I would like to thank Ray,he gave me great service.Also a woman brown hair,she has helped me few times.Just the best.Orange Park location,is a good location.Their stock is fabulous.Wonderful people.They will see me alot.

Inefficient. 2nd Trulieve I've tried. The first at Beach and University. HORRIBLE.  This one is just as bad, worse. Received an automated text advising my order was ready for pick up and I could check in online to minimize my wait time. I did. Waited in the parking lot until I received a confirmation text to come inside. I ventured up to the door and there's 2 peeps ahead of me followed by a security guard.  I asked the people if they checked in and they said no. I told the security guard that I received a text saying to come inside. He said, "he'll let me know when I can come in." I waited. Finally got in the lobby and re-checked in. Had to wait AGAIN. Unacceptable.

So this location is the closest to where I live. The other two locations are on Beach Blvd and 3rd st. Staff has been okay for the most part. They have a lot of rotating staff too. Their stock fluctuates a lot too. I generally stick to carts with the occasional concentrate. Facility is usually clean. People are only able to come in with masks. You can do an online order to help avoid waiting if you were to choose walk in, instead. They also do text message and email updates to let you know when your purchase is available for pick up. You can check in upon arrival and they have a wait timer on the website to show you what the estimated wait is. When you walk in you give them your patient card and they call you back when they're ready. They have an ATM on site, it charges 3.50 for a fee, so hit your bank before going to avoid that. They allow debit cards now, but they also charge a service fee. So cash is your best bet. They offer discounts to EBT holders, seniors, veterans, and first responders. You can also gain points while going too.

I've been to various dispensaries in the area and have had nothing but great experiences. That all changed when I walked into Trulieve. Poor customer service. Very disappointed in my experience.

This is the worst Trulieve location I have been to. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The unkempt management told an employee "good luck" with handling the transaction because his register was not working. No secret that the management at Trulieve is lacking and always changing because of this.

I like this location usually not as busy as the one downtown. I try to always order ahead as I am choosy with what works for me and this ensures I get what works!Customer service is always excellent!Good parking as well.

Best for variety and high thc products. My favorite place to start when I am looking for sales, they usually have some kind of discount available.

This was my first time at a dispensary. We went in and there was no wait. Was called to the back and spoke with a consultant who explained the whole process along with the items. All the associates were very nice and friendly. Will definitely be going back!!!

They didn't give me all I was asking for but other than that it was fine

Come in upset angry and mad and I. Lots of pain leave back out with a ???????????????????? and happy

I love going to Trulieve at Orange Park. I have became familiar with several of the staff to where we greet each other when I stop by. I have had to return a couple things that were not working correctly and it was absolutely no problem. Awesome dispensary to go too. Awesome product! Great Choice! ?
