This place is awesome. Not only do they have amazing flower selection and great deals- this location has a freaking smoothie/cappuccino cafe where you can infuse all kinds of coffee drinks, milkshakes, etc with CBD! Too dope. Friendly staff and a really welcoming and chill atmosphere, the east side location also has an open mic area and they often host events! AND there's a glass/merch store too. Anything you need- is here. Erik Providence is a particularly amazing budtender here, ask for him!

I I stop here once in a blue moon on my way to and from Portland as they have much better selection compared to my local place in Oregon. Very much enjoy the fact that the workers can give you advice on what to try rather than just be told that they can't say anything because it's Medical. Anyway, very friendly and looks like they just remodeled part of it. Open and easy to get to and definitely some place to try if you are just looking to get rid off the freeway, get in, get out, and get back on the freeway. Easy, easy, easy!

I have always had hood experiences with the West Side Greenlady. I went in last night and was sold 2 grams of gorilla glue #4 grown by Bud Brothers NW. It looked real leafy but I was assured there was bud in it and that it was a "good smoke".  It was a good deal so I took it, trusting my bud tender.  When I got home and emptied the pouch, there was absolutely no bud in it. It was all leaf. It was not even bud trim, there were no trichromes on 90% of the leaf.  I smoked 2 fat bowls, which were rough, tasted green and screwed up my throat, and achieved ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT.  I am a low income medical patient and spent my entire budget on 2 grams of throw away material.   Thanks a lot!!!  I'd post a pic if I could.

Loved the ladies that work there and the guys too. I've been coming to this location for at least two years twice a week or at least once a week. I bought a Vape cartridge and a Vape battery from them. Unfortunately my Vape cartridge broke because the bottom had come out somehow. I've been smoking Vape's for a while but this is the first time I had actually had something like that happened. When I brought it to the store the manager immediately told me there is nothing that he could do about it and that it wasn't their problem because he didn't know if it was actually the Vape pen that was defective or if it was the battery that did it. I wasn't trying to get a return I was literally trying to exchange it for the exact same Vape cartridge that I had issues with. He was extremely rude to me and I was super surprised especially because he himself has been someone who helped me. I brought the packaging and my receipt to the second location and they exchanged my Vape cartridge with no problem. This guy put such a foul taste in my mouth that I will no longer be returning here. This was a one stop shop for me I got my coffee here, I was able to get my cartridges here and any accessories that I needed and I was also able to get my sons lions mane here as well. I'm sure they've got plenty of business to not worry about one loss customer. The manager lacks effective customer service  skills ; thank goodness for the ladies .

This is one of the worst dispensarys my husband and i have been too. They dont know shit about their product and they sold us a defective cartridge we tried it as soon as we left and it didnt pull for shit we went right back in to tell them and the girl said she offerd for us to try it before we left so they cant exchange it but that was a lie she never offerd us that we would of jumped on that offer not only to try it out but also because we wanted to smoke we hadnt had any weed all day that was bullshit. Other than that they really dont offer shit for new patients either and their selection is blah

Horrible experience. I usually go here for my needs. It's closest to my house and the selection is always good enough and prices are same as everywhere else. Last time I was there, I bought 1/8th and two pre-rolls. The kief rolled resin kind. I left and had things to do all day. I got home after 9 and the pre-rolls where not in the bag. I called immediately and got the machine. (After hours) I left my story, my name and phone number and asked someone to call me back. No one called me back so I went down there to talk to someone. Two girls were there. I told my story and they both looked at me and didn't really say anything but "um..so... um. I can't check the video or anything."Huh cameras? What?  I told them there was no reason to. Just talk to the girl that was working. She repeated that she didn't have cameras to check... I said again, no need and told her the date and time and what the girl looks like. She confirmed the identity of the sales person. Then they both looked at me blankly again. I asked them if there was someone more informed I can talk to like a manager. "No he's not here today."I gave them my phone number. Again. And two days went by and no call. I called again and left another message. No return call. Here's the deal. All they had to do was check the schedule and see who was working, and check the inventory. Instead I got nothing. If they called and said "I'm sorry it's against policy or law or rule to give you what you need" this review would not be negative and I worked still shop there. They've lost my business and the business of my family. Four people. The two who were working were completely useless and so is management. Puget Sound Marijuana is 6 blocks away. They will be happy with my business.

It is completely unnecessary to scan an identification. They want to scan your ID on the way in and twice at point of purchase. This pulls all of your information. Why do they need your personal information? The prices and product are nothing to brag about either.

Every time I go in here, I find myself a new favorite budtender. Today I hot exceptional service from Aaron. What a solid, awesome man! Gorgeous baby blue eyes, too! His weed recommendations were stellar, but his overall kindness and hospitality are what put him at the very top of my favorites list! I love my Green Lady peeps on Pacific for sure! Dilly dilly!

Prices are higher than other local stores. Went there for their "green friday" sale. Waited in line only to be told the advertised item was not available. It wasn't that they had run out, they never had it.

They get two stars for good customer service in the front half of the store, but their way overpriced way overpriced. So I didn't buy anything try different shop.

Good vibes, so happy they opened the store up and extended it. I love the set up. Quick in and out always having a tun of options. Sadly my bf and I moved back to AZ but this was a favorite among others to visit first!

Patients matter. Get your system fixed. Went to the Westside location and they told me the computers were down for patients but not for rec? How does that even happen. Called ahead to check the eastside location and they told me their medical service manager quit. Used to like this place but this really pissed me off

showed up at 8:58 just got off work to grab some buds and the 2 guys closing shop literally turned the open signed off while looking at me through the front door. I understand I was 2 min until closing, but in a customer service based industry you would think they would be cool enough for a quick sell. Apparently not the case. plenty of rec shops around, will not recommend this place to anyone and will take my business down the street! thumbs down to green lady

This place is so lovely, each staff person is super knowledgeable and is more than capable at giving you what you want in addition to what you need. I recommend this place over any other in the Tumwater, oly, and lacey area!

Green Lady offers a secure retail environment. The staff was courteous & informed.Updated:They seriously need an ATM.I go to competitors now ...because they do have one.

My wife bought a vape cartridges from them a couple months age.  It didn't work at all on her battery, so I tried mine.  It still didn't work.  I told her to take her receipt with the packaging and they have to give you a refund.  When she went back the next day she had talked to a manger.  She was told that she had to go outside around the corner to see if it worked with the battery they had provided.  She told them she wasn't comfortable doing so since it is illegal to smoke in public.  So, the manager(a lady) said she went outside and said she heard in crackle so she wasn't going to exchange it or give her money back.  I just think the customer service was horrible and I have never had a recreational shop tell me no they won't give me my money back on a defective product.  We haven't been back since!

I have neuropathy in my feet and arthritis in my hands and I was told that there was a cream or salve that I could buy to help alleviate the pain. So I went to GLM to look for some. As soon as I opened the door I was literally jumped at by some kid sitting in a chair demanding to know what I wanted. I stated I was looking for some pain relieving cream, he points to the room on the right and says the girl at the counter will help me. So I head over to her and she says hello and what did I need help with. After telling her what I was looking for, she says she can't help because she's not open yet(?). My guess she meant her register?  So she points to another guy and says he can help me. Soooooo over there I go. Tell the guy what I want....and it appears he doesn't know anything, so I purchase some Hot Pot salve in the hopes that it's a pain reliever for $40. $40?? Holy chit, I'm in the wrong business!! So anyways, took it home, used it and other than my feet and hands smelling like ginger/mj, it didn't help. So....after being almost jumped on, and wandering in the store from one person to another and spending 40 plus bucks on hoping for a pain reliever,it appears that the staff needs to know more about their products. GLM is the closest to my house and wanted to try them but it looks I'll head back to TJ's in Shelton. At least they knew their product. Not impressed with my first time visit and possibly last one.

We had an awful experience. After waiting to enter we were helped by a woman who had no costumer service.  She had an attitude with us and when we asked if one of the joints had mint in it she stated no, after grabbing the product she then stated that when items have mint in the name they do have mint, she then continued to talk down to us. I am severely allergic to mint that is why I opened with that question.  The environment wasn't welcoming the woman who helped us was awful. They will not get our business again, and we would not recommend this store to anyone.

I'm a huge fan of Green Lady, I love their prices, their service and quality. The menu has 2 major flaws. The first is that it is incredibly hard to read as it automatically turns the page so fast to get to the other menu pages that you barely have time to read it, how about doing what all other menus online do and allow the reader to actually decide when they are done reading. And THEIR ARE NO PRICES.

While I have recently upgraded a review for another local rec shop I am still unwilling to do it for Green Lady.  Their staff seems to change pretty quickly, but they always hire a very similar type of person who just doesn't really seem to care or just wants to be "cool" and sell weed for a job.  Either way usually they're doing something else at the same time (stocking shelves, talking to coworkers, talking to other customers, etc.) they're supposed to be helping.The prices are still ridiculous too.  Ya they have some "cheap" stuff, but the $10 grams of flower are gross.  Last time I looked it was brown, wet, and leafy.  I don't even want to know what the ppm on their cheap concentrates are.  Let's just say it tastes high.  Building still looks/feels run down and their waiting room is still way too small.  When it gets busy it turns into a clusterf.

Nice store. Would get 5 stars if I hadn't had to hear a cover of "time of your life" by Green Day while using the ATM.

Very impressed! I have been suffering from degenerative disc disease with a flair up to my sciatic nerve, causing severe and prolonged pain. I was directed to a young lady who is the "medical expert". She was wonderful! Very patient and helpful. I purchased the items that she suggested, and both were amazingly helpful. The price was fair, the staff friendly and helpful, and the facility is immaculate.

This is by far the best marijuana store in Oly.  I have been going here for almost 2 years.  The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative.  I have been to a few other stores in the Oly/Lacey/Tum area and the quality does not compare to what you can find at Green Lady.  Top notch, A+, Outstanding.

Love this place! Ashley is da bomb, seriously awesome with great product knowledge. And, the latte ladies are also amazing. Got Seven Chakras CBD jar on the latte side, then went to the retail pot side and got some great deals and excellent strains. Great prices.

This is my new favorite place in town! They have fabulous customer service and are very knowledgeable.  Its very clean and they have good bud and great deals on glass.  Cant wait till they have more to choose from, its only going to get better!

The staff on both sides of the shop here are great! Enthusiastic, helpful, and accommodating for as long as I've been coming here which is about a year. Not the cheapest place in Olympia but it's well run, leans towards higher quality, and I trust their flower and pre-roll recommendations. Each time a 'budtender' has suggested a strain I've loved it. I can't say the same about the other 'products' besides smokables. They tend to be low potency and high cost. Selection is sometimes pretty limited. If you're wondering what'll get you the highest for the fewest dollars it's their $5 grams and the vapes. I highly recommend vapes for regular and medicinal users. Their espresso/glass/cbd shop is great! You can order a coffee with any amount of pure CBD and they have several pure CBD products for medical users who don't want thc. I'd stay away from anything flavored and anything that doesn't list the mg amount of CBD you're getting. Companies that list the drug facts voluntarily and don't dilute their CBD with flavoring are the ones to buy from although you have to know this because green lady carries both side by side.

I lOVE THIS PLACE.  Been trying others closer to home w/zero success.  I mean in a pinch, OK but at Green they are warm and really know their smoke, are polite, mostly fun,  some take this a little too seriously, as do most waiting. (I mean hey.)  Introduced in one at a time you have an agents full attention, as much or little information as you want and a bit of a bonus program.

Nice shop. No complaints. They have a personal budtender for you so It's almost like once customer to budtender. It's a nice touch. There's a nice waiting room with a tv as well. No complaints.

Don't bother going anywhere else.  Everyone here is super friendly and informative.

Every time I come here I have a great, comfortable experience. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable (Donnie in particular, he always treats my partner and I with respect and is really friendly and nonjudgmental). The atmosphere is very professional and not overcrowded, with a waiting room and reasonably sized room for merchandise. They are always well stocked and have a generous variety of products to try. The prices are reasonable and I love that they have a rewards program for return customers and regular days with specials and sales. I've noticed that the shop is busiest on weekends and holidays, so we tend to go mid-week when its not as swamped. If you're looking for a shop that is professional, clean, and has excellent/fast service, this is the shop that you're looking for. A+.

This was my first time buying legal pot and it was a very pleasant experience.  Green Lady is clean and efficient and has a very nice selection.  The woman helping me make my decision was knowledgable and friendly.  I will definitely go back again!

Okay, the product they sell is far less potent than the type you would buy at the medicinal shop, and more expensive.  I hope you all voted against taxing medicinal marijuana. I heard that I should try CBD oil for arthritis pain and the closest place (pouring rain stopped me from driving further) was this. I was sold a $79 ($85 with tax) bottle of Highland Pharms CBD oil that is made in Texas. What a crock, this stuff is like grass flavored salad oil. It does absolutely nothing for my pain despite claims on their Facebook page that six days after trying CBD oil a child was in complete remission from acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Another day I was looking for some cannabis tea and was sold ONE tea bag for $12. I don't think I need to tell you that this had little or no effect and did not relax me. I'm sure you all think that I'm some menopausal b*tch who does nothing but complain, but really I think you can do better than this shop. There are so many around now.

Great selection and the staff is very knowledgeable and informative. I enjoyed the entire experience, and the staff gave us great conversation. The prices and quality of the buds available is better than Cannabis Clinics I visited in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

This review is for the WEST SIDE location.I would have picked no stars.. There west side location has the worst customer service. Rude rude rude... There is a short skinny dark haired (always in bun) hispanic girl that has a power trip and treats everyone like shit. I will never go there and want people not to waste there time and money. Go to Porter to Millers Marijuana they are by far cheaper and treat you well. I have dealt with many employees on the west side and they all are in no way educated on what they are selling.Most of them havent even tried any of there products. They all sound illiterate  and sell you low grade product for high price. This location is all about the MONEY and nothing else. I will do the drive to make me feel better that my hard earned money and business is appreciated. Dont waste your time or hard earned money here. They have a bunch of non smoking uptight rude sales reps that dont care what they sell you or how they treat you...

The products are behind glass and lock and key, which is fine, except you can't read labels ... or prices.  Staff sitting around chatting with each other while customers wait just to see the product.   I left.

Use to be a great dispensary. You could go in and buy a mid shelf ounce of flower /nice tight fragrant buds for $50.00 then a few weeks later they were $75.00  (thc at 24% or higher)and now they say there's a shortage in the state and the only have $150.00 ounces  that are below 20% thc  .... won't be going back

I hope you're comfortably settled in your favorite chair, a cuppa tea and hopefully some smoke because this is going to be a love letter.I'd like to start with the fact I'm dyed in the wool service industry-all my working life-and Green Lady East has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. The term Bud-tender stills feels a bit douchy to say aloud but they know just as much about all their products as my level 2 sommelier knows about wine. Honestly! The staff at Green Lady East are beyond knowledgeable yet they cogently explain any question I have with no condescension, no hard sell-they just help find exactly what I'm looking for. And although their expertise and professionalism is MORE than enough to insure my continued patronage, everyone I have met on staff seems genuinely happy. It's such a damn pleasure to pop into Green Lady East!

I am a massage therapist who uses CBD massage oil for my clients. I went into this store to buy some oils for work and got the last bottle they had of my favorite brand, but I knew I would need a second bottle soon too. They had no testers, and not a really good selection, but I also bought a bottle of Seven Chakras brand massage oil. When I opened it up I was appalled at how rancid and disgusting it smelled. The oil smelled like it "gone off", turned rancid and terpentine-y, not the normal earthy funky smell of cannabis products. Ya know, like the rancid deep fryer smell of Lakefair. Four days later, i brought back that full bottle and my receipt to get a refund or exchange, but the girl at the counter told me she couldn't do that, no returns at all of opened bottles, and that "it says so on the bottom of the receipt". So you have to have already completed the purchase to know that you were gambling with your money? Maybe my new purchase would be awesome! Maybe it would suck and too bad for me! Spin the wheel!Before I went into massage, I worked many years in retail, and I understand that there are some strict policies for good reason, but...dang. If you don't offer testers of perishable products, you really should recognize that your customer has no way of knowing what they are getting. Now I'm out $30, yay. Crappy product, crappy policy, crappy regard for your customers. At least there are plenty of other decent shops in the Olympia area.

My favorite place this south of Tacoma, they accept cards. No wait if you order online, the half off with receipt next door is always amazing too!

Coming from Indiana this was definitely an  experience.  Another customer suggested the peanut butter cups.  OMG, they tasted just like Reese's.  Staff was very helpful.  They only take cash or debit cards.  Be sure to visit the coffee shop next door.

Starting this the same way I started my other review. I am a huge noob. I visit here often because its noob friendly and they give you a discount on the coffee next door. I typically visit this place once a month. They have a great rewards program and they do a good morning evening happy hour. I have never really had a bad experience here, but typically know what I want before going in. I would happily suggest this place for anyone. Prices seem fair, the staff is friendly, and the product has been solid for me. Overall very happy!!

The staff's customer service is great. With Covid it's been tough but they seem to stay stocked pretty well. The Store Manager is amazing and will always listen to my questions and concerns. The staff is good about recommending similar products if they're out of my regular items. They also have a great selection of Pesticide Free products. The staff seems like they really love their jobs. I wish I could work there! Almost forgot if you take your receipt next door you get 50% off your coffee. You can get CBD in it too. There's also a Taco Truck in the parking lot that makes fresh tortillas for your taco's.....scrumptious!I've been coming here since they opened and they've had their share of ups and downs but I feel like the place has never been better. I'm reading these other reviews and I've never had an issue returning a vape cartridge. I keep the package just in case I need to return it if it doesn't work properly. I hope this review helps if you are on the fence about shopping there.

Omg. You guys. This is so freaking nice!!!! I love this place and this is my first time here. The customer service is amaze balls. The layout is the best in my opinion. I pretty much travel for this and this was one of my best experiences yet!!!!

After two failed attempts to get my product at the Westside green lady it was such a relief to have great customer service and find my product. I called and asked if they had it, she checked and confirmed they did.when I got there the staff was super friendly and professional and the young man even paid me a compliment about my dress :-) this will be my new dispensary! Even if it is cross town. Thanks Green Lady on Pacific for great customer service!

This is to my go to store for all my CBD needs. They have great topical if you can't ingest anything. I recommend Dragon Balm for any of your aches and pains. Works beautifully!

INCREDIBLE coffee and other products. The girls in the coffee bar suggested things to do and places to go, as I'm from the Eastern US. Their white coffee was incredible. 15 stars!

Normally, I go to West side. But, I've not ever had an experience in either store where I didn't feel like the staff was caring and knowledgeable. That is important to me, because it is my medicine.

Wonderful staff! Super friendly! I don't have alot of knowledge about Marijuana. They gave me great advice! I highly recommend! The little shop next door is perfect for being attached to a Pot Shop! If you're looking for a weed store in the area this is it!

Been going here for years and these folks have always done me right. Staff recommendations have always been spot on. Espresso on-site and a taco truck in the parking lot (brilliant move!). Happy to support this local business and their high caliber employees.
