I have visited surterra in Ocala a few times now and every experience has been good. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Alicia s. And John went above and beyond with their excellent customer service. I would recommend coming here over the other places just because of the service and atmosphere. Thank you again to Alicia and John for going that extra mile for me. Oh and the products are awesome!! ? see you soon surterra of Ocala.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! They have a decent variety of flower and wax and so on I've been vary happy with everything that I purchased so far and it's always quick and easy!way better than any of the other places !!!

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful while I was there. This was all very new to me and they answered all of my questions with care. Brenna, the manager, was beyond helpful and kind :) thank you and this will be my new spot!!

Customer service at this place is on point, today’s shout out goes to Jess and John L. I love how they are always looking to help and reminding customers about checking emails for specials and discounts going on. Thank you guys for all you do. Essential workers at their finest.
