Horrible customer service, made a online order got a text it was ready drove down to the shop. Called after I parked only to be told the printer isn't working, so with the 10 min it took me to drive there, then sit and wait for a spot to open, then call you  to tell me that, then you tell me to come in and shop when their  a line clear out to the street, yeah no thank you. I will take my business somewhere else you lost a solid weekly customer.

Ok.  I wrote a review claiming I don't have a favorite pot shop.  I clearly was lying to myself.  This is on the East side, and it is my favorite of the 3 I frequent.  It's clean, the staff is awesome and I do not feel pressured or like they are forcing a brand or  sales.  This is the BEST location for pre rolls. And all around best pricing in Vancouver

UPDATE AS OF TONIGHT They now have KUSH VALLEY FARMS which is my favorite and they are 1 gram joints for only 2 bucks and the strain they have right now is steaberry skunk and it is so bomb i am an experienced smoker and i couldnt even finish the joint u had to out it out i bought two ksuh valley farms pre roll joints tonight so i have 1 full one thst hasnt been smoked and i have half of the first one lol i have 1 n q half joints anyways this strawberry skunk is super bomb.

you guys did not accept my guam id or my military id, i was turned away at the door, which makes no sense because it is in fact a valid US id.  I will not be coming back.  Catch me at main street and herbery‍

My wife and I started going to this place in 2019. We were looking for edibles for my wife's fibromyalgia and something for sleep with me.  We have yet to have any bad experiences.  People have always been nice and informative.  How they have handled the pandemic has also been great.  I will say, the later you go, you get some employees that are clearly high, but it's more comical than anything.  It hasn't swayed us.  And lastly, it does suck they do not always have products you liked, or gotten to like, but we know it's not always their choice.  They are willing to help you find ones that are similar. I highly recommend them.

I'm not even exaggerating when i say this is THE BEST cannabis shop in town! They have exceptional staff that are knowledgeable and down to earth. They also have the absolute best prices and deals around! I even introduced my sister to this shop back when she lived in Portland, she would drive all the way here just to go to them. Now she lives in Hazel Dell still drives all the way over to get to them. I WONT BUY MY CANNABIS PRODUCTS ANYWHERE ELSE!

I'm so grateful I found this shop!  They were taking online orders before Covid-19 & I utilize their Monday's discount of 20% off! There's a place near my house but, they never have discounts so I drive farther for this outstanding place! Their super cool people & now I'm doing their curbside pickup which I ADORE!

This is my go to place for marijuana because it's close to where I live. I usually stop by near almost closing time because I hate crowds. It's typically not too busy. Customer service is alright. I always place online orders so I can be in and out of there. One thing I don't like about this place is the people that stand by the door to check ID's, they can be pretty rude sometimes. Every time I wait in line they don't say hi, all they tell you is to whip out your ID. They need to improve on making it more clear on when to go inside. After the door person tells another employee inside that I have an online order they would look at me and wave there hands around telling me to go inside. There's been plenty of times where I've made the mistake of trying to go inside then get yelled at because it wasn't my turn.

High 5 has a great selection of products The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable.... They also are VETERN FRIENDLY  10% EVERYDAY... SENIOR discount every TUESDAY... EDIBLE discount on Mondays... and l low ATM fee $1.25.... IFyou live in EAST county and especially ORCHARDS .... high5 is my new go to place... just SOUTH of Kaiser and Sifton easy parking .... it has a great VIBE....

It was my first time here! Rell was the budtender who helped me out and the entire time he was cracking jokes while helping at the same time. He told me about all of the deals on the particular days of the week, he was incredibly enthusiastic, and clearly loved doing his job! I really appreciated everything about this place, from the selection to the employees, and will return for sure.

This is my all time favorite dispensary in Vancouver. I have been to all of them and High 5 is head and shoulders above the rest.The staff know their MJ most definitely. They have specials running every day of the week, plus vendor days every Friday with awesome deals from their featured vendor.Add to that they have a dedicated head shop in the same building and High 5 is your one stop shop for all of your MJ needs.Highly recommend you stop by and experience it yourself.

Love this place. At least compared to the Portland dispensaries, in this one the budtenders are so much friendlier and more knowledgeable. They also have a huge variety of products, including various edible concoctions and concentrates. Kief and hash are unusual and they have them, including 5* hash.

High 5 Cannabis was my first, and at this point my only, visit to a cannabis dispensary. You could say they made popping my cherry an easy and pleasant experience. You see, I've never purchased marijuana from anyone legally or not.I have no plans to become a frequent flyer but I did want to try some cannabis for pain relief and muscle relaxation. My back was locked up in knots the massage therapist couldn't deal with. The muscle relaxant the doctor prescribed took me for a ride I didn't want to repeat.  My experience was great. The owner and staff are super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I left with a tincture I can use during the day for pain and muscle relaxation as well as yummy chocolate peanut butter edibles I can use for relaxation and fun.Can't comment on their stock since I have nothing to compare it too but it seemed to be a large selection.

Cringing so hard at these negative reviews. I've gone to this place forever and they are ALWAYS so sweet and knowledgeable. Prices are amazing, so everyone saying "go to Portland" must be unaware of pricing reality when it comes to those products. I would go out of my way any day to come to this shop over any other. Great selection, awesome staff andddd the service is always fast even if they're packed! Thanks guys, the real ones appreciate you!!

I love coming in and getting immediate help from a super knowledgeable bud tender. Everyone is really friendly and I'm never disappointed. This is my go to place and has been for a couple of years now.

The Bud-tenders are rude and very ill informed. They get mad when you ask questions and are all in all just quite pompous in general. I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone, the pricing is honestly terrible especially for the quality delivered.

I posted a less than stellar review after a negative experience.  The owner reached out to do anything she could to fix it, which is stellar and much appreciated.  She was very nice and the employee who was responsible was just having a bad day, as humans do.  Things are good now and this is my favorite spot, despite occasional issues.

My husband and I love this place. The people who work here really know the product and they are so helpful, patient and full of awesomeness. We love Vendor days and senior days. It's sometimes very crowded in the parking lot but it all works out. Great prices and specials

This was my favorite store for 3 years. Sunshine farmer brand is my favorite.  Since I moved out of east to downtown. I'm gonna miss this store.

In addition to the following, I've been to several local 402 shops and High 5 is the best of the best. Fantastic staff. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and interacting with/helping customers. I've been to other Main shops where they look irritated that they have to answer questions. It looks to me like some have a floor boss that keep employees to their quota. Not High 5 that I can see. No rush. Chill atmosphere. Anyway, re: Covid : On June 6th after loosened social activities. Fantastic experience. They obviously take health officials recommendations and everyone's safety seriously and still provide friendly, efficient service. This reflects well on the 402 community for the responsible and caring attitude that many have. They limit the number of people in the store to 9, including staff. The line outside had markers for social distancing. The masked employee checking IDs had people lift up their IDs, got just close enough to see it then backs away and has you take off your mask, which appeared required as everyone inside had masks on, as far as i remember. Employee stops you at 6ft at the door and has you wait just inside until another customer leaves. You follow a rope which separates you 6ft from the assistant who is behind plexiglass. Roaming the glass cases you are separated from the assistant by the width of the case and a rope 2-3 ft out from the cases. There may have been plexiglass at this point as well but for sure at checkout.

I just love everything about High 5! The staff are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, pleasant and the products are amazing! Shout out to Brian! He knows exactly what I like and has never steered me wrong. MaryEllen Thompson

forever going to be my favorite shop! high 5 is constantly bringing in new products to try, with SO much variety. i completely adore the staff, they're always honest and so relatable. the bad reviews do make me a little sad to see because i know how hard everyone here works to satisfy the customer. non commission, and never pressuring for tips. i just love seeing all the friendly faces and always having recommendations for DAAANK quality buds! ya just can't get this anywhere else. atleast that's my personal experience. i love u high 5

I used to work here, and they fired me in a very shady way. After losing my dog to a vicious dog attack, and than having to put down my cat- everything just went down hill. I lost my girlfriend and step son which almost broke me for good, but not quite. I was still working and could afford rent! I than got accused of drinking, I was asked by the owner Callista "I know you're going through a rough time so are you drinking before work?", Like are you kidding me right now? Maybe a couple weeks later or more, I was pulled into the office because I was told I won a contest. The owner than asked me to sign a drug consent form and I was like whatever, I'm not on drugs obviously I couldn't afford them, I was paying for a 1 bedroom apartment all by myself! They then rushed me to the drug testing facility on a Friday, the busiest day of the week! ! Soon after that I was fired and the reason was for stealing. Now there's rumors going around that I stole hundreds of dollars from them and was on drugs. Very shady place to work.

Excellent service from Jerrell and Sky. After proper door checks, they explained to me with superior knowledge the products that would best fit my style. I am extremely satisfied, reccomend High 5 to others, and consider this my first and only go to.

HORRIBLE customer service!  Last time I spend money here!  If you're looking for someone to look right over you & wait on the group behind you then ask for Christine (black girl, only noting this because Christine is a common name & I want to make sure the RIGHT one gets this credit)!!!!!  I usually get decent service until lately & today with "her" was my LAST stop!!  Many choices out there, steer clear of this one!

Happy, knowledgeable budtenders made this a pleasurable experience. ID is checked at the door and you're able to check out the plethora of goodies available for smoking, eating it whatevs you're into. The Bruce Banner strain appeared to be very popular the day I visited so I picked up a few pre-rolled for some stocking stuffers for all you good boys and girls. Footnote: Yelp hint at bottom of this review in progress reads "you're rolling now..."

Some of the reviews DO NOT do justice to the great people that work at this location. Recently moved from LA to Vancouver WA and tried many shops many that simply didn't have good buds or prices did not match the quality. High 5 has been the most consistent shop for me with lots of choices low to high grade. Bud tenders are friendly. On one occasion I was short 1$ the bud tender gave me a dollar out of his wallet and covered me. Not gonna get that kind of service anywhere else. Some of the reviews on here are due to personal issues with the location not an overall review of High 5. Hope this helps, blaze on ents

This is one of my favorite shops to go too. The employees are very friendly and will help you get exactly what you want in your price range. They are a little more spendy than other shops but you won't be disappointed with the quality.

So yea the guy at the front door is a douche.  The bud tenders are always trying to push the crap the stores not selling.  Long blond hair girl earing in her nose showed me some shatter she bragged was so "clear and tasty" feeling totally disrespected since the shit was actually as black as night I bought $60 tanker and kept the other $140 I was going to spend there and went somewhere else.  The tanker was bomb too bad this is a shop for the 25 and under "trendy" crowd.  Guy at the front door needs to be reminded not everyone who comes in there is a fucking criminal and shouldn't treat people as such.  He's a doorman check the id's and stfu no need to be a condescending asshole.  And if he wants to be a cop or a detective tell him to go back to school.

I will never go here again ! I have very bad arthritis and my son drove me to high 5 after my purchase when I am just aboutIn my car a man from the store stops me and starts telling me how it's against the law to sell weed in there parking lot and saying some other stuff at this point I'm like what are you talking about? He says the girl at the front who takes your Id said the kid in my car came in a different car then got in my car! I said that's my son he is 24 and he drove me here because I couldn't drive today due To my arthritis. I don't have a problem with them asking me but to accuse someone of that is ridiculous I am a business owner a mom and almost 50 you would think people who are 420 friendly wouldn't be such A Holes.

This is bar-none the best weed shop in the PNW.  They have awesome budtenders who are knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly.  I will never go to another weed shop again.  I have gotten a bad vape cartridge there before and had it replaced by Robert the manager with no problem whatsoever.  I can't imagine what that other person was talking about unless of course she didn't bring her receipt or the original packaging.  They tell you quite clearly what their policy is and if you bring those in with the failed cartridge they replace them no problem.

Just moved here from Cali only been to a couple dispensary's so far high 5 is my favorite! Bud tenders are all super friendly and usually in n out which is amazing definitely a happy customer

They have the worst service ever! Go to Portland. Way better product and service. Chalice has the best prices and is close by. Plus they take the card.

These people are so friendly and knowledgeable! I have been to other places in the area but this store is like the Nordstrom of pot.  The service is amazing.  Admittedly I was a looker and just curious, so it was just nice to see that kind of service.  I'll recommend to anyone in the area.

Best shop in Vancouver hands down. These guys have it figured out - I've never felt anything remotely similar to what I've read up here. I'm there daily and have been since day one and I feel lucky to have high5 to go to. Its sorta like my coffee shop now - pleasant friendly knowledgeable staff and excellent service. The owners can often be seen helping people on the floor, the selection is excellent the warranties offered are clearly stated and they will stand behind those warranties. Vuber has a lifetime on the pens - they overnight the replacement usually and it's been a godsend having a lifetime warranty on my pen as I own 3 and have replaced one. Good Job High - 5 - to the stars and beyond!

This is my favorite place. Most friendly staff and most information I have got from any dispensaries on products.  I have been to a lot of them and High 5 is on top.

This is an edit from a 1 star review:I initially posted an issue I had during my last visit, which I felt was less than ideal. This wasn't a staff or store based issue (staff has always been great and the store is both clean and well laid out) but rather an oversight on a product description (since corrected). The owner reached out to me on here, listened to my concerns, explained what action they were going to take to resolve the issue long term, and then offered to make the immediate issue right. Needless to say, I was blown away by both their tact and efforts to correct the oversight long term. This is the first issue I've encountered in my almost weekly visits to the dispensary (over the past 6 months) and the manner in which it was resolved has made me a life long customer. If you want to support a local dispensary that actively listens to their customer base, on top of having quality products, I urge you to check this place out. Curbside pickup is painless and the staff is phenomenal.

I would have put zero stars had they allowed it because that is the type of service I received. I placed an online order so that I did not have to wait in line. The website clearly says skip the line by placing your order in advance...which I did. The lady watching the door said they could not find my order by name. I showed her the text confirming that it was ready and she didn't even glance at it before telling me to go get in the back of the line because they had lost it. I said that I did not have time to do that which is why I had placed the order an hour before, and drove 40 minutes to their store, and that I should go to the front of the line. She said have a nice day. So I drove all the way to their store after placing a confirmed order and left without any cannabis. Thanks so much hi 5. Not.

Been going here for a few years now and any time I try any other dispensary it can never replace High 5! The staff is always very nice and knowledgeable, they get to know regulars and always make me feel welcomed and part of the fam. Highly recommend them and will continue to make the extra drive over going somewhere closer instead. Great people not much more you can ask for

I pick up product for my husband when he is at work and unable to stop by.  Tyler helped me last week when I stopped by for my husband. He was knowledgeable, informative and great to talk too.  He made the experience easy for me since I am not a smoker.   He explained everything and answered all of my questions.

Quick and efficient dispensary. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. The online menu makes the selection process a lot quicker. Line outside while store is at capacity - but they had canopies and heaters for the customers during the short wait. We got two carts. They offer a warranty on the carts for 30 days if they stop working. Good business. Will be back.

I moved to the area during the shutdown, so I have no idea about the inside. I've used their online ordering system 3 or 4 times, and it's been...ok. Here are my issues:-I bought 2 vape batteries and 3 cartridges because I wasn't sure what they had and what worked with what. The cartridges wouldn't pull, then started leaking. I told an employee and asked if I could swap out the defective pods, she said no. She said to clean them off, and I did but they still didn't work. I don't see that battery and pods on the dutchie site, so maybe I wasn't the only one. -last time I went there, on "munchie monday" I didn't get the discount, which sucks because I spent some money. See picture.Full price on munchie monday. I have an immunodeficiency, that's why I use curbside pickup. When employees walk up to the car demanding a total, they should provide a receipt. Instead every time I've just been given a vague total (last guy told me it was under $200 and he'd bring me change) then ~10 minutes later someone thrusts your change and order through the window. I also never know how much to tip because I never know the total until I'm driving away. I think it's ok if you get the discount. Nice you can order online. Probably won't go back unless I'm in the area. Life is stressful, I want my weed experience to be smooth and easy.

Great products, great deals, good people. I've gone in growl-y and in a bad mood before. Once upon a time, I had a less than stellar experience and I left a less than stellar review (years ago). That wasn't very fair of me. We all have bad days. This is my shop. Through years and the days where I've gone in grumpy or disheveled or whatever, they've assisted me with my purchases. I'm loyal to this shop and when I go other places I'm always comparing and finding other places fall short.

Yes, that’s a California plate! Let’s just say that with a 14.5hr drive and two track days, my back needed some relief! High5 to the rescue with a knowledgeable staff, super clean facility and the goods to get me home to CA! CBD infused KT tape for the road as well some DD capsules and Dragon salve for the evenings ????

THE dispensary in the entire Portland metro! Very friendly staff, competitive prices, and phenomenally great experience overall. They make you feel comfortable within 3 seconds of being there. I'd go there 11 times if I was only allowed 9!

Every body is so happy and helpful! I love this place. I am 60 years old and all the young people treat me like a queen :) I have gone to a few other dispensaries in Orchards and every one has made me feel like I am a bother. I am not high maintenance at all. All I want is something to help me sleep at night because melatonin doesn't work for me.
