This place is sh*t. First we wanted a bong for wax. Cause were new to wax and wanted a home bong. This clueless ( and dont even smoke. What the f**k. So she just repeats what this know-it-all thinks he knows. ) SHE DONT SMOKE should tell you all you need to know. Anyways she sells us this 3 in 1 pipe, wax bong, and bong. We didnt look to close. Trusted a fella smoker. They understand. (We didnt know yet. ) we get this home. First off even as a damn teenager I would've thought this was sh*t. And it was the display one so it was missing parts. Of course they wouldn't let us return it. So she did this BS transaction cause she wanted the POS for her kid. Which I didnt care. I didnt qant thst POS anymore and we were there to get a real glass bong. Not a teenager travel mug. So we now were out around 160$  with the new bong. I was ok with that until later that damn day it clogs up.  I get the reclaim, but this was bad work on the bong. It's connected to the bottomed of the bong. So there wasn't much room for anything before the reclaim. So I was a little upset. First she just keeps giving us excuses why " the owner " won't take it back.  I don't understand why they think the customer has to take on a 100% of responsibility from their distributor. Then this little kid comes in being a smart azz  and I was done. After the money we JUST spent there and for them to just smirk at each other while implying that were screwed was my last straw. ALL FORMER AND CURRENT MARINES. DONT GO HERE. SEMPER FI!!! TO SUM UP..... SHE DONT SMOKE OR KNOW MUCH IF ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO IF YOU REALLY NEED ADVICE. DONT COME HERE. AND IF YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE A ADULT. DONT COME HERE. USMC.

Customer service and product knowledge well deserving of 5-stars. Shop is clean and well organized by product type and potency. The small groovy space has plenty to keep your attention until it's your turn to shop. Sales associates are courteous and knowledgeable to get you what you need/want quickly but without rush. Daily deals available. Very happy to have found this gem among the busy Western Avenue.

???? Y'all this is the best place ever ? Anytime I'm in the area I ALWAYS stop in! From the time you walk in it is a great experience. I love the fact you walk in and they know who you are. Every gal and guy I have met there have all been fabulous. The prices are great as well as the product. Not very often do you have a place where all employees are well mannered and knowledgeable. If you haven't been in you really should. They will always be my go-to spot ?
