Kush Alley is the only dispensary I go to! I've gone to several in the area and none of them come remotely close to the quality of both product and customer service. The staff at Kush Alley are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Thanks so much Kush Alley.

This place is quite impressive! If it is your first time there you get 15% off your order. The prices are pretty reasonable and their customer service is unmatchable. I was really pleased with everything! The staff will answer any questions and they are quite knowledgeable about every item. I will definitely be back!Parking was not a problem and it is very accessible. We went around 11 and there was no crowd. The place is extremely clean and gorgeous! I highly recommend.

Without a doubt my favorite Dispensary from the Staff to the Product and Pricing I have never been disappointed. The minute you walk in the door you are dealing with genuinely nice people, I don't usually have any questions because I know what I want when I walk in, but when I do everyone is knowledgeable and doesn't mind helping you.

My favorite bud spot in the Valley. Great Quality (I love the Maven brand, there's always something new) Good prices, and they have daily specials as well. Good customer service, and you get reward points every time you buy something. And later on you save money using them. You could also check out there inventory online. Hi, I just wanted to drop by, and leave a small review!  So I'm new to the whole edible scene, because weed has always made me feel paranoid, and weird, and just not an enjoyable high for me, so I heard a lot of good things about edibles for anxiety, so I went in, and I was helped by Grisel super sweet, and helpful! She was so  knowledgeable about the type of edibles I needed, and recommended a few, and I let me tell you I love them! If those Rice Krispies didn't have weed I would've ate them all in one day  Thank you so much Grisel! Will be back soon

This place is great other than the fact that they are located right off Roscoe between Balboa and Woodley where there are constantly cops pulling people over for ???. Speed traps and whatnot I suppose.Michael is the Bomb! Always helps with what I need. Great atmosphere. Couple of hotties. Highly recommend!

Had a good experience today picking up some stuff I ordered online.  Grisel helped me out so mad props to her!  Easy and quick!  Last time I was there I went inside and I can't remember the names of who helped me but they were equally awesome helping me select some primo extract.

I visited this location to do some Christmas shopping. It was everything you would expect from a excellent retail experience. The product mix was amazing, and was displayed in a cool way! Service is what made the experience for me. Someone walked us around the store, held our basket, and helped us pick out some great stuff. This is a beautiful storefront with excellent people. Definitely recommend.Tip: You get 15% off on your first purchase.

Now this is customer service and an amazing assortment of products. The staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Plus they have a curbside pickup option. Inside, everything looked clean, orderly, and organized. It was a great experience with tons of great options.

I happened upon this shop while looking for some 4/20 deals, and was shocked at the amazing prices listed on Weedmaps! "$3 PROMO" for top brand pre-rolls? "$5 PROMO" for disposable vape cartridges? Sounds too good to be true!I call the shop to ask about the details of their promos, and a super sweet lady answers. She assured me that yes, in fact, those promos listed are true and they've been slow all day; so I should come in! The lady at the front said to be sure to mention that I'm a FTP to the bud tender, and that they would work in a 15% FTP discount ON TOP of their 4/20 deals! Beyond excited, thinking that I've found my new favorite shop in the valley, I'm greeted by a gentleman and I ask if he could breakdown the promos that I saw online. He starts mumbling and searching for a sign with information about the store promos. Apparently the promos are BOGO, and the 2nd product was $3/$5. (Not exactly the info I received originally, but no biggie, still a great deal) Despite his consistently confused demeanor, I buy over $100 in product, and remembered to mention that I'm a FTP like the lady instructed me to.He gives me a disgusting look and says, "AND??..... You're already getting the promo deals, you can't add on a FTP discount." Okay, I mean sure, that's totally understandable.. but why would the lady I spoke with upon arriving make an effort to emphasize that I could get a FTP discount on top of the promo deals? "Damn, that kinda sucks. Any way you could confirm with the lady in the front?" I ask. He scoffs and goes, "I mean sure, but it's not going to change anything. I'm the supervisor, sooo..." Seriously? You're the supervisor, and you have to stop every two seconds to see what deals your shop is offering? That's almost as disappointing as your atrocious customer service. I paid for my items (including an additional $3 Debit card fee, which was also never mentioned when I'd asked about what forms of payment they accepted) and I left. Not only will I not be returning to your location, I will make an effort to never recommend your shop.

I've been a regular here for the last year. I spend an average of $200-$300 every two weeks. For the most part I know what I need and haven't had issues. Today I went to buy some items and specifically asked the person helping me for certain items. When I got home I immediately noticed that he had given me the wrong product. I went back to the store to let them know. The clerk made me wait until everyone had left the store then called the manager. When I told the manager that the clerk had given me the wrong product he refused to exchange it and offered me a discount on a future purchase.  Really?!!!  The manager was unprofessional, rude and right down an idiot. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There's plenty of comp and losing $200-300 every two weeks makes no sense during this time of crisis.

ATTENTION: if you're reading this and debating whether or not to try this place out, just do yourself a favor and go in! We live about 12 minutes away from about 8 different dispensaries and Kush Alley is our go to! Everyone there is fantastic, treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door! Especially Trish, never have I came in and wasn't greeted like an old friend! When you get inside the actual shop, Tony is fantastic with recommendations and really wants to find you the high you're looking for! Everyone is great and we love this place!

I like this place , the staff are so friendly and they remember you which is very refreshing.I buy cbd oil for my dog ( vetcbd) and it works wonders on my senior dog .Wed are 10 percent off on cbd products so I try to go then .

This place is pricey. Stopped by for some CBD oil and lotion for my moms arthritis. Not a big selection. They don't take card and that was an issue as we don't carry cash. They had an atm machine but those fees were high. Service was good

This new dispensary, awkwardly nested among office buildings (and within a mile from  home) has a great selection of both THC & CBD items and very knowledgeable staff. Also their customer service is phenomenal!I walked in, not really sure what to get and they walked me though my options, never felt rushed or strange they were patient, very conversational and made me feel comfortable. They also have me a 15% new customer discount. Definitely this is my new to go place!

Love Kush Alley! We were looking for a dispensary close to our house and ran into Kush Alley to find that they were a really good find! There shop is professional the staff is friendly and they have a variety of options, from flower to a good selection of topicals. If you're looking for those pre packaged Lowell smokes they have them as well! What I really enjoy about this place is there online ordering website! You can order online and pick up in store, it's pretty convenient, you just walk in, get your stuff and go!

You would never know this is a dispensery. The staff is so nice and professional. They take their time to expaline what products can be used for or trybto help if say for instances your suffering pain. I love the line from Papa & Barkley. Needed to grab a quick ounce, but this place is a joke.I renewed my driver's license online, and came in with proof, but the little girl at the desk said I have to wait the three weeks or whatever until I get the license in the mail!!!  What kind of wacky business is this? All these shops claim to be "legit businesses",  but when it comes down to it, it's all so SHADY! They can't talk about prices on the phone like a NORMAL business, and don't take legitimate DMV papers that every place in the world accepts!. It's just crap, time wasting, and NOT a place for seasoned smokers to spend a lot of cash.....I'll never come to this kiddie shop again.  Waaaay too many other options ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Love this place I've only gone twice but I this is definitely my go to and I live about 45 min away. They have a huge selection of maven genetics which is what drew my attention to this shop. On both of my trips here I was taken care of by MINA she's great ! She knows what's up about her smoke and has a great personality. Kush Alley has been one of my "go-to" locations for a while now. They have fair prices, a large variety of products, and the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Trish always has a smile on her face when I walk in and Nick knows his stuff whenever I have any questions for him. I highly recommend this spot!

This place is real low key and real chill. The staff is great, always helpful and in good spirits. I really like this spot! The one thing they could do better is get more of a selection with their edibles. If they did that they would get 5 stars. Over all good spot to get your goods!

I shop here regularly and want to say Props to the security who offered to keep an eye on my bike while I shopped. I pulled up and as the door buzzed open lady at front desk told me to leave my bike outside all rude but bike is not one you leave outside so I didn't come in and started to leave and was already thinking of the next spot when to my surprise security came out and offered to keep an eye on it and as I handed him the bike the lady was still bugging towards security cause he offered . I didn't know you couldn't bring your bike in due to the fact there is no sign but anyways thanks for keeping an eye on the bike with so many choices of shops this is one of those things that keeps me coming back we all have choices of how to treat people and where to shop. Would of gave five stars but the lady at front desk stole one. Oh yeah my GoPro recorded the whole thing as it is mounted on my handlebars

This place is amazing! Good deals all the time and a wide variety of products. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and knows what they are talking about. Celina one of he employees was very helpful to me and my friends and helped us out with deals on deals. I will defiantly be coming back here a lot.

First time it was good got there main strain XXX I believe. The guy joshue said come back next time with your girl and you could get a 10% or 15% for FTP. He also let me smell some strains they had on sale for the Oz for $100. So came back with my girl to get the Oz plus at least a 10% even though I'm also permanently disabled. But No payed $120 full price after tax for flower that was premature plus dry and only percentage of flower was what I smelled. Very disappointed thinking I was getting a Oz of what was told to me should of known because the dates were old and expired so the flower was in the bag for a while. Also if it's your first time you should be able to use your %15 on anything including sale items. Be careful because this place money hungry they show No love.

Went to Kush Alley because I found it on yelp and was quite impressed by the whole layout and not to mention the very kind and helpful staff (Liz) who made a huge impression being on the fly fully of knowledge of the products and how to distinguish what are the best choices for my needs and even had the pleasure of buying a cool T shirt to represent!!

This is THE BEST dispensary in town. They have a crazy huge selection, the budtenders are genuinely the nicest I've ever come across, and their location is gorgeous. I would recommend this place for any new or old cannabis user. Their house brand "Maven" is pretty damn great too! 6/5

Kush Alley is amazing. I brought my wife there to look for an alternative to the standard CBD drops. The rep that helped us was very knowledgeable & very helpful. The THC & CBT dropper she got was very effective. She was spending $90 for a 1000mg of CBD from the other store she would go to & that did nothing for her. The THC & CBD dropper she got from Kush cost less & was much more effective! Definitely coming back!

It was my first experience going to a dispensary and it couldn't have been better from easy parking to on-my-way. Registration was easy and fast and I was quickly escorted into the shop where Anthony really listened to me and answered all my questions with patience, genuine concern, and knowledgeability of their products. The place is clean and classy and I was glad and reassured to see a security guard, cameras, and multiple security doors. A+ operation!

Polite staff but overpriced.  Paid way too much for dried out sativa weed.   Only went because my reg place was closed.

I come here often, I order online then just show up and pick up my order. They're great and always read my notes and adjust if possible. I come mainly because I haven't seen a beatable price on their flowers nor their topical products. I have a niece recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and the papa & barkley products are heaven-sent. We are always looking for safe products and Kush Alley always seems to have em. You must check them out, the experience at the store is different than the usual "shops".

not a connoisseur by any means, but kush alley is the best dispensary i've been to in l.a. they have a wide + varied selection (and every product we've ever wanted!) and the space is bright and clean, but what really gives them an edge is service. the team is cheerful and ready (but not pushy) to help, make suggestions and give explanations. one male staffer even rang to let me know i'd dropped *a lot* of cash on my way out -- wow! add "restored my faith in humanity" to the list of what sets kush alley apart. now try finding THAT elsewhere. ;)

Kush Alley is amazing! It's the actual place where they grow the Maven Genetics top-notch premium flower that I love so much. The budtenders are very knowledgeable, and the flower is super clean and tested by reputable labs for safety. I have about 8 of their strains and my favorite is definitely their Skywalker OG!!!

I think it's a weird location in an industrial style area. It's not a safe location because it's so out of the way that if you ever had trouble there would be no one to help you. All the security in the world is inside but no Lighting on the outside. If you're a woman I wouldn't definitely not go to this place! The locks on the doors remind me of jail. In fact pawn shops that have much more expensive merchandise don't have quite that much security. I was trapped in a room for several minutes without being told what was going on. I almost walked out. There's one door which is the first one you go through. There's what looks like a cop sitting there but upon inspection it's a rental cop. I've never seen that before in a dispensary. They don't just get your driver's license they make you fill out information on a screen. I thought that was strange. A big guy came walking through and told me to go into the Next Room. But I couldn't get through to the part where they sell you the product. I knocked on the door but there was no answer. And I couldn't go back the other direction and get out. (Good thing I don't suffer from claustrophobia or I would sue the hell out of them) but it still reminded me of a jail.I After awhile a guy came to the door and let me in to the second room. I told him what I wanted and he showed me 3 kinds of pot. As though that was all they had in the whole place! It was packaged really fancily with a maven logo. I no idea what that's supposed to mean. But I didn't like being in this place so I just got an eighth. When I walked out they didn't say thank you or anyting. I paid more than what they said it was which bothered me. They quoted me $40 for the eighth and said I got a 15% discount. But it cost me $42 somehow. If that wasn't bad enough when I got back to the house I opened up the fancy package and it had been opened. The little take seal was hanging loose which means somebody was already into the jar after it was sealed. It said not to use it if it was opened but that seemed like a joke because the lid that seals the jar the pot is in also wasn't sealed. And what I mean is the glue that sticks the seal over the jar was nothing. I realized that the guy who had sold it to me could very easily be going into these jars and taking out some buds. It didn't seem like a eighth to me. But I don't have a scale. I've never needed one because the other dispensaries seemed trustworthy. But I just got a feeling that during the slow times this guy could probably take enough cannabis to make a small fortune on the side. Anyway, I didn't return it because it was too much trouble and I didn't really want to go back into this place. I would never recommend this shop. There's something very illegitimate about it. the prices are high and they are very intimidating people. And I'm a biker! Nobody wants to see what's looking like a cop sitting there as you walk in! Buzz Kill City!

Have tried a few different places so far, and this was the best! Prices seem to be lower than other places and they have great specials and events. I suggest giving them your number. They do not overdo it with the notifications. I think I get 1 per week and it's always about sales or free stuff, which is what I want to know about!

This place is awesome! Clean, good selection and lots of CBD. Carry stiizy and edibles. They won't exchange busted pods from other dispensaries though.

The Half ounce K.A. Reserve have seeds in them. This is my third once and same situation keeps happening. The weed is grown incorrectly and will give you headaches

So..I've been to a lot of dispensaries in and out of California. I am not a cannabis snob and I don't know EVERYTHING about the process. From the very beginning GRISEL helped me by welcoming me with an energy that you just don't see anymore. I thought that would be the highlight but then TYLER came along and just picked up right where GRISEL started. I told her what I was looking for and she helped me see the differences in products and it was an amazing experience. I could even see their smiles through the mask. It was incredible. Check these guys out and when you do you will understand!

Please do not come in the droves to my spot!!  I like that the waiting and check-in is quick and painless, all the staff are friendly and the aura in the establishment is very clean, fresh, inviting and chill. So dont bring your negative energies up in there :)  I love that there are always deals, Fridays (for me a flower girl) are the best days!  I usually only am interested in the Maven products, which depending on the  potency are alright. They're the only brand providing half oz and ozs outside of the House blend which tbh usually looks like that headache tweed. LOL! No thanks.  The  other bummer about the larger pre packed is you're limited in choices.  But there are tons of different 1/8th choices along the wall and if you come on a deal day it's worth it to stock up with variety. Great spot!

Friendly staff both over the phone and in the store.  The store is clean and not cluttered.  Bring cash, as they charge a fee to use your credit card.  There's also a tip charge so bring a few bucks to show your gratitude to the staff.  Free street parking.

Kush Alley has great hours. Monday- Saturday 9am-9pm. Sunday 11am-7pm. They have quality stock on hand always. Friendly peeps to greet you and guide you through a great experience. The experience comes with the great prices and frequent discounts along with the quality of products! My place that fits my needs! They deliver!

I've only been to this location a couple of times but the customer service is excellent! I had trouble with a cartridge and they were able to swap it out for me no problem. Tony and Sam are super nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. As long as you're carrying my Favorite bloom product I will be a devoted customer! I am new to the world of cannabis, so naturally I felt lost and a little embarrassed because I didn't anything about anything.  The employees at Kush Alley made me feel welcomed and were more than happy to share their knowledge and suggestions for my needs.  They are professional, very friendly, and well-versed in the vast variety of products offered.  **During a recent visit I was helped by JORDAN, and he was just amazing.  I will definitely be back to Kush Alley.**A couple tips for other newbies: because weed shops are not federally accepted, credit card companies will not do business with them.  So that means all these shops are cash only.  I was taken aback by this at first and thought it seemed sketchy, but now I realize it is not by choice.Also they request to see your ID upon entering - I assume it's to verify your age?  If there is someone already being served inside the store, they usually have you wait for a couple minutes in a very nice waiting room before allowing you to enter. This ensures everyone has a sense of privacy and one-on-one attention when shopping.

Whether it be over the phone or in person, the staff @ Kush Alley ALWAYS greets you genuinely with affable tone. I drive 10+ miles in lieu of a nearby dispensary b/c these cats always come correct for their patients/consumers with great prices and potent product. Chopping it with the personable budtenders is always a pleasure ??

Kush alley is my usual go to spot for some of the best strains (in my opinion) including any ?Maven Genetics? which always hit the spot, they have a great variety of flower, edibles ,CBD products ,and concentrates. come check them out soon ! they always be having great specials and sales ! definitely highly recommend ??? They have no public restroom, so make sure you're taken care of before you go. Otherwise, a good dispensary with a few knowledgeable people. Lots of new people too, so be patient.

Love this place for its amazing customer service and great deals. They’re are always accommodating and friendly. Best in the valley by far.
