Place sold me a  broken cartridge and won't replace even tho it's proven the cartridge was damaged. Place is a scam. Go to sespe or shangrila.  Ojai Greens run a poor operation for a local company. I even went in and explained everything showed pictures and all they did was tell me nothing we can do. 60 dollars and a leaky cartridge that doesn't smoke what a bummer and a joke they wouldn't even offer a deal or replacement.  Very poor service. Wouldn't be any hassle or money out of their pocket to replace a bad product they sold. I would not recommend going here. The other Two clubs are more welcoming and have all the same product plus some better. They have a local vibe and treat people like they should unlike Ojai greens who is all about poor service apparently.

Wasn't a fan of the visiting weed saleswoman pushing her promotion on us when we want to make a casual stop at the dispensary. The staff was friendly. Nice displays for the buds.

Steve the Budtender at Ojai Greens is one of the most knowledgeable Budtenders I have ever met and I have been working with a distribution company for years in the cannabis space. Still baiting and switching, I am trying to give another shot but it's rough for me, especially knowing each time there's something on the menu, this is not the case when going in. The guys told me, 'yea, it sucks, but, just call in before coming', wtf!? come on, just be accurate and honest. Don't bait and switch. The up-selling is still happening. And the most irritating noise was second I got there, The security having me remove my hat for the duration of my visit, not something I noticed that was being asked to The lighter skin folk. I see and understand the policy, but I also see and understand the double standard, let's be real. Overall, better, but yesterday went in only to have a meh experience again. I'm rooting for y'all n I'm still willing to try. I spent the majority of my life in Ojai. Keep tinkering, you're so close. Keep trying n I'll keep trying. Ojai Greens is like a ripped gym rat who wears tight Affliction gear and too much Axe.  Douchery reigns supreme here. Sexy at first glance, but a major letdown when the mouth opens. In other words, they spent all their capital on nifty displays and decent product but forgot the most basic aspect of retail: customer service. If you don't care about friendliness, product knowledge and goodwill policies then by all means spend your hard earned money at this place. Otherwise, think about crossing the parking lot and visiting the neighboring dispensaries that take real interest in the needs of their customers.

I love all of the workers that give Ojai our service. Great stuff. Ojai could be a bit kinder with how much they're charging us for taxes. Not Ojai Greens fault at all though.

STAY AWAY. Bud-tenders were the only helpful people here. Cashiers have an attitude - they appear to not be happy with the company or products they sell. Check your flower before leaving - I purchased some GD - Samoa (not sealed whatsoever while SafePort in Port Hueneme seals all flower). This place is a total bait and switch when it comes to flower.

Love this place it's always quick and easy. Wide variety of products and options. Staff is always helpful. Prices are typical California prices. You can find some good deals tho. Everyone is so friendly and happy! I love going here! Worth the drive! Thanks OGCD!

I enjoy coming here because they have a great, consistent selection of Raw Gardens and Flow Kana and their prices are really good when compared to other dispensaries in town. They have super friendly staff and you can be in and out super fast. They are cash only and have an atm on site. They also are open later than the other dispensaries.

Zero stars if possible. Employee was an unknowledgeable psychopath. Went to get a 30:1 CBD tincture. He brought me a 1:30 THC tincture and said its pretty much the same thing. Said "this 1:30 THC is like liquor and the 30:1 CBD is like beer". This guy looked like an alien, high af and from anther planet where he's never seen the light of day. The whole experience sketched me out and I have no intention going to back. Also selling somebody a THC product when they're looking for a CBD product is negligent. What if somebody less knowledgeable just went with what this guy was saying?

Ojai Greens is amazing! I love this place. I walked in and fell in love with the floors, decor and how you guys display your products. It's inviting every time! Your prices are great and love the people. Thank you for opening up a beautiful spot with great prices.

Had a very pleasant first experience at this dispensary. I really like the display set up they have in there, and the super easy order sheets. You see something you like simply write it down and turn it in at the front. Great work guys!

I've been to this dispensary twice and the set up is really nice! The vibe is awesome and all the people who work here are really cool and knowledgeable about the product. Just one con: your security guard accused my fiancé of leaving a bag and receipt in the parking lot the last time we were there and that absolutely did not happen because I walked into our home with bag in hand and receipt in pocket. Maybe it was just a mix up and he got the wrong person and I understand that, but it was really disheartening to be accused of that. But overall this place is cool and we will def be visiting again!

Amazing customer service! Employees are super knowledgeable and very friendly. They are ready to answer your questions and help you find the right product for your needs. It was my first time in a dispensary, and I will definitely be going back soon. The Churro cookies are tasty and get the job done.

This dispensary is top notch! The bud tenders are very knowledgeable. They have vendors come to the shop to educate you on their products and have customer appreciation days. The variety of products to choose from is huge, from chocolate bars, gummy's, tea's, flower that very in price and quality. The selection of concentrates they have is great and the prices are reasonable. I like the fact that they have a security guard and cameras. Also they only take cash so if you forgot your cash don't worry they have an ATM right in the store. It can't get any better!

I came in for the first time unsure of what I should get to help the issues I was having. They took the time to listen to my needs and got me exactly what I needed and what I should start with. Since then I have ordered an additional time using delivery and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This place will now be my go-to. Thank you Ojai Greens!!

They are selling 4 month old weed. Check the packaging dates, no one in their right mind would buy 4 month old weed at top price. Can't see them lasting much longer selling overly dry old weed. Old weed gives headaches thought everyone knew this. I'd rather go back to the old ways because we got fresher weed. After a bad experience at the beginning of Covid I thought I'd give them another chance. I'll be looking for a dispensary that knows how to sell weed elsewhere.

So being new to the legal cannabis I didn't know what to expect. At first it was a little overwhelming. Having people hover around asking you a million questions i felt like I needed a micro dose just to step through the door. The bud tenders were super patient and answered all questions and helped find products for the needs. So glad to see this is finally a legal process and knowing what your consuming and where it came from is even better

"They".. just sold me the wrong product and since I opened the box they wouldn't take iit back? So they sold me the absolute wrong item I "asked" for. Punk manager. Really bad experience! Lost a really good customer.Idiots.

Just moved to oak view and didn't want to drive to my usual Hueneme spots so figured Ide try em! Mostly same prices as competitors . Great atmosphere and great bud tenders and staff. Was wondering why the dime bag prerolls where 5 bucks more than others around here . I got a free shirt for being a first time customer of theirs so I guess it covers it

I have been to all of them and this is my favorite dispensary in Ojai., The staff is always friendly and super helpful and there are always enough tenders to get me in and out very quickly when I want. They have the best indoor and outdoor in town hands down.

Was very pleasantly surprised by Ojai Greens. Was looking for a CBD cream for my shoulder and stopped by. There is a very non-intimidating environment here compared to other dispensaries. Not only were their prices significantly lower than other places I've been, the service is spectacular as well. The specials they had saved me a ton of money!  I even got a free shirt thrown in! Thank you, Ojai Greens.

The service is amazing. Never have I been disappointed when going to the store or having it delivered. My birthday was today and i had a delivery made and I didn't have enough cash for a proper tip. I'm heading up to to get some more goods and properly time a great service team.
