly proclaiming "this is America not Communist China".

I normally shop here everyday basically. Flower is good but the pre-rolls were not trimmed properly. They weigh the nugs and grind them up with the stems. Wouldn't recommend pre-rolls. Very unhealthy to smoke. Also should invest in new security as they lack on their jobs and have serious attitude problems. Treat everyone with disrespect and act like they're so much better with their party city costumes on.

I love this place, the staff is fantastic ...and if you play your cards right and go there on Tuesdays and get that 25% off and all the different discounts it works out good . I have a medical there I suffered from everything from anxiety to Tourette's syndrome, and they are so accommodating !!!

My go to dispensary!!! Not only do they have a variety of strains but they also have great prices and discounts! I definitely recommend!!! Staff are super friendly as well as knowledgeable! Every time I leave with a smile, and never an issue! I do wish they'd carry a little more Indica strains with THC higher than 20%. Either way, overall I must say what they do carry definitely does it's job!

I read good things about Curaleaf online and when I saw it as we passed by we made the split decision to stop. Online ordering was pretty easy and they had a lot of decently priced edible products. It's always interesting to me to see the range of prices for medical dispensaries. I see the same brands sometimes $20 apart in pricing (as was the case here). So, their prices are more than fair compared to similar dispensaries in the state.It wasn't busy when I arrived. Plenty of parking and what I loved was they distinguished medical versus recreational. Sometimes you arrive as a new customer and there's no signage and you have no idea which door or line and it's frustrating but here everything was very clearly marked.Inside, there was paper work to fill out as a new patient but it didn't take long at all. The same woman working that desk was the one who filled the order inside so I'm not sure if it gets slow with a crowd or if more people usually work there.The items were very good and affordable and I appreciated the clear signs and instructions. I would definitely return if in the area.

WARNING: Pre-roll/ Shake are ground seeds and stems.Save receipts for any returns regarding this issue.No one likes to feel ripped off but after purchasing my 3rd pre-roll w/ seeds I had to complain. Ground up seeds in the pre-roll make it unbearable to smoke! All you taste is seeds and there is no high because your smoking seeds! I brought what was left of my pre- roll and showed the manger. She told me since I had no receipt she could do nothing. She said if I had a complaint in the future to bring in the product w/ receipt. I did bring her the product but she had no interest in taking down the product label info. Unfortunately she was not able to offer me any discounts or anything to appease my complaint. I've spent $$ to basically throw the product away! Yes, I threw 2 joints away because you can Not smoke Seeds!

They are doing better in comparison to other recreational dispensaries. Great pricing, hands down! Not bad wait times, any lines move quick. Definitely worth the stop.

This use to be my go to dispensary seeing I live right next door but this ended today. Some of these guards shouldn’t be working here! Very unprofessional and rude. As far as the products must say there not that great also. They always have the same products and the quality isn’t that good, there has been several occasions in which I’ve found seeds in my flower. I rather drive 20-30 min make sure I’m getting the best quality and service, then coming here to deal with rude guards, if you don’t like you job you should find a new one or maybe smoke some flower to change the mood and ways of some of these guards!

Friendly staff but when you have lines outside try to be quick please. Decent price but supply does get low at times. Overall,better than most dispensaries
