They can't seem to get their shit together, either with curbside, drive up, or in store purchases. Uncoordinated, half their staff is unnecessarily rude and not knowledgeable about their product, and the wait for a curbside pickup is regularly 20-30 minutes even if there's only one other car in the parking lot. They also aren't selling their own product, and their inventory and selection are inconsistent.Bottom line: buy elsewhere, not worth the hassle.

Left a review before, but you should know.... it's still trash. Corporate cannabis is terrible and the people who work for New Standard are worse. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. This place is awwwwwwwful.

Nice folks.  Good service.  Convenient hours. Prices up to 40% cheaper than the comp at Green Koi!  ($20 vs $28 for gummies). Go for it.

Was having an off morning Until I stopped at exit 9 where cashier #59449 provided great customer, and some "fine dining." I will definitely drive the 2+ hours to stop by again!

Exit 9 has been good to me, No regrets! The Staff are pretty cool and been loving their products lately!!

I cant say enough good thing about this place and the service. Absolutely recommend everyone to at least look at the menu.

Never been there. I don't know why this is on my visited feed. People tell me they are great. But, I would not know. I have never been there.
