I have been to 50+ dispensaries in Oklahoma and this company is in the bottom 5% across the board. Frequently the product is wet, uncured and unsmokeable. The staff struggles with basic questions and I have even caught them lying right to my face about strengths. Always ask to see the paperwork! These folks need to remember the sheer number of competitors they have and step it up. Do yourself a favor and take your money literally ANYWHERE else

The budtender (beared guy) tonight was absolutely slow. Waited roughly 25 mins just to be seen. The reason he gave for the wait is a co-worker tested positive for COVID-19. The only reason 3 stars is being given is because Billy is great. He's knowledgeable, very friendly and tries to help patients the best he can.

There seems to be something shady happening here. One time I went in and wanted 30 house prerolls, the guy that's always in the beanie said he didn't have any. I called another Cannabless to check they had enough before driving there. The lady said the store I was already at had checked 100 into inventory a couple minutes before that, she calls the guy at my current location back and tells me I can go back in and get what I needed. So he lied when he said he didn't have any. I thought maybe he was high and forget lol hell we have all been there so no big deal. I come in a few weeks later for an order of 50 house prerolls and the SAME GUY says they have enough in the back but seems annoyed so he comes out with a bag precounted with 50 in it then he goes to cash me out and then says "oh sorry, these aren't the house prerolls, we actually don't have any of those". So that's twice now that the same guy has lied about the prerolls. I suspect he's either keeping it back for himself or a buddy. The girl with the long brown hair is always super nice and even though they rarely have what I need, I kept going back because it's so close to my house, cheap and never busy but I don't think I'm gonna go back anymore because I truly believe that one cashier is intentionally keeping prerolls off the shelf for whatever reason. He's also verrrrrry slow. One time I came in about an hour before close and he was pulling everything from the shelves to shut down, he seen me walk in the front and made eye contact with me more than once so I know he knew I was standing at the window but took probably 10 minutes before coming to help me (the ONLY customer there) then acted annoyed when I asked if I could get a gram of wax (that he had preemptively already put away). Its a shame, I spend over $500 a month there but I won't be coming back.

Billy is helpful and knowledgeable. Products are good quality and prices are reasonable. Would recommend!

Bought some house prerolls at this location. All of them were filled with stems. And not even small stems, big chunks of stems. It looked like they took the whole plant and put in a blender. I've been to other Cannabless locations, never had a problem with the pre-rolls there. It's shame because stems give me bad headaches. Other than that, it's was a good experience. The lady there was nice and very informative, got me checked out and on my way quickly. Definitely be going back to Cannabless but maybe not this location.

I've never been disappointed. Many of these bad reviews seem to be about their house blend and pre-rolls, but in my experience their regular flower is good quality at a lower cost than most places. This place is amazing if you know what to look for and what they're good with, not so great if you don't.
