good selection but very pricy!! I found several dispensaries who charge only $10.00 pergram.

Great Atmosphere, quality buds, yummy gummies.  Definitely would recommend this place to a friend

Was incredibly disappointed with their customer service. Lost my wallet and license, so I only had a temp ID. Called ahead and asked if they would accept it(also had an old passport and college ID with me), and they said it would be no problem. Made the drive there, and they said they couldn't accept it! Get your shit together people!!

Have had nothing but good advice on strains and friendly interactions with the staff. I only go w pesticide free product and greenside has a variety to choose from. Needed to focus on music tonight and Kaitlin totally set me up with soul shines narnia- yummy, true sativa hybrid.

They had 98% CBD for my ailing mother. On top of this they also had great advice for dispensing the product and getting the most out of the container. It's a shame CBD isn't OTC

These guys used to be great. They encouraged us to come there with a point system we could use to get discounts and free stuff. I went there pretty much every day and wracked up a bunch of points. Then they dumped our point and saved themselves money. The lady working was really dismissive like "tough. We're syncing our store with one down south." She said there are a lot of people telling her they went there for the point system, but oh well. Yeah, that's a violation of the consumer protection act. You would think a company with a special license to make millions of dollars on multiple stores when we can't even open one would be a little more charitable when it comes to upholding their word. Not going back. And that lady sucks.

Not impressed, got kicked out because the security guard said my I.D. was fake, and he cussed at me all the way out of the building- I buy pot weekly and have never had any trouble from Lux, Uncle Ike's, Herb(n) Elements, and Herban Legends. Save yourself some time and money, never go here.

Limited selection, with slightly higher prices than the competition along the water. However, the staff here are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable... I don't ever regret stopping in anytime I'm close by. There are pre rolls and flower for any budget.

This company sends texts to personal cell phones even if they are not previous or current customers. This is a strong warning sign that the company may not value your privacy or your personal financial data.

I've always liked this store, but they're making you take off your mask to check your ID. So, nope, never going back.

I live about 50 miles away from this store. Do they really think that spamming me daily will get me to shop there? I can only think that these people are stupid, rude and incompetent.  I would never shop there.  Perhaps if I post a negative review every time that they spam me, they will get the message. I can only hope they go out of business. Maybe then the spam will stop.

Bought a cartridge and four seconds later even though the package had not been open i still was unable to exchange my purchase I understand it's covid pandemic but I also know a shady practice when I see one there was absolutely no reason to stick me with that cart I would have spent more in the store if I could have simply exchanged the cart for something I could have used. But as far as I'm concerned with all the other great helpful shops in Seattle why would anyone go here to just get screwed.

The staff here is incredible! Every person whose helped me has gone above and beyond to give great service, show me what's new and listen to what I'm looking for. Out of all the dispensaries out there that I've been to, this is by far my favorite. Excellent selection and nice open layout with everything on display. The bud tenders Dom, Rachel, Marcus and Kirk and the great selection keep me coming back! Keep up the good work.

They definitely have a great selection of buds, and although they can be pricey, they take one of the $15/g top shelf meds each day & reduce it to $10/g.  They have a decent selection of drinks & snacks, along with lotions & the like.  Some of the other comments say they're rude, and for the most part I disagree.  There is ONE receptionist that always seems to be ragging, but everyone else there is super friendly & helpful.  I'll keep coming back because of their selection & their proximity to my work (OH, and they have free parking!...god I hate places where parking is impossible).  I do wish they'd lower their prices though.  I pay $3.00 for the kief candy elsewhere, while they charge $4.00.  Their prices on their Rick Simpson oils are too high as well (around $10 more per gram than another place I found, however that other place has no dang parking!  argh).  All in all, a decent place to go with one of the best bud selections you're going to find.

Bought a cart realized it was wrong size walked directly back in no exchange they said never shop here I won't for certain!!!! I never opened the package or handled it more than a few seconds. I would have probably exchanged it and bought a second but that will never happen now. Bad first impression.... $60+ dollars for this fun learning experience.

Fave place in Seattle! Budtenders are amazing and very knowledgeable. And you can't beat their prices on quality flower!
