This place is a total joke, and a waste of time. They are not going to apply for a medical license, because "the owner doesn't want to go through the hassle", the selection is completely wholesaled they do not have any inventory that is unique to them, and the service here is disinterested and rude. The only two people working here we are two of the most rude disinterested, and unprofessional boys I have ever encountered in my life. As soon as they could and they both picked up their phones and sat down and we're on their phones by the time I was walking away. Not only that, but no information was able to be offered to me about the strains that I purchased, nor any of the other products or how I should use them. This place is basically a vending machine with even worse customer service. Theory, Insa, even NETA are better options than this poor excuse.

Colonial is a rec shop that buys wholesale brands and sells at good price. Hard hitting concentrates and decent flower from Curaleaf are sold here so it saves the trip to Ware. Associates are always pleasant.

Awful customer service. Take your business anywhere else. They only care about your money.

This place is awesome. Great selection and the prices are very competitive compared to others close by. The atmosphere and experience is very laid back. I've been to most of the places in the area more than once and this one is my favorite for recreational. *** ITS CALLED JACKS NOW

Nice shop, less sterile and corporate than some.  Good selection and helpful staff to answer your questions.  Good prices, too. It's a short walk from the Amtrak station in a very cute part of town.

Jack's offers contactless ordering where you can just browse through inventory by category on their sanitized tablets.  I especially liked the search feature on the tablet so I could type in a flavor that I was looking for without having to scroll through every edible available to find it.The pricing is competitive with other shops in the area and the staff was available to help but not overbearing with assistance.  I would recommend Jack's to anyone looking for a quick re-stock. I also appreciate the subtle alien décor, it's a fun touch to enjoy for the short amount of time that you will spend in this store.

My partner went place is good and the guy in the front before going in was nice to him. Note they don't do curbside but the website hasn't been updated. Caused a bit of confusion. But overall nice place.

The chick with the glasses was rude af. I was standing at the entrance way waiting for a register to be open and she told me and another customer not to stand there when there’s nothing indicating not to stand there or anyone to tell you where to go as you wait for a register. It’s not that deep. You can be kinder. Also, if you’re gonna tell two people of color that then maybe convey that same information to the white woman who was standing in the same exact place. Just saying.

Might be my favorite shop in the state, as someone who was previously a med patient too. Lowest prices around, always a few cheaper options on deck, widest selection I've ever seen, no sales agents coming up to me soon as I walk in (you place an order at an iPad and checkout at the counter, let's you take you take in the menu a bit more.) While they are all wholesale, they make a great selection from all over.
